Unable to generate pdf in forms

Internal Server Error
Cannot serve request to /content/xfaforms/profiles/default.print.pdf in com.adobe.forms.web.servlets.LCFormsRenderServlet

Seems to be an issue while generating Document of Record so please check if the settings for all the components in the associated Adaptive Form are configured correctly, e.g- checkbox items are set etc.
Alternately, you may review the Key considerations when working with document of record
