Adobe Experience Manager Sites

I  have startDate as date field and year as tag Field. I have to fill year tagfield based on year of startDate and subsidary they are in. Here you can see i am in cytech subsidary and startdate has 2012 . tag here is appled cytech:year/2012. Now i want to do for all subsidaries when i chage  or add date, the year tag should be automatically updated based on year in startDate and subsidary it is in. i have done using path based servlet by  sending request and dynamically loaded using javascript. i want another approaches as many as possible. i am new to AEM and CMS. remember i am not using HTL as they are in page properties. feel free to ask for further information.

Here is the use case. 1. Our current site runs on AEM on-prem 6.4. This is a headless commerce site with Shopify on the backend running e-comm. features like Shopping Cart, Checkout and Order Management. 2. The current data-layer in AEM is not robust enough to capture all the events and on top of that one of our overseas team is coming up with a completely new website with new design which I have not seen yet. 3. I am trying to come up with a template with page by page list of DOM variables (We use Tealium as a tag management solution) that we want in the data-layer.  Is there a standard template that exists or do I have to create one from scratch?   

I have created live copy of a site as I wanted to reuse maximum content from main site.But I want to use different Header experience fragment for the live copy site.Can i get help in creating different experience fragment for different live copy sites?

Did anyone have an issue with thumbnails when duplicate assets are uploaded? Its for 6.5.21For us no thumbnails are generated. Only message received is   com.day.cq.dam.core.process.GateKeeperProcess execute: terminated workflow for duplicate asset

This bundle is available from adobe  asset processing library bundle for aws, dropbox, gcp, azure. Hi,When viewing a preview for a file in the Assets UI, there are backwards/forwards arrows at the top of the preview that used to allow for browsing through previews of files in a folder. This worked in our on-prem AEM instance but after migrating to cloud, we have noticed the arrows do not do anything in our cloud instances. Have tried it in multiple instances with multiple browsers.Does anyone know how to enable these or whether this is a known bug?

In AEM 6.5 I am having an issue with the link feature of RTE. It appends .html by default to any link starting with a "/". My application is Single Page so I want only the route. Hi Team,We have Adobe Commerce integration from Adobe Experience Manager servers where in one of the AEM publish instance(with IP address) when connecting to Adobe Commerce Graphql APIs is giving 403 Forbidden error, in browser network call, magento request headers(magento-customer-group,magento-environment-id,magento-store-code,magento-store-view-code,magento-website-code) are not present. These headers were allowed in AEM dispatcher but how do we get it to work with direct AEM publish instance with IP address or without dispatcher.Can anyone help us in this regards

Hi,I am looking into page html version diff functionality of aem and in that all tags except <button> tag's difference was not getting highlighted. I debugged that the diffservice.js which is responsible for this functionality has an array of blacklistedtags among which button is one. For my use case I overlayed the js and removed 'button' from the list and it works fine. I am curious to know why it was added there in the first place and if any impact will happen due to my removal of it. Thanks in advance!

I am seeing a lot of 404 entry in the dispatcher error logs.For example, "GET /page1/page2/undefined HTTP/1.1" 404 696 "https://www.brand.co.lang/page1/page2/page3.html"Even though the page being accessed here i.e. page3 is available on Publisher instance.  Also lets say if page3 has an alias set called 'page3-alias' logs shows below entry,"GET /page1/page2/undefined HTTP/1.1" 404 696 "https://www.brand.co.lang/page1/page2/page3-alias.html" There are warnings and error coming due to mod security that was installed on dispatchers. Not sure if they are blockers.mod_include: Options +Includes (or IncludesNoExec) wasn't set, INCLUDES filter removed: /content/brand/worldwide/country/lang/index/page1/page2/undefined, referer: https://www.brand.co.lang/page1/page2/page3-alias.html Is this a issue with code or dispatcher config or some already known issue with Mod Security module.

Hi, We are setting up a new project, where the developers are making use of the AEM JSON exporter to create a file with the name "pagename.model.json" for an incoming request, which is then used by the Angular code on the browser to render the webpage.  I have added a rewrite rule to mask the path "/content/<project-name>" in the URL with the following rule.  RewriteRule ^/(.*) /content/<project-name>/$1 [PT] The rewrite is working as expected for the HTML pages, however, the model.json files are being called twice once without the "/content/<project-name>" and once with it, which is causing a couple of issues in the page rendering. Is there any way to eliminate the call with the content path?

Hello,   I'm trying to integrate AEM and Adobe target through Adobe I/O and launch. I have configured target to the WKND site. The issue is that I see only default experience.   Below are the brief steps I have followed. Create property in AEP launch. Followed this document. Create Projects (one for adobe target and other for AEP launch API) in adobe developer console. Create two IMS configurations in AEM. One for AEP launch and another for target. Use the public key created in AEM IMS config inside I/O console to create JWT and finish up the IMS setup in AEM. Followed this document for IMS setup. Received successful connection test in AEM for both IMS configs. Configure Adobe target cloud configuration in AEM using the IMS config just created. Configure the target cloud service in WKND root page properties.   I can see the launch script loading on Page load. Below is a screen shot of the adobe experience platform debugger tool. Hello, I would like to understand how does any dispatcher settings updated on files under "dispatcher" folder in a Maven archetype generated Folder structure, can get updated on the real Web Server's Dispatcher module ? Since the maven command deploys our project code in the AEM Server, how are they updated back in the Dispatcher module that is sitting on another Web Server across the Network ?
