My organization is trying to render our forms out to HTML5, but I'm having trouble following the instructions on this page Adobe Experience Manager Help | Rendering form template for HTML5 forms The instructions given are assuming you're using osgi service, but we want to do it using the jee stack instead.I can get it to render the form by using http://localhost:8080/lc/content/xfaforms/profiles/default.html?contentRoot=d:/Forms&template=sampleForm.xdp but when I try and merge data with it by adding "dataRef=path" to the URL, it looks like it just ignores that and just renders the form without data.Any advice?

My client wants their users to be required to scroll to the bottom of the Terms & Conditions box in order to be able to check the box below the scroll bar box.  Is there a way to force that in the component or in the rules editor?  Thank you,Carol HusebyAmerican Century Investments.

Hi,I have a PDF template that uses a custom font let's call it XYZ. Data is being added to this form via the PDF output service. When viewed on a machine that doesn't have XYZ installed, the font is not present. I would like to embed XYZ into the generated PDF document as I do not expect users to have the font installed as a prerequisite of viewing my documents! I think this maybe possible as I can see embed options on the server, but can't find detailed documentation online.Below is what I have tried so far:The font is installed on the windows machine the server is running on and is also available in the aem forms/font directory referenced within the settings of adminui.I have also tried to "always embed" the  fonts in a couple of placesHome > Services > PDF formsFont Embedding Settings     Always Embed Fonts: XYZand I also tried adding a configuration under:Home > Services >PDF Generator > Adobe PDF SettingsAlways embed: XYZThe always embed fonts setting is also check

My table needs to repeat on each page for each looping item in my XML.  My table is inside a subform which has "Repeat Subform for Each Data Item" checked.  My form is working except a blank page is always added to the end of the document.  I tried making the table smaller, I tried removing the border, I tried all of the different pagination settings (Place/After), I tried a Conditional Break Script, I tried many other suggestions that uses provided on this forum for unwanted blank pages, and I still cannot get rid of this problem.  Attached is my PDF and XML.  Thank you for your help.Dropbox - repeating-table.xml Dropbox - repeating-table.pdf

I noticed a new text field in AEM Forms 6.4 when creating an Adaptive Form titled "Configuration Container". Searching Google and the Adobe Help site returns no hits at all on this term.Any clues as to what this is and how/why we use it?Message was edited by: Darren Bowers - added aem forms 6.4

Hello ,I am new to adaptive forms and trying to implement a form in wizard layout. Here we have a use case in which fields which are filled on first panel should reflect on second panel, we gave the second panel field name same as first panel , but value is not reflecting ... Interesting part is it works only for one field not other..For field named user_firstname its working but not for other, not sure what can be the cause for this behaviour.thanks

Is there a way to use (or import) script objects in AEM forms?Primary use would be to reuse script objects from an ES4 LiveCycle form - into an AEM Form.Thanks

Hi,I have a 5 page PDF form. I need to save this 5 page form as 5 seperate PDFs. Each PDF will be of one page from the original form. So i need to split the 5 page original PDF into 5 seperate single page PDF. I need to do this as part of my workflow. Please help.

Hi,            We have the users in AEM they belong to more than one group.Appropriate permissions are set for the groups.         When the user login and access the content , which group permissions will be applied for the user  ?         Ex: User x belongs to groups A & B               A got permission to node content/article & content/news               B got permission to node only content/article         I tested this , and looks like user will have permission only for the node content/article and nor for content/news     Please let me know how the permission evaluation wrt to user & groups.  Thanks in advance,   Ramya

We are building Adaptive form with schema model as form data model. From adaptive form we are trying to break in to fragments, so it can reused by other applications. Adaptive fragments created from adaptive form is taking schema model as form data model by default. I didn't see any provision to change the form schema model like from form data model to json schema model. Only way I can see is changing from crxde.These fragments might be reused by other apps, and they don't need the whole form data model. So we are looking create as small JSON schemas (Subset of formdatamodel) and looking to add it as form model as schema to the fragment.Any advice will help us.Thanks in advance.Regards,Chandra

Hi,I have a scenario in Adaptive Form, in this we are trying to convert the drop down box by overriding widget JS. Things work fine if we are using this component on one fragment but if we use same component on different fragment and use that fragment on the same form panel, it does not work (widget js is not being called). even we tried to use same working fragment twice (instead of using different fragment), it does not work.Need help to resolve this.Thanks

Hi,I have gone through the release notes for AEM Forms 6.4 release but, couldn't find anything specific to output or forms service (JEE). I am assuming that there aren't any updates for the output or forms service. Am I missing anything?

we have a structure as bellow –1) I have a table fragment with one table(test1 table) which have numeric field and under that table we have another table (test2 Table) with one row of input fields.2) When I hit add new row button then it will add the complete table fragment.Requirement –a) If table fragment added more then three time make the test2 table is required for top three numeric field values of test1 table.

I have an expanding table.  I have an Add Row button below the table and a Checkbox at the end of each row that will hide that row.  I need a button that will Show All Hidden Rows and another button to Hide All Hidden Rows.  This is working only on the first row of the table and not on any additional rows that have been added. Hi, I have problems when I tried to open a PDF document with a police of RM generated in the Laundpad, I use a self-signed ssl certificates with the common name https://127.0.0.1:8443 and the base URL in the configuration is the same. I have tried to resolve this issue during a week but i could it and I do not understand how to solve it.If anybody can help me, please. Hi all,I have been tasked with helping develop an XFA form. The PDF needs to be able to have users attach files to the PDF during multiple times in its lifecycle of being digitally signed by different stakeholders. However, once the form is digitally signed for the first time, one can no longer attach files. I assume there is no way around this but I was hoping someone could help confirm this.Thanks,Rob

Hello,we just bought LiveCycle Designer to create several forms. This works fine - but if a user fills out a form with Acrobat Reader DC, he is not able to save it. Also: I am not able to save any changes in Acrobat Pro DC!I also try the following:create a simple form with LCD (just one simple textfield)saved it as PDFopened the PDF in Acrobat Pro DCsaved it over Files -> Save As -> Reader Extended PDF -> Enable Additional Featuresobened the PDF in Acrobat Reader DC, filled out the textfield and saveddid this step also with Acrobat Pro DCreopened: everything empty!Acrobat Pro DC version also emptySo: IF LiveCycle Designer is a software by Adobe to create PDF Forms, then it SHOULD be also able to use it right - or am I seeing this wrong?How do I have to create a PDF Form with LCD so it can be saved in Reader (or at leat in Pro) DC??

We are developing new application (Account Opening App) with AEM forms and this our first App using AEM forms.  Our page will have site components and the form. As I understand we have two optionsOption 1 : Develop the AEM Sites page and embed the form.Option 2: Develop AEM forms and add parsys component to add the site components.Which one is the best approach? Hi community,is it possible in Adobe Lifecycle Designer to fill two different tabels  based on the data input?I'm creating a form in Adobe Lifecycle Designer with data binding for usage in our CRM System. This form should show 2 tables. The tables are dynamically growing dependent on the data. In each column is a data binding to the respective field maintained. Also a relative data binding in the growing row is defined that the data is shown in regard to the Item ID.
