MSM (or Livecopy) can't be created with Adaptive forms so you can't create copies of the same content but as suggested earlier, you can check if form fragements may serve the purpose.

    @olegd52630483 Use form fragments in that case. Not exactly MSM but allows you to reuse particular content/fields over multiple forms and changing the main fragment updates all the dependant forms.
