Post Adaptive form submission - form is not active

Hi Experts,

 

I have submitted the form using OOTB (Submit), and redirecting to the same adaptive form. Post submission adaptive form is not active like buttons are not working.

 

My requirement is, after AF submission user wants to see the submitted data in the same form & user can traverse other panels/form. Please guide me.

why not have them review the data before submission

@srujan1981  create 2 forms( just clone of each other) -> post submit open the second form instead of thank you page and load the data in this form using prefill service or leverage guidestate object. Should be doable. since the second form is for review make it read only.
