Adobe Experience Manager Forms

I'm looking for a function that would do the same thing as the livecycle xfa.host.exportData function. I no longer have access to Reader Extensions, so I purchased Acrobat Pro to extend to Reader. Upgrading to AEM was just too cost prohibitive for us.  ExportData and importData do not get extended to Reader with Acrobat. I found a function that takes the place of importData using the util.readFileIntoStream shown below (Compliments @radzmar  https://thelivecycle.blogspot.com/2014/07/import-xml-via-script-into-adobe-reader.html) and the import button works fine in Reader. I need to do the same thing to Export XML data from the form. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Maybe there is a util function for it? Where can I find a template with dynamic text fields and e-mail button (allow only reading and printing after sending)?   Are there no sample templates for Adobe Experience Manager Forms in this direction? ..or in general. Do I have to pay someone extra for this? ...if yes, where? Isn't there at least a simple step-by-step guide for a total beginner in this direction?   Loud thought: I never understood that Adobe does not provide a reasonable example to mutivate users at all in this direction.   Designated...Anyway, would be grateful if there is any possibility in this direction at all.   Thank you for your understanding

As per documentation, I'm not able to insert an adaptive form fragment to an adaptive form even I follow these documentation steps. The adaptive form fragment(without using any form model) that I created not appearing in the Adaptive Form Fragments tab of the AEM content finder. Hi All,We are trying to load two or more adaptive forms inside an overlay. We wanted to have an understanding about how to load adaptive forms inside Modal overlays?We are trying to have two CTA in the page and those CTA will load the Form in overlay. But forms are loading in page load itself hence page itself not loading.Please provide a documentation for this with best practices if possible.Thanks,Rajat

The machine configs are:   Processor    Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2667 v4 @ 3.20GHz   3.19 GHzInstalled RAM    8.00 GBSystem type    64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Forms Designer - 6.5.0.2xxxxxx   Please share your opinion if someone faces similar issue or if there is known issue for forms designer on Windows.

Good day, I have a form that have multiple rows, buttons, check boxes and one drop down box.  I have a button to delete a specific table,  a button to create a similar table and maintain certain entries, and a button to delete entries in a specific table.  Also, one of the rows is a text field that the user has to enter or recreate the same information that was entered in the boxes.  I would like to auto-populate that text field with the entries that are entered in the rows so that the user does not have to do it.  I thought that I would change the text field to a text box and insert floating fields and have them auto-populate that way because the information into that field has to be narrative in nature.  I did this and I'm having issues. The main issues are: 1.  Some of the entries in the rows do not auto-populate into the text box. 2.  When I click the similar button to create another table, some of the entries that I want to copy to the new t

Our US Governement I-9 forms were created with LiveCycle Designer. We currently use Adobe Acrobat DC. When we try to edit this form, we get an XFA error. We have tried to print the blank form as a PDF and edit it but same issue. How can we edit this form? LiveCycle Designer doesn't exist anymore with the modern Acrobat versions and I can't find a place to download the Adobe Experience Manager or Live Cycle. Does anyone have suggestions on where to get the software needed to supplement Adobe Acrobat DC to allow us to edit this form, please?

Hi,In last couple of days I almost have gone through all available documentation related to Adobe Livecycle. But no where it's mentioned that how do I get the installer for it. Instead I found download link of service pack 1 for the same product. When I went to install it on Linux it's asking for the main installation to apply the service pack. All the download links that I found from old discussions, shows 404 on the face.I am really surprised that why the installer binaries are hidden or not publicly exposed. I am impressed by it's value proposition and want to seriously use it for the business. I need first the free trial access to try out few things. And then my company would by the license if it serves our purpose.Please help me to get started.Sujoy

In Adobe ES4, truststore certficate is going to be expire on upcoiming January 8, 2023. Looks like it's a Adobe Root cert, I never updated any cert in Adobe ES4 since installation. How can I get a new Adobe Root CA? Good day, I have a date field on my form that is calculated-read only.  The current date is entered each time the form is opened.  I would like to have a button that will allow a specific user to be able to change the date when needed.  Is there a way to do this?
