How can we increase the Synchronization speed of Application/Assets in AEM Forms Workbench.

It's very important to have our basics right at first, Do you want to try revisiting your Implementation/Installation?

Try Introducing the AEM Forms Implementation/Installation Guide for a general health check with ideal rules.
