Hi everyone, Is it possible to recalculate or reset the ID graph? Either for certain batches or as a whole? When I delete the dataset, the edges in the ID graph are persistent. How can I remove these edges in the graph coming from deleted datasets or batches? Can I somehow trigger a recalculation of the ID Graph? BestBenedikt

Hi All, I would like to understand more about the data lineage that DULE enforce. Does AEP apply DULE enforce at XDM and source level in inbound and Profile with the eventual export in outbound? Thanks  

Hi All, I am getting this  skipped 1 records as they had only one identity per xdm record from Identity Graph. Basically I have 1 Experience Profile with two differents Dataset and 1 Experience Event. Can you help me to understand better whats DOES skipped 1 records as they had only one identity per xdm record mean? Thanks

Hi all,    i followed the implementation steps in the doc here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/audience-manager/user-guide/implementation-integration-guides/integration-experience-platform/aam-aep-audience-sharing.html?lang=en   The thing is that i can see data from Audience manager into Adobe Platform but not the segment from Platform into Audience Manager.    Is there the need to do something more?    Thanks in advance!

I am seeing the following crash log in App Dynamics. I have not been able to reproduce locally but there are a lot of crashes of that type in prod.   Has anyone seen this error before? We can't even wrap it in a try/catch because the sdk itself is starting that call      com.adobe.marketing.mobile.AssuranceFullScreenTakeover$1.run()(AssuranceFullScreenTakeover.java:57)  

Need to generate impression click reports in CJA, and need help in figuring out where is impression clicks captured & stored.   1. In which dataset does this generally get stored? (Sorry, I am not aware of AAM) 2. By any chance is this in AAM Realtime? If so, I cannot find d_event in the signals field.  

Hello Community,   I was working on some pixel implementations for my clients today and wondered if we can set a disable date to automatically disable a marketing pixel rule when campaign ends, without us manually doing it through launch? We recently realized we're well over our licensed storage amount. In an effort to reduce the amount of storage we're using, we've been trying to identify a way to view the overall size of each dataset. Of course there's a way to view how much data has been ingested over the past 7 or 30 days, but has anyone figured out how to query or view the total size of each dataset?    If not, would this be helpful to you as a feature request to Adobe?

Hi, I'm fairly new to CJA. What I'm curious about is, when using Adobe Analytics and Analysis Workspace, we have the ability build segments and share those segments with other solutions (i.e Adobe Target) to activate them. Does CJA currently support such functionality? or what work arounds are others using to meet such requirements? Cheers, Winston

Hi Team,   I have an event data set that was created after the Profile dataset(both are profile enabled and stitched with a common id). Now it has already 48 hrs passed but the event data is not stitched with the profile.   Both are having 1.3m records and are loaded by query service.   As the monitoring screen shows all status success. Any suggestions on what can be the issue and how we can understand the process going on inside the profile store?     Thanks Gouri Raula

Does anyone know how many parallel connections can be created per connector? Some connectors like SFTP support creating multiple accounts, but is that true for all? I couldn't find any documentation around how many connections/accounts I can setup per connector. Also, I cannot create a connector until I have established one valid connection.   Need this info to know pros & cons for some of the OOB connectors.   I am interested for the following types of connectors (if not all): - Social - facebook, twitter & linkedin - Email Marketing - sendgrid, eloqua, adobe campaign   Thanks, Chetanya

Hi Team,   I have to set the cookieLifetime value of the ECID extension to None in order not to create ECID cookies(AMCV and AMCVS) under certain conditions.   When I try to configure it directly on the extension, it works fine and the ECID cookies are not created and tags are being sent.   As per my need, I need to set/unset the ECID Cookies based on some conditions. So, I tried to add it using the below code. var visitor = Visitor.getInstance ("<ORG_ID>",{ trackingServer: "<tracking_server>",trackingServerSecure: "<tracking_server_secure>",disableThirdPartyCookies: true,doesOptInApply: false,cookieLifetime: "NONE" // This value is set as default when ECID cookies need to be created.});   Also, I am trying to execute the code after OptIn change: adobe.optIn.approveAll();adobe.optIn.complete();   This way, it doesn't work and ECID cookies are getting created irrespective of the condition. Dear Community,   I want to take your opinions and thoughts on creating Launch Mobile Properties.   I have a scenario where for one country, let's say for Ireland, we have one main Launch Property dedicated to main eCom Mobile Application, now client is adding another app for Loyalty, and planning one additional app for another functionality. All these three will have Adobe Mobile SDK. & I'm assuming they want to have reporting on same Analytics Report Suite for all three apps.   Question is, would you create a separate mobile property for each App or have just one and use same for all 3?    Appreciate if you could share your experience..    Thanks a lot.

Hi all,   we are running into an issue when scheduling a query form AEP UI.   We have created a query that make a join between two dataset and combine the retrieved data into a new dataset using the insert into.  If we run the query manually, the dataset get populated and everything looks fine, the problem comes when we try to schedule the same query, selecting in the output dataset the same dataset specified in in INSERT INTO statement.   So, what could be the problem of the schedule? it should just run hourly.  Are there some limitation on the use of scheduling? 

Hi Team, I have a website which has been integrated with AEP Web SDK to capture user activities while user is browsing the website. This website also has a user registration process, which sends the user data to CRM system upon submission of the registration form. We get the CRM data in AEP as batch at certain timeframe and it is not real-time. To support this data load, we have defined an XDM schema of type XDM Individual Profile. Now we want to feed the user information from the website to AEP directly. While trying to do that, what I have noticed that, in Adobe Launch, while creating a data element, I could only see the XDM schemas which are of type Experience Event. Is there any way, I can send the User information to AEP directly from Website as we do for upon user web interactions? Thanks in advance. 

My website is a SPA with EDDL. Is there a way to fire the page load call only after the data layer updation has taken place?   The scenario is as such:  After I add a product from the Products Page and go to the Cart Page, the page load call happens even before the data layer is updated with the new product. So I am unable to see the new product details in the page load server call. Could someone please help me with the solution to this?   Thanks!  

Hi I am working on updating the Adobe analytics using the Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK in our Android application. I think I finished updating the analytics feature using the Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK based on this official adobe document. I also set up the assurance feature provided by the Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK.    However, when I checked the raw data of the analytics event passed from our Android app using the Griffon tool, there were some missing field values.  "_requestDetails": [ { "key": "App ID", "value": null }, { "key": "Carrier Name", "value": null }, { "key": "Device Name", "value": null }, { "key": "OS Version", "value": null }, : ]   I have some questions regarding these missing field values. 1. Do I need to set these value in the Android app programmatically? 2. If so, please tell me how to set the values up, and reference

Hello guys,   I have an existing schema in production with hourly ingestion data. Soon the inbound data will not provide an attribute which is currently mandatory. What is the best option to manage this?  Can I delete the field or make it optional? Thanks
