Windows server 2010 was not supported even for ES4. So, ES2 didn't support 2010 too.

Please refer to the following link for supported OS platforms, and choose the OS server accordingly, or upgrade/migrate LC server to AEM Forms.

We are chaning the windows 2008 to 2010

    Windows server 2010 was not supported even for ES4. So, ES2 didn't support 2010 too.

    Please refer to the following link for supported OS platforms, and choose the OS server accordingly, or upgrade/migrate LC server to AEM Forms.

      Livecycle ES2 was end of life[0] years back.

      Any particular reason you're setting up ES2 environment and not the latest product offering i.e AEM Forms?

      Anyways, complete server logs would be required to find out the root cause of the issue.

          At which step in LCM are you getting this error? please share the complete error from the server logs.
