Adobe Experience Manager Forms

I am trying to build a form with a table. However the cell content needs to expand and span over the pages.While browsing the forum for a solution, I found an answer where if we wrap the cell in a subform the spanning would work, and it did.However, in a single row, I am not able to resize the cell to the table height. In just this single row. I am kind of lost.Attached is the image of the form. I higlighted the gap that is appearing on this single row, the form is around 30 pages, and just this row is behaving this way.Sorry for the rant but it is driving me crazy. PS: working on AEM 6.1

I have a form that has a question and answer section in a repeatable subform such that the response to each question is directly below the question. The original instance is 1 but an unlimited number of instances can be added. Person 1 completes most of the form and adds the instances based on the number of questions they have and sends the form to Person 2 to answer the questions and sign the form digitally.  Through the action feature of Designer I added a lock button for Person 1 to set all the fields they edited to Read Only and to disable and hide the add and delete buttons that control the instances. The action wizard will only lock the first instance of the repeatable subform not any other instances added on.  I resorted to creating my own scripting to have the lock button attempt to lock all the fields in the instances that are entered by Person 1 but it isn't working properly.  The Subform "RFI" has the repeating subform within it called "Item", A

Requirement is to sum the qty and amount if same item is occurs in dynamic table. I tried some code. But, it is not worked. pls, provide any ideas.

If I am opening my form in two tabs and changing/saving data in one tab, how can I make it reflect in another one.Maybe by refreshing/without refreshing the page OR something like Broadcast Channel API. 

Hi all, Have a question I cannot seem to find already answered anywhere. I want to confirm if I am about to upload a jpg file that has clipping path(s), that once in AEM, an end user can download(rendition to whatever size spec they need) and still see clipping paths in other adobe programs? Sorry if it's a novice question but new to AEM. Thank you.

Hi.  I need to make a form that keeps formating but has text boxes / tables that can expand in size for times when alot has to be written. But that then push what is below down so everything is seen and formating is maintained. This form eventually will be printed and needs to be able everything shown. 

When I am authoring the name on the dialog for radio button eg: contact_method. It is not coming on the html. Getting some different value like this: radiobutton-f9353ec45c_name.Can anyone please help me on this?Attaching sc for your references.

I have 5 check boxes that must be checked on a form. Hello All,   1. Does anyone have any public information available on use cases for Adaptive Forms usage for AEMAACS for completing user forms? Any well know sites or applications?   2. Has anyone used Azure Blob storage as end point for forms submission? Hi Team!We have an issue with Adaptive Forms after updated AEM (aem-service-pkg-6.5.18.0 and adobe-aem-forms-addon-6.5.18.0 was installed). We are using core components. And now the ability to add Adaptive Form Fragments has disappeared for pages based on core component (sling:resourceSuperType - core/wcm/components/page/v3/page). There are no such problems with version 6.5.17.  

I am trying to di digital sigature using AEM DocAssuranceService.I am having jdk 8 and jre version is also 8 . I use the AEM key store . Loaded the keys to AEM store via console. The console gives the option of loading .der key and .pem certchain . It loaded fine. I am using microsoft edge browser . Hi, I'm trying to have a custom email template for a form. However. when editing the form in author, there are 2 options fields there, mail template textfield and a path field for email template. If I remove the template in the given text field (make it blank) and provide a template in the path, it doesn't take it. It is only taking the template code written in the textfield. Does anyone have any inputs on this? Thanks.

I have a form with the submit action set to "Send email" and the email template path set to a .txt file under /libs/fd/dashboard/templates/email. The email is always sent with the content type text/plain instead of text/html. For the contents of the template, I have tried multiple things: copying that of htmlEmailTemplate.txt, editing that to include only a simple test <div>, replacing everything with a full HTML page (starting with DOCTYPE), etcetera. I'm using AEM 6.5.13.

Where to learn Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms Designer, are there any tutorials available for this apart from documentation from adobe  How to download and install Forms Designer to create Document of Record templates? | Adobe Experience Manager.This is similar to Adobe LiveCycle, it is not Adaptive forms.

I have an AEM Form that submits to a REST endpoint and redirects to a thank-you page. When the form is submitted, I get the following errors (same error twice in a row) and the form data is not submitted to the endpoint. Hello, I have a new server on which we installed AEM Forms JEE 6.5.18.The entire installation is successfully running under the root user, but because of security reasons I need to create a specific 'adobe' user to run AEM as a service.The 'adobe' user is the owner of the entire directory structure where the AEM and jboss files are stored.Running the jboss server by executing standalone.sh from a session where the 'adobe' user is logged in also works without an issue.Running the jboss server as a service with the root user also works without issues. But running the jboss server as a service with the 'adobe' user results in an IOException: java.io.IOException: Unable to write to deploy directory: /Naturally the 'adobe' user does not have root (/) access.  The full error that jboss gives after starting up is: 21:24:43,983 ERROR [org.jboss.as.ejb3.invocation] (ServerService Thread Pool -- 102) WFLYEJB0034: Jakarta Enterprise Beans Invocation failed on compone

I have two LiveCycle forms that have similar data. I'm trying to populate some of the fields on the targetPDF with the data from the source PDF. Unfortunately, app.openDoc always returns a null or undefined value so I'm unable to reference the opened PDF as an object in order to populate it with data from the source PDF. I know one restriction is due to the document-level script need this.disclosed = true, but I believe this only applies to AcroForms. Is there a way to make app.openDoc return a value? Is there a better way to populate the targetPDF? I also tried adding a delay to see if that resolve the issue by ensuring the document was fully opened before checking its state.

Hi Team,I have created process design that generate the pdf. The process design has 4 services1- SetValue(execute)2-ApplicationUtility(readApplicationAsset)3-FormService(renderPDFForm)4-OutputService(transformPDF)When I am calling REST API (ex:) then the response Entity returning the url location where the pdf get stored temporarily not the actual pdf output. When I need the output pdf i need to call again the response entiry document url to get the pdf.So, my question why we need to call 2 times to get the pdf. can we not download and save the pdf in one call
