I need to access/read Configuration of OOTB services. Is it possible to do so?

We are creating templates in AEM and syncing them with Campaign.Some templates have conditional blocks like <%if(recipient.brand=='Adobe'){%>Show Adobe Content<%}else if(recipient.brand=='Facebook'){%>Show Facebook Content<%}%>Is there a way to test these Conditional block within AEM before sending them to Adobe Campaign and previewing them via Personalization fields? In campaign these are rendered via Javascript Server pages which is not supported in AEM.

While upgrading to 6.5.12, I observed that service "org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.index.lucene.CopyOnReadStatsMBean" is missing from oak-lucene.jar (1.22.9) and is not registered, because of which the indexCopier is not present and hence NPE is thrown during an OTB job.Any idea what could cause this CopyOnReadStatsMBean missing? I do not see anything in logs related to this. The bundle refresh or update is not resolving this as well.

I was going through a video on OSGi Services, where someone explained that one of the benefits is "You can provide a service, if resource is avalilable".They cited an example of Printer. That is Printer is available, then Service is also available.Wondering how this is used in context of AEM services

Hey friends,I am getting two similar problems in different places after upgrading to 6.5.12. Both seem to be caused by the inclusion of <guide:includeGuideContainer/> in our forms template, if there is more info about what this library tag is doing internally that would be great. The first problem happens when trying to load adaptive forms in workspace from a start point. The error "Error in getting unbound xml partnull" in browser. Hi, I'm unable to make JAXWS web-service in AEM 6.5. I followed this which says that this is due to cfx being removed in 6.5. How to create an error page in AEM React SPA as like WKND SITE ERROR PAGE  I tried with A Community Blog but still unable to create the error page in React SPA I need to show an error page without changing the URL just like WKND SITE ERROR PAGE when resource not found. Please suggest me a solution to handle this issue.

I am new to AEM, has anyone able to make Next js work with AEM as an non-SPA? The closest I could find is making React Habitat can be used as non SPA with AEM.

Hello,I'm learning the ropes of AEM 6.5, and am trying to create a custom container component. The documents state that best practice is to utilize core components as much as possible, which is exactly what I'm trying to do. HI, Can a regular AEM user can change his password in AEM Authoring..? What is the role we need to assign to that usert to be able to change only his/her own password (self serving option)..?

I'm stuck on a permissions issue.I have a folder for news stories, at /content/news/articles[year]/[month] that I need to be able to programmatically control access to. Each news page has an "author" property on the jcr:content node associated with a user, authors should only be able to edit their own stories.Each page has deny all for a group called "newsauthors" which all such "authors" are members of, but I need to add rights for authors (and a group of approvers). I need to be able to generate the list of permissions and apply them programmatically, in case of an author change (I have a listener that works up until the actual application of the acl).I can't figure out the permissions needed to allow one-off edit access for individual authors, I tried jcr:read. rep:write, but this doesn't do the trick (users can't edit the page or the properties). Hi,I have enabled the Authentication requirement for one of the pages on my project. This property should redirect any unauthenticated user to the log in page url but that's not working. The same is working for other pages within the project, granite:loginPath & rep:CugPolicy property values are the same. The Apache Sling AuthenticationHandler is configured, and confirmed the configuration at https://<serveraddress>:<serverport>/system/console/slingauth . I face an issue with Email Functionality developed using ACS Commons Email Service (com.adobe.acs.commons.email.EmailService). It throws the below exception even when the mail server is set up with proper configurations:com.day.cq.mailer.MailingException: Invalid mail service configuration Again, as mentioned in the below thread, restarting the bundle does help and the mailing function start working fine and mail is sent. But after few days the issue reappears. Hi everyone,I'm new to Aem, I'm trying to extend the List component to be able to make it accept external URLs too, since until now I've noticed that it doesn't take external URLs. I thought of extending the List component by inserting a new Text tab where to insert a string to be printed. But I don't understand why it doesn't print the string to me, nor can I add the "add" button to make it add more fields. If you have ideas on how to make them insert external URLs without having to modify they are welcome
