What is DTM Server response time / DTM library size / DTM Load time /Tips for optimizing load performance?

I thought I could build two different event based rules for the same element with a secondary condition being the differentiation between the two so they both would fire. One rule for  div.dxp-modal-window-content>h2 where textContent matches 'expiration warning' and the second rule being div.dxp-modal-window-content>h2 where textContent matches 'session expired'. But its not working only, the first rule fires. I am assuming this does not work because the div.dxp-modal-window-content>h2 is added to the DOM once and its merely the textContent that is changing.Anyway to build a CSS rule based on the text changing after an element is added to the DOM? I know I could use a Direct Call rule but we only have releases 4 times per year and I don't want to have to wait that long.

I have been using various tag managers(Tealium & GTM) over the past 6 years. Recently, I've had a client that started using Adobe DTM. I am not a javascript programmer so this tool is far too technical for me. The challenge I'm having is converting marketing vendors static code into workable code in DTM that will allow for the digitalData's array format when it comes to multiple products.Are there any resources that show how to convert single product script into one that assesses an array and then provides values a, b, c & d for each instance of the array?Example: i would want to be able to capture product ID, sku, quantity & price for each array itemdigitalData.transaction.item[0]digitalData.transaction.item[0].productIDdigitalData.transaction.item[0].SKUdigitalData.transaction.item[0].quantitydigitalData.transaction.item[0].pricedigitalData.transaction.item[1]digitalData.transaction.item[1].productIDdigitalData.transaction.item[1].SKUdigitalData.transaction.item[1].quanti

Hi,We noticed that there are multiple Omniture tags firing for a single page load in our Dev Environment. (can't share the URL)3 similar tags are firing for a single page load (All 3 tags have same page name & variables). I can see DTM rules are fired thrice in the console.I just wanted to check if you guys are aware of this and please share in case you have any insights on this.PFA Screenshot.

Hi,I am using evar variable to set 'Internal Search Term' for our web site. I can see the below points happening: 1. Data element has the search keyword value(fetched from Query Param)2. Page Load Rule is getting fired where I set this data element to evar.3. console.log code in Custom Code Editor in Adobe analytics section of Page Load Rule also shows value of this evarHowever, I can see no values getting populated in the report. Also, I can see the all the analytics variables value in the image request but not this one. Could anyone please help me in rectifying this?Need to resolve this urgently.

Hi,I do not have too much of an insight into contextHub.In our application, we have some social share links present on pages. Under contextHub we have a js file, which seems to be tracking which of the social share icons is clicked.It has entries like _satellite.track("media-click"), ContextHub.Utils.storeCandidates.registerStoreCandidate and so on..From what I understand1] When we have integrations with DTM, to get some stats about page, then those corresponding js code/file for it is present under ContextHub folder.2] All of this coding has to be done by DTM team?3] Went through ContextHub documentation but did not get a very clear picture. If you can share any good reference links/articles on this will be helpful.

Hi Rudy,I can also see, DTM Page Load Rules are firing twice. I have put these rules to be fired at the bottom of the page but not sure what causing them to fire twice. Yes, I can see a lot of legacy scode in DTM Analytics Editor where lot of analytics variables are getting set. But, how is that making my Rules to fire twice? As per my understanding, scode legacy code will override the variables already set by DTM Rules since doPlugins is the last function which gets called before sending image request to Analytics Server. But, I am just trying to understand why this is making my rules to fire twice and what can I do rectify this? I am looking for a solution urgently since this is affecting our production site.Thanks in advance,-J

Hi,We have the same problem and we are still experiencing the issue. Most of our admin accounts are not working since one week, only one was working. Since today, none of our account are working making it impossible to connect to DTM.

HI, I can login to the cloud and access analytics but not the Dynamic tag Management (DTM). Everyone has the same issue in the organization. We do check the product access and rights in the admin console, we have everything needed but still couldn't access the Dynamic tag Management.

Hi there, is there a way to load in the Trigger fileld, as you can see in the screenshot below, a list of context data key? For example in my company context data contains an unique number that identify the customer and i need to send an in-app to a thousand of those customer and the only way i found is to put directly in that field is one by one.Am i doing it wrong?Thanks

To Roman's point, I'm getting multiple(2) calls to Analytics servers if I add the _satellite.pageBottom() just before the closing body tag.

I have my Single Page website written in Angular. It has more than1 view.I have placed my DTM Header code in Index.html and footer on each individual view.I am trying to LocationChangeSuccess event as suggested in the example but it is unable to capture PageName Javascript object.Re: DTM implementation on a single page (AngularJS) site. Hi,I have a questions on setting direct call rules for multiple events. We have 57 events in a iframe video that wee need to set up tracking. I know we can pass _satellite.track(<string>) for each event success. But when we create rules in DTM we need to setup 57 rules(1 rule for each event)Is there a  simple way we can create one rule  for all 57 string names not creating one rule for each event?Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Saila

This morning, we have received numerous reports from users in our company that they are no longer able to access our company's properties within our DTM application.  As recently as yesterday, I personally was able to access our properties within DTM, but today I confirmed that I can not access them along with the others who have reported the same issue.  Logging into the application with a new browser window with a clean browsing history did not resolve the issue.  Is there a known cause for this type of company-wide access issue within DTM?  Thanks.

Hello Adobe Community !I've been trying to solve a problem about a custom link called "AMACTION:" . My guess is that this custom link is made by the Apple IOS SDK whenever there is a clic action.The problem is that it contains 18% of Nones when we breakdown with eVarX ( Click bouton name ) - and we are not sure if it's triggered at all clicks.Kind regards,Mario

Hello DTM Experts,We are using Google Analytics as out analytics tool. However, we use DTM as our tag manager due to our core site being under AEM. We want to rollout DTM on our other platforms like Hybris etc. But I am facing a problem. I am not able to track GA Enhanced E-Commerce data using GA as a tool within DTM. There seems to be no documentation or article on the internet.Has anyone within this community successfully implemented GA EEC tracking using DTM. Hi, I'm having trouble with DTM and inserting the list of 3ard party retargeting tags.List of 3rd party retargeting tags (Google, Yahoo, AMP, FB/TW) has been implemented to DTM but the agency who handles digital ads behalf of us says they cannot see the data/remarks/foot prints. From our end, we don't know what is causing the trouble. Pls help and advice how we can solve this issue.

Does anyone know if code can be minified in DTM. I have a bunch of plugins that load on page load and wanted to see about minifying them for smaller page load footprint.
