We faced a problem with an unexpected profile merge.  Consider this scenario :  Schema having some GlobalID as primary ID and email as secondary ID    Now I have 2 profiles with below values: profile1 : GlobalID = 12345 ; Email = abc.xyz@mno.com  profile2 : GlobalID = 98765 ; Email = abc.xyz@mno.com    I see these two profiles got merged. My first question is if this is expected behaviour (primary ID is different yet it merged). If yes, how can we bypass this?

Team - We are in discussion about utilizing near real time customer location and leveraging those for the marketing purpose. I do understand that tracking Geo location is bit challenge and getting individual IP address also comes under PII as per GDPR/CCPA. Does anyone utilised adobe analytics geo location data by integrating with CDP for marketing purpose? Are we supposed to integrate and utilise those data for marketing purpose from adobe analytics? Would be good if someone has experienced on the above scenario and through some lights on the same.

Hi,   What is the data transfer time for destinations such as Adobe Target and AJO?  For Facebook and Google, it seems the data is refreshed every 4 hours.  Is that the case?   Thanks

One of the most annoying bugs in Launch is the search feature.        It will take you to the wrong rule many times. Sometimes it'll let you know by a hazard icon but other times you have no idea that you're in the wrong rule. This is very problematic and time wasting. You have to try and research again to get to the correct result.   Another bug is that you can't copy and paste into the search box many times which is painful. You have to refresh the page to try again.   There are many many bugs in Adobe Launch but it seems as if the support team doesn't care? We'd really appreciate it if you guys would fix this.

Scenario: Schema 1: Person     Base Class: XDM Individual Profile     Primary Identity: PersonKey Schema 2: Account     Base Class: XDM Business Account     Primary Identity: AccountKey Schema 3: Lead     Base Class: XDM Individual Profile     Primary Identity: LeadKey     Foreign Key 1: PersonKey (many to One)      Foreign Key 2: AccountKey (many to One)   When I create a segment, I can see the data qualified when the conditions are based on Lead+Account attributes, but nothing qualifies when Segment is created for the conditions based on Lead+Person attributes.Is it possible to setup a relationship between two Profile schemas? TIA!

HI, We are planning to migrate WebSDK but instead of removing all js files like Appmeasurement.js,mbox.js,visitor.js at.js in one shot at the beginning state of migration we are planning to keep both (alloy and lagacy js(appmeasuremnet,at.js,mbox,js,visitor,js)). We want to know what will be impact for keeping both js (mbox.js,visitor.js ,alloy.js,at.js,AppMeasurement.js) apart from the effect on page performance.

I have a situation where I need to reference different paths of the data object depending on what event type is being collected.  The structure of the data object loosely follows the old W3C data layer spec where there is product information held in product[*] for "product views", in cart.item[*] for "cart views" and in transaction.item[*] for "order placed" events. I've pretty much given up on doing an edge mapping for this (and will use client-side code instead) but I want to know if it is even possible.  Here's an example of a nested IIF that I was trying to use.  iif( contains_key("data.eventNames.cartViewed") && contains_key("data.eventNames.pageLoadCompleted") , data.cart.item[*].productInfo.productID, iif( contains_key("data.eventNames.orderPlaced") && contains_key("data.eventNames.pageLoadCompleted") , data.transaction.item[*].productInfo.productID, iif( contains_key("data.eventNames.cartViewed") && contains_key("data.eventNames.pageLoadCo

Is there a way to rename an event-forwarding property in Adobe Data Collection/Launch short of re-creating a new property. I'm not seeing an option (I'm an admin).   thanks in advance!

We want to reproduce this same configuration below using Target Response Tokens but in Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK, there is zero documentation on this.       The only thing I found but that doesnt explain at all what to do is this: From here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/administer/response-tokens.html?lang=en     It says "Use the Handle object class, which has a meta data object and a data object to listen for Target responses and read the response tokens." but it doesnt say what or where this is. What code do we use and where in Adobe Launch do we set it? It was so much easier before with at.js but cant find the same thing for AEP.

So can we use OOTB under the Lookup class?

Removed existing Adobe ACPCore lib from iOS native pod file in the appAnd installed the ACP Core and AEPAssurance packages through React Native app.we are getting the below errors. Definition of 'ACPCore' must be imported from module 'ACPCore.ACPCore' before it is required in @implementation RCTACPCore file which is lib file. Any one can help us to resolve the above issues.

Hi Team, The characters like à,â,æ (continuous pressing of a letter) when passed from js to servlet is adding unknow characters. How do i resolve it. JS post request: SampleKeyà.key,Servlet request:SampleKeyà.key It has changed the character to caps and added a space in the request received at servlet. How are these characters avoided or the request request reaches the servlet as ease ? Thanks.

Hi --I am attempting to integrate the AEP SDK into an objective-c project via cocoapods.  Here is the Podfilesource 'https://github.com/CocoaPods/Specs.git'  platform :ios, '13.0'use_frameworks! target 'aep-prototype' do    pod 'AEPCore'    pod 'AEPAnalytics'    pod 'AEPMedia'endI am unable to import any of the AEP SDK modules. I've tried both #import and @Import and various naming schemes with no success. For example, how would I import AEPAnalytics? I have tried #import <AEPAnalytics/Analytics.h> and XCode is unable to find it. Auto-complete shows "AEPAnalytics-umbrella.h" but that doesn't work either.
