Through adobe serivces pdf generations is taking more than 2 days. can you please help

i am trying to generate the pdf through Ui. we are using adobe process in workbench. pdf generations is getting delay it almost taking 2 days.

You should have access to https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ to raise a support ticket.

Did you check entropy of the servers to ensure sufficient resources are available for PDF generation

@swaroop1958233 2 days? It would time out, how big is the form and the data?

The data is huge it about 1500 pages and templates is one page it is dynamically it will go upto 1500 pages

@swaroop1958233 1500 pages of XML or pdf? What's it in terms of size for both XML and generated pdf?

We may need the server logs to identify the cause of the delay but still, it shouldn't take 2 days!
