Hi,We have a process that will convert a lot of documents to PDF/A and for each document we will update a xml-variablewith some data using Set Value - <convert>    <result>        <filename>test.docx</filename>        <status>-1</status>        <errorcode>1234</errorcode>    </result></convert>is is possible to use a xpath-expression to add a new instance of a node (result) in Set Value in Workbench for the next documents?The xml-variable is using a xsd with result-node set to maxOccurs = unbounded (<xs:element name="result" maxOccurs="unbounded">)Any ideas?regardsTommy

When OOTB drop down list component renders its options into the HTML markup, it outputs an ID "emtyValue" on the first element. This ID is static, and if the drop-down list component is used 2 or more times in the same form, this ID is duplicate. This is raised in the accessibility validation checks. Any suggestion?

Hi, I'm facing an issue like updating adaptive form field's values from Javascript is not retaining/updating in the form, whereas I can see the updated values in the fields.So, the issue is that the form field is still showing as empty when submitting, although it has been updated from js. For textbox field, I able to overcome this issue like focusing it when updating value from js as below. $("#selector").focus().val("somevalue");But,for drop down I'm not able to. Help me on this if anyone has idea on this.

We run AEM Forms 6.4 on Windows 2016 Server, with the database on MS SQL Server. We only use the Document Security module. The database is very large - we have ~ 800,000 security policies (EDCPOLICYENTITY table) and ~ 100,000,000 secured documents (EDCLICENSEENTITY and EDCREVOKATIONENTITY tables).On a regular basis (maybe once a month or so) we see AEM Forms starting some activity which creates a huge load on the database. SQL Server disk queue jumps from 0.1 to 500 - 1,000 range. I am trying to invoke a forms workflow whenwe submit a adaptive form. We need a solution for an adaptive form - NOT a 'lifecycle' form...We have a few tables that allow for the rows to be added (addInstance) and removed (removeInstance).  This all works.What I want to do - is to also fetch/display/null the value of a certain filed within a specific instance of a repeatable row.  For example:  Row1[1].textfield.value=null;oralert(Row1[1].textfield.value);Nothing I have tried seems to work - for instance, I have tried:Row1.instanceManager.instances[1].textfield.valueguideBridge.resolveNodes("Row1[" + instanceCounter + "].tableItem11").valueAny ideas?

Hi All,I have integrated AEM and Dynamics 365 following the helpx document. I have created the form model and created a new form using the form model as well. I have configured the submit action to "Sumit to form data model". Now when i am trying to submit the form am getting the below error in the logs. Also in the form data model when i test the service it is working fine and posting the data to dynamics. Hi I am just trying to understand how the process of saving a form in progress works. Such as Auto-save an adaptive form My understanding is that, once the form is saved. You will need an AEM account to log into a forms portal to view their incomplete form submissions.My questions are: Do you need an AEM account to retrieve a partially completed form submission?Do you need a forms portal to find those incomplete submissions.Is this the only way to do this?I am using AEM forms 6.5.Thanks.

I am trying to modify the default Forms workspace by removing the "Search Startpoints" search box from the Start Process tab. I found the template with the HTML that I need to remove in ws/js/runtime/routes/templates/startprocess.html but, when I remove the code, it does not remove the search box from the page.I have already completed the generic customization steps, and have successfully made a couple of other cosmetic changes.Does anyone know what I should be looking for?

Hi,We have an iFrame that points to a AF Form, and we are running into the issue of always having to log in to see the form.  We tried going to the form directly from a machine that's not localhost and we get the log in prompt before we can access any page.What we want is to have anonymous access so that the iFrame won't be prompted for a log in, the form is meant for public access.  We've already set sling Authentication Service to allow Anonymous access, but it still doesn't work.  Please advise.

Hi,How to remove the mobile nav bar and menu items from AEM forms in Mobile. We want an experience similar to desktop, we selected the option "Layout without panel tiles in the mobile header" under Adaptive Form Container -> Mobile Navigation which removed part of it but the nav bar and menu still remains. We are on aem 6.3.3

Hi,We faced an issue of custom built AEM form not rendering in the mobile after embedding into the page. The form itself was rendering fine but when embedded into the page, the form inside the page didn't render in mobile. Then i noticed this property 'useiframe = true|false' for aemform (see screenshot below) in crxde and set it to 'false'. So the iframe surrounding the <div class="aemformcontainer" .../>  is removed and then it started rendering in mobileBut I dont know how to set this property without going into crxde. There is no dialog found for this property in aemform container when setting up in the page.Appreciate any pointers on how to set this up by the author or if there is any alternate way of achieving the mobile rendering through some other means?

Hi allI would like to know the difference between these two design tools for pdf forms. Adobe InDesign vs Experience manager forms.I know you can upgrade Adobe LiveCycle ES4 to Experience Manager Forms but are the two tools completely different or can they be integrated in some way?I do all my javascript in Adobe DC pro. How does this fit in with the two tools?Thanks for your time
