For our project, we created a new namespace `salsify:` under Content Fragment. For example,salsify:size salsify:class salsify:colorWhen creating PersistedQuery, the GraphiQL editor converts colon (:) to underscore and the queries are failing. For example, above, property names are actually `salsify:size`, `salsify:class`, `salsify:color`. But graphql editor converts colon to underscores. Now when filtering for input parameters, the query always returns empty items. I tried CONTAINS, EQUALS, doesn't work.  We cant query properties with namespace using graphQL?

Hello All, Difference between the use cases of AEM service class (i mean service impl class), Java utility classes.Even for the service impl class, we are passing the resource resolver object, other resources. Same case for Java utility methods. Then, in which scenario, we need to prefer AEM service impl classes over Java utility class (or methods). I know one point is: We can get Run mode specific config files details in service impl class. Where as these values to passed if you are calling java utility methods.

I am trying to create a pages report that will display the status of a page: either "Published" or "Not Published".I know that the published status information is displayed in the authoring UI for a given page, as shown in the following screenshots:    Here is my base Query: SELECT * FROM [cq:Page] AS s WHERE ISDESCENDANTNODE([/site/folder1/folder2/]) But I don't know how to build and display the "Published" status using the "ACS Commons Report Builder Text Column" component. I am able to convert start time and end time in archive workflow page to local time  but when I scroll down one ajax call is getting made from browserhttp://localhost:4502/mnt/overlay/cq/workflow/admin/console/content/archive/jcr:content/views/list.42.40.html?_= 1706623366753 which is downloading further archived workflows like pagination, I am not able to find source code of this call . I am trying to clarify how the translation process is organized in AEM.I have a blueprint page. I always get a correctly translated language copy after the first running of translation job. Then I add some changes to the blueprint page and update the language copy. The result is also fine. But I need to know how it is translated. Does AEM translate again the full page content of blueprint page or just the changed content? I want to be sure that the page which contains a lot of content wouldn't be translated fully again.

Hi All,I am facing an issue in Eclipse on AEM project.I am not getting JCR properties in AEM perspective and also the folder structure of ui.apps and ui.content also not looking great in my eclipse.On searching in web I came across this thread unable to get jcr properties in eclipse  which will fix my jcr:properties visibility and folder structure issue.But the problem is I am not getting the AEM in Properties of project (ui.apps and ui.content).I am on AEM perspective and also AEM server started successfully. Hi Everyone, I am working to establish/integrate JDBC connection pool in AEM. Installed JDBC driverConfigured the Day Commons JDBC Connections Pool configuration.Created a simple OSGI service to initialize  DataSource and reading connection from a util. I can get the connection from the connection pool and the code is working fine. My question is, Is there any AEM recommended code base available for connection pool configuration/set up or DataSource OSGI service?Currently we are creating connection and closing it in finally block, after changing into Connection Pool also, It is recommended to close the connection in the logic finally block after use right?Few articles mentioned, if we close the connection from logic, it wil not actually close the connection, but connection pool will get notified and it will keep the connection for next use..Is it right Can someone provide some Adobe recommened documentation for the same.

Hi, I am a newbie to AEM and installed AEM dev tool for eclipse whose version is below. Eclipse IDE for Java DevelopersVersion: 2023-06 (4.28.0)Build id: 20230608-1333Added 2022-09 as well. Post installation, when trying to create new project in eclipse, after selecting AEM Sample Multi module Project it isn't going to next screen where we would enter archetype details ect. Instead it is stuck on new project screen and below are the error details from error log. Please suggest how to resolve this.  An error has occurred. Hello Community, I have a query today, I have added a checkbox dialog to a component that has been previously authored in some pages.After the changes when the component is authored freshly the dialog box is checked. But for the existing ones it is not,it also does not contain any property in the JCR Expected Result:When the author opens the updated dialog for an existing component, I would expect that the dialog to show the new checkbox checked since this is the default and the JCR contains no value for existing components. <checkbox jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" sling:resourceType="granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/checkbox" checked="{Boolean}true" name="./checkbox" text="Default behavior" uncheckedValue="{Boolean}false" value="{Boolean}true" /> Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

My user is having "SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR" access and when i try to update user details in admin console it's not giving an option to edit the user details.So i tried using the Edit user details by CSV option and the results shows that the record is updated.But when i check the user details nothing is modified and also old results are still showing when i export user details to csv.Also Do we have any option to modify Identity Type,Username,Domain,Email in bulk.Currently if i modify using csv this is creating new user and missing to apply existing user permissions to the new user.

Hello all - We have the following requirements related to archiving Archive the pages in AEM each year. The archive is not supposed to have dynamic behaviour as in search etc but the pages should maintain still maintain links with each other. Archive CSS and JS as well for that year and the pages should reference these files rather than the live ones Export the archive as a zip(this zip will contain HTML pages and not the package manager zip which only AEM can understand) and this zip file will be stored for the record management tool and can also be downloaded by a user to view the HTML pages offline. Has anyone implemented these functionalities in AEM?

The AEM' content version purging is currently configured with the default which is 30 days (maximum age) and 5 (maximum number of versions). This is not like Tridion which could have all the versions and be able to compare the differences between 2 versions forever.For regulation requirements, we have to keep site content archive for several years (such as 7 years). Simply backup regularly and keep all these backups cost a fortune. Is there a good way to keep the site contents for 7 years?
