to access the configuration manager what are the permissions I need to have?

Then you may have to ask the administrator to change the setting

You need to add the user in "Apache Sling Web Console Security Provider" to grant the access to Felix console.

I have no access to admin/admin the password has been changed and has not been given to me. is that account the only one that can do it? no permissions can be added to mine?
