Hi,we have a shop under two domains: 1. mydomain.de2. owndomain.com/de3. owndomain.com/plThe code is the same. Only language and currency between number 2 and 3 is different. Now I ask myself I the best way is to set up three properties (each for one domain) or one property with all three domains (respectively only with owndomain.com because I couldn´t enter the domains owndomain.com/de and owndomain.com/pl in one property). (btw.: we also want to integrate google analytics with dtm; here we have three properties (each for one domain)). Perhaps it is a little bit tricky but I hope anybody has a good solution. In previous versions of the Mobile SDKs, you would use Adobe Mobile Services (http://mobilemarketing.adobe.com) to set your SDK configuration parameters. After making all of your config setting changes you would then download a JSON config file to use in conjunction with the SDK package that you would download from our public git.   With the Adobe Experience Platform SDKs we've changed this process to support an easier, more dynamic workflow. Hello Adobe DTM Community, Reaching out to see if anyone can provide some guidance on the implementation of the gtag.js global (base) and event tag. As the event tag pulls in page data layer values these tags have been implemented as non-sequential JS tags. As the global tag needs to fire first, a page rule has been set up to fire the global tag at the bottom of the page, and a separate page rule set up to fire the event tag on page load. With this configuration I am running into the issue where "gtag" is undefined when the event tag fires. Hi Adobe Launch team,My name is Puneet and I work as an Adobe partner in ANZ region. We are doing an Ensighten to Launch migration project for a client and their security team want to know more about infrastructure/ physical architecture of Launch. Since we will be storing customer sensitive data as data elements in Launch for sending to downstream applications, they want to know where is the customer data stored as part of Launch? Is the data physically stored in US or is it stored in cloud storage like AWS. Any information will be helpful.Thanks,Puneet

Hi Forum folks.Trust you're well,..I am a bit concern about lag time.. I pushed my approved code to live around 11pm (UK time) on the 15th of June and now its the 16th (10:43am) and my code is still yet to reflect on the production site.i checked the publish date and it returns the date for my last publication which was in May. Old codes still works fine but new is not coming through. i have rechecked the codes and there are no errors thrown as they all work perfectly on the stage environment..Stage publish date returns 15th june..So not sure how long to wait for.. I have noticed that it is taking my codes longer to get to Production, is there an issue with dtm publication.. please helpRegardsK

Hello,In Adobe DTM, we are trying to create a data element that returns a first party trackingserver based on the site domain. Ultimately, we want to set this data element in the trackingserver field of the Experience Cloud ID service tool in DTM. We need to do this as we host multiple domains in one DTM profile.Can anyone give me some tips on how I would go about doing this? For example, we want trackingserver to be set to smetrics.domain1.com for domain1.com and smetrics.domain2.com for domain2.com.Right now, I have a data element set up with the following custom script:if(window.location.href.indexOf(".domain1.com") != -1){s.trackingServerSecure="smetrics.domain1.com"}if(window.location.href.indexOf("domain2.com") != -1){s.trackingServerSecure="smetrics.domain2.com"}Pretty sure this is wrong because I shouldn't be setting the s.trackignServer in the custom script. Hi,I have implemented few events in the DTM and you can see the following event is on Kudo. When i click on kudo you can see 4 Analytics server calls in the below screenshot and in all the server calls data is same. I am not sure why this is happening. This will send the duplicate values in AA? or should i ignore such things?Thanks in advance!

I was looking at the Documentation for Adobe Heartbeat and it says that the Average Bitrate metric is...I'm not sure I understand what it means when it says "The value is predefined buckets at 100kbps intervals." Could someone elaborate on that? Also when it says weighted average does that mean that some of the bitrate values don't contribute as much as others? e.g. a bitrate value for a BitrateChange event might contributed less than the bitrate for a Play event.

Hi all,I see an issue where Analytics script injected using DTM does not work on Mozilla Firefox & IE, works in Chrome.I have already done the following initial checks on FF primarily,1. The DTM satellite script opens up correctly in Firefox when opened via "view page source" and clicking on the link for the satellite js.2. It has the necessary data in it and is not blank. initially it showed not able to access, but by allowing the exception, i am able to access it now.3. Another script _satellite.pageBottom() (I do not have the exact syntax, but you know what i am trying to put forth) is also included in the page footer.4. I do not have the error screenshot from the browser console, as when i cleared once, it does not show up now.5. I tried using "Digital Pulse Debugger" and the debugger never loads. (added screenshot).6. FF version is latest 53.0.3 (32-bit). The same setup works in Chrome.

looking for documentation or other sources to explain some use cases around trackTimedAction(start|update|end).In particular, looking to understand how it handles non-ideal pairs/sets of timed actions. For example:One 'start' event followed by two consecutive 'end' events - does the report show two completions with separate times to complete for the two end events?Repeated 'start' events before an 'end' event - does the time to complete calculate against the first start event or does it reset every time a 'start' action occurs?'starts' or 'ends' without any complement - if someone starts but doesn't complete, or gets a completion and somehow skips starting, are those just thrown out?any insight or advice is appreciated, thanks in advance!

Hi Team,I was trying to track the file downloads via DTM by adding the following two lines of code to s-code,s.trackDownloadLinks=trues.linkDownloadFileTypes="exe,zip,wav,mp3,mov,avi,wmv,pdf,doc,docx,xls,xlsx,ppt,pptx"But I was not able to get the server call for the file downloads which are happening on the site. Whereas I am able to achieve it by using the link tracking global setting in the adobe tool settings. Can anyone please help me with an Idea that Why I was not able to achieve it using s-code?Thanks in Advance!Sundhara M.

Hi All,we create one web property like one for one site, one for multiple sites with same domain or different domain.But how to create a property - to track the user journey when user is navigating from one domain to other domain in Global report suites under different categories.My Question is- how to identify the user events,url pathing when travels from one site to other site of different domain and how to create the web properties for implementation in Adobe Launch?Please help me to understand on the properties creation for sites.Regards,BS.

When you order the arrangement of the ACTIONS on a rule, do those actions wait until the previous action has finished?If not, would the better approach be to break these up into Rules and give them a specific order--Chris

Does URL get captured as an Out Of The Box dimension when I populate the URL field in DTM Global Variables? If yes, do you know what the OOTB dimension name is as I can't find anything.Also, I was reading this page stumbled upon and realized I could use the OOTB server dimension for my current "domain" dimension I created: server  . However, Does the OOTB dimensions work as an evar, prop or both? What are the downsides versus using custom evars / prop dimensions?thanks in advance,Scott

Hi I have a use case where I want to pass custom event along with out of the box exit link which is getting tracked. E.g. I want 'event1' to be populated with exit link call along with 'eVar3' All the configuration in DTM via DTM UI like I have 'Track outbound links' option checked and I have my filters specified in UI which are working as expected.Any pointers?'ThanksPankaj

In my new report suite, there are no metrics to choose in the report builder. How do I enable them? The documentation I can find just says they should be "out of the box" but that doesn't seem to be the case. I've installed DTM and it is clearly sending something to Analytics but it's only instances. Here's a screenshot:Any help is much appreciated! !
