Is there any good documentation for generation of Access tokens for accessing Assets HTTP API from any third party applications? This is an OnPrem instance and not AEMAACS

Hi All, Wanted to know the risks of a project not migrating to the latest pack.I have an AEM project running on the 6.3 version. The Adobe document says the Extended end-of-life support was on 30th April 2022 - https://helpx.adobe.com/support/programs/eol-matrix.html.Need to know the Risk of not moving to AEM 6.5 for 6 months or a year would be a problem - bit suspicious about it.  If possible, please guide me with any references.

Hi, We currently have a workflow launcher (L1) which triggers WF-A when there are any changes under /content/dam(/.*/)dogsNow we have to trigger another workflow - WF-B when there are any changes under this - /content/dam(/.*/)dogs/m2. So we have another launcher for this as well (L2)To avoid WF-1 getting triggered when there are changes under /content/dam(/.*/)dogs/m2 we have to add a Condition.How to add path as an condition to exclude (/content/dam(/.*/)dogs/m2) in L1 ? I have known about adding only the properties in the condition list of a WF launcher.Anyone aware of any implicit object name we can give in the condition field ?something like this ?path!= /content/dam(/.*/)dogs/m2OR Any different idea is appreciated.Thanks,

Hi,whenever we collaborate on something with the brand portal using the Asset contribution folder, we don't see who has uploaded the image in image properties in the brand portal. Also, this user id is crucial for us to flow back to AEM to know and understand who has published the image back into the AEM.Any Idea how we can achieve this? Thanks,

Hi Team,We are implementing a custom error handler page, so we have added in dispatcher file ErrorDocument 404 to custom handler page. when we are calling to any page, which are not there in Author, from dispatcher then its giving the custom error page but while calling "/crx/explorer/index.jsp.css" , its not giving custom error handler page.Can someone please help here

Hi Team,Out project is AEM Remote SPA, All aem components data exposed via .model.json, so rendering does happen only on react. In this case how to expose content (lets say experience fragments or any AEM content).Do we need to create any AEM components specifically for Target or Please do provide any solutions. Thanks in AdvanceSaikiran

Hi Team,I am trying to setup my new local AEM instance, but I haven't been successful so far. I have tried multiple times and multiple ways to do that but nothing worked for me.Can anyone please help here.Here are the details of the problem I'm facing:When I try to open the AEM instance by clicking on the JAR file:When I try from command prompt the below window opens and prompts me for a password.However, after entering the password, nothing happens. Hi All, In AEM Dispatcher, there is a timeout value under the renders property in the Dispatcher configuration which I assume determines the maximum time the dispatcher will wait for a response from the AEM publish instance when rendering dynamic content. Currently, the timeout is set to default value 10000 ms so if I change this configuration to let's say 50000 ms, it would increase timeout in Dispatcher? I'm still newbie to AEM andI would like to confirm if my understanding is correct. 

Hi, In the image component when we select a image in dialog box, Is it possible to accept image only if its is having a specific resolution Ex:(1800 x 1200, 2272 x 1704, 3072 x 2304 ) or can we set any minimum resolution for image in image component, so that any image selected below minimum resolution should not be allowed.

Hi all, I would like to ask about the specification of Unified Shell in AEMaaCS. Actually I got an inquiry from customer, and they were wondering why for some users, the URL of the edit page in author server includes "/ui#/" and "?appId=aemshell", while for some users the URL does not (which bring a little bit inconvenience when they confirm and publish the page in their business flow, because the URL are not consistent). After I did some investigation by myself, I found that it may caused by the configuration of Unified Shell (*1). So I told customer to have a try to turn off Unified Shell. However they told me that, even after they turn off Unified Shell, some users still can see "/ui#/" included in the URL. Here are my doubt,Is there any possibility that a URL including "/ui#/" and "?appId=aemshell" is caused by other features instead of Unified Shell?Is Unified Shell a configuration that have the same value across the whole organization? How do you edit text fields in the advanced tab of the page properties? I am attempting to remove the "canonical URL" text field from the advanced tab. However there isn't content.xml to edit. How do you access these fields?

Hello All, What is the best way to Sync Project Git Repository to Adobe Git but the Manual Way? I have been using below CMD commands but I have been facing issues (Unable to SYnc changes to Adobe GIT) -  1. Checkout project GIT repository (develop Branch)2. Add "adobe" remotes : git remote add adobe <repository_url>3. Validate if the remotes have been added successfully : git remote -v 4. Next, take the latest git pull from project git repository (develop Branch)git pull origin develop5.  Finally, pushing the changes to the adobe git.git push adobe develop I get the success message but the changes have not been sync to Adobe GIT.I even tried doing --force push to Adobe GIT, still the same issue. Any help, would be appreciated!

Hi Everyone, I have created new replication agent named TestAgent. I have a requirement where after successful replication action I want to print my own error/info log in TestAgent's log file. I am triggering this replication agent via custom workflow process step. Which service do I need to use to print additional logs in TestAgent's log file.I see we can use Interface ReplicationTransaction, how can we make use of this interface and call getLog() method of this interface. Hi all,I want to convert AEM html page to Pdf (using AEM 6.4)  and a link will be provided to users for to download that Pdf.I have gone through forum already and found sources which I don't want to use like PDF generator (need licence Adobe Acrobat)  , PDFbox API (some restriction with JavaScript on the page)  and iTextpdf (need to expose code which I can't). Could anyone share approach what else could be used (best if that is free).Thanks in advanceSharma
