Hi everyoneHaving a huge problem in Launch with keeping plugins persistent. We have EVENT1 (page view) firing  (fires on page load). All of the plugins are “set in the AA tool and not set in custom code.BUT any time the page loads (SPA page), we have the event showing up multiple times (i.e. event1, event1,event1,event5) although a new "page" is not happening in the UI since it's the type of application. To prevent this from happening, I set the rule to “set variables” + “send beacon” + “clear variables”.This fixed the multiple event1s from showing up.What we noticed was that the plugins were not showing up in subsequent events. EVENT1 EVENT 5 No clue why this was happening – so we added them to the custom code (TOTALLY WORST PRACTICE I KNOW!) so I needed to reach out for help about this. Plugin consistency is what we’re noticing is not happening.Already had a call/screenshare with Adobe customer support AND a consultant which was puzzled...Anyone have any insight?Thanks for any g

I want to fire an event when the user clicks anywhere inside this div :Usually when a user clicks inside the div, a pop-up opens in the website. I want to fire the event just before that.I created an Event Rule with the following configuration :What happens now is, whenever I click inside the div, no event is fired. When I click in the area of the div that does not open the pop-up, the event is fired.What causes this problem? Is it related to the pop-up?Any help would be appreciated.

I'm doing some Adobe training to get better acquainted with Launch and have come across an issue which I was hoping someone here could help me with.As part of the training, Adobe provides web files for a basic eCommerce site, which you need to host. This is where you are meant to implement Launch as part of the training. I have done that and you can see the website here, http://geometrixxfd.byethost33.com/ . As you can see in the page source, the Launch code is there, however, when I use the Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger, it says Launch is not present on the page. I got the Launch code snippet from the Production environment section in Launch.Have I implemented it incorrectly or is there something I am missing?Thanks for any help.

Hi i'd like to clarify that if  custmoer A has attribute x = 1 and i want to update it i need to reupload a file where custmoer A has attribute x = 0 then it will change. I.e. the file is updating each time, and not performing a drop and replacethanks

I'm using Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger to test an Analytics implementation.When I open one page alone and Debugger shows one Analytics hit, I can download the hits from Debugger's "Network" panel.When I click to another page and Debugger shows more than one Analytics hit, I cannot download the hits. Clicking the "Download" button does nothing.Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Otherwise, Debugger is not usable for me.

Build was successful I see the app launched right but I see below for Analytics request. Its always queued .. I tried everything couldn`t find much of info on this .. Hi Community,I was recently asked about scope (storage duration) in Adobe launch and I struggled to find a good answer for using it other than it stores and persists the value based on the scope selected to ensure a "value" is collected whether it exists in the data element at the time or recalls it from storage incase of null or undefined. I was recently told by a consultant that we should by default just use "None" for scope but my understanding is that the new "None" is used specifically for single page apps. but after thinking about it more, I assume that it truly doesn't matter since if a user clears cache the storage will disappear anyway and that the eVar variable expiration will persist the value anyway. article on SPA and storage: https://medium.com/adobetech/none-data-element-storage-duration-bce063e7fd73So am I correct to come to the conclusion that there is no sensible reason or example to need to use scope other than "None"?Does anyone have any good examples to share to us

Hi,I tried to capture the s_vi value into an evar via DTM by using the below method. for eg: s.eVar1 ="D=s_vi". so, on the report it would looik like this s.eVar1= [CS]v1|2BD5A23B8SDA7B83D-600001104001554B[CE] . But, i do see few values without [CS]v1 at the beginning eg: 241579947650856531231389954089219320735 . Not sure, if this value is from s_fid. If yes, would like to understand better why im getting s_fid value into an eVar1 as im just copying dynamic value(D=s_vi) value into and evar.Is there any better approach to capture s_vi value into an eVar using DTM.Thanks,Muthu

We are building an app and put it Adobe Analytics in a mobile app for the first time. I'm reading that we can do in-app messaging through Adobe Analytics (we don't have Campaign or AEM... sigh, I know ), but I can't find anyplace that explains how to outside of mobile services, which is being deprecated. Is it possible to do in-app messaging in Launch or Adobe Analytics? If so, is there any documentation?

I'm aware there's a Launch Switch Self assessment tool available which provides a list of changes to be made for DTM rules / elements after migration to Launch. But some of the clients may not be comfortable uploading their embed code in a third party site for doing this analysis.Is there any other way to come up with the list of changes / deprecations required in a websites current DTM implementation post migration to launch? Is there any documentation or site with such a list?Thanks.
