Hi, We are ingesting a Batch data from Snowflake source into CDP, with a frequency of every 3 hours. Is there a possibility to Evaluate a Batch segment (profiles are created using this snowflake data)  more than once a day? I can see that we specify a time for daily Batch Segment evaluation to happen, and then the next evaluation happens the next day same time. Is there a possibility to set evaluation time say every 3 hours or xyz hours? Please suggest.  Thanks.

We are trying to import Luma sample data into AEP. We have developed an event schema called "Luma Offline Purchase Event Schema (Demo)" which includes the Commerce Details, Luma Identity ExperienceEvent, and AEP Web SDK ExperienceEvent field groups. The Loyalty ID is set as the primary identity in this event schema. Both the schema and dataset have Profile enabled. For this schema, we have created a dataset named "Luma Offline Purchase Data" and successfully ingested the data. However, we encountered an issue where the array of objects, specifically the fields SKU and quantity within the "productListItems[]" array, are not being mapped properly. I'm looking for better ways to track analytics from mobile app. Few questions - 1) I'm using both analytics SDK (trackState, trackAction) and Adobe Edge (event based) - Any thoughts on which is better?2) Hardcoded to Dynamic - Have any of you done dynamic tagging instead of hard coding in the front-end?3) Data Layer - Anyone used data layer concepts for apps? Hi, I'm interested in using a tag management solution for Adobe Analytics, and Target looks like a good option, at least for web. However, I'm working with mobile native apps.I can't find any detailed documentation on how to dynamically manage tags for native apps. What I'm looking for specifically is how the data in the app (perhaps in the form of a data layer) is exposed from the app code to Target. For example, I want to remotely configure track actions to fire on the pages I'm interested in, with added context data surfaced by the app. If it's a web page this seems to be possible by accessing data objects contained on the page, and then the Target UI allows nice configuration of rules, events, etc. The documentation I've found so far (Add Adobe Analytics) implies that even if I implement the Experience Cloud SDK, Target and Analytics, the track states and actions still need to be hard coded in the app code. We are working on single schema across multiple digital properties and have single dataset created for these properties. Wanted to know if all data in single dataset can lead to any concerns? 1. Are there any Dataset size limitations per dataset vs combined all datasets together?2. Is there any impact of huge data size in these datasets on any other components like Querying the data, sending data to data streams, AEP CDP etc. or any performance concerns?

Hello, I have a few questions regarding accessing data through the Profile API, data retention, and data cleanup.1. I have recently ingested data into AEP using the streaming API and I am currently accessing it through the Real-Time Profile API. I understand that the data is stored in the profile store for 7 days, but I am unsure if the Profile API will still provide a response after this period. Could you please clarify this for me?2. Additionally, I am curious about the length of time data remains in the data-lake before Adobe archives it. Should I be concerned about backing up the data I have ingested into AEP, or does it remain there indefinitely? Is there a way to track Marketo form events like start, submit, success and failure in Adobe Analytics using Adobe Launch.

-I am trying to implement this 3rd party pixel provided.-I am supposed to inject this pixel inside the <body> tag. -I am provided an ID ( alphanumeric) and Tag ( <img src-"https://xyz.w11c.net/ap?id=alphanumberID&t=marketing" />-Places to add will be homepage, cart and check out.How do you create conversion pixel using Adobe Launch?This is the first time I am using Adobe Launch so any help is appreciated. Hi,We have created a Profile enabled schema and dataset with custom primary identifier "customer_id".On data ingestion using HTTP API method, data is getting added to system.In addition to this, can also see an error in batch ingestion details in Dataset.Error : The uuid=90909090909090909909090909090909CUST01 provided is not valid, it should be 38 characters in length.Tried giving 38 characters in customer_id field, still getting same error.PFA snapshotWhy we are getting this error? even after giving 38 characters?

 How can we track/implement form start and form submissions in SPA and also want to check where user was dropped off? Thanks!!

We are migrating from DTM to LaunchWe are using Adobe Analytics extension v1.8.5AppMeasurement version 2.22.0.Allowing the extension to manage the library for us."Track download links" is selected When a browser "downloads" a file, and saves it, everything works fine.The Lnk_d is recorded and sent to adobe analytics. HOWEVER, if a browser clicks on a download link AND opens the file in a browser window (typically, a PDF link) the Adobe Launch java script appears to download as well, a beacon is sent, and the downloaded file is also recorded as a page view.The "lnk_d" is recorded correctly (appears as a downloaded file as well as a page view) How do we fix this?

Hi,I can see the launch page load rule is firing twice in the debugger on one page load. I have put two Event: Window loaded and Data Element Change. If both the events are met, then the server call is firing twice. Please suggest if i should remove one of the event from the rule or there is another workaround. Hello everyone, we are facing an issue where we see 2 different behaviors as we are streaming millions of payloads to our downstream Kinesis instance:Case 1: Every time an attribute and/or segment status change it triggers multiple payloads for each instance.For E.g. qualifying for 2 different segments triggers 2 different payloads; any change to 3 attributes triggers 3 different payloads.Case 2: There is an update in 2 different segments but AEP only streams 1 single payload with both the updates.Is this an expected behavior? If yes, what drives these differences in the JSON payloads while streaming?

Hi -  I'm integrating AEP Analytics into my SPA via NPM. I'm able to make successful "sendEvent" calls that return a 200. However, when I run my test runner, Karma, via "npm test" I am getting this error:  Error: [alloy] The library has already been configured and may only be configured once. Normally, that would point to these issues:  Check code to ensure that I am not accidentally loading the same library more than once Ensure that I call alloy("configure") only once But I've seen this issue as well that throws the same error but it's for a data set id issue -- which is unrelated to the error message.  Can anyone shed some light, please? Thanks for any input.  NOTE: This does not happen when I access the alloy.js files from the CDN. 

Hi team,Recently I did the batch data ingestion with enabling the incremental load. Once the incremental load work as on daily basis for each batch ID against the records get ingested into the dataset but all records only reflect under the New Profile Fragments as new records and Zero records reflect in Existing Profile Fragments as existing record or modified existing record. (Specific to XDM-ExperienceEvent Class Dataset)As per source daily new updated records count is low but in AEP getting the different count what could be the reason.All mapping is correct.Below snaps for your reference. Regards,Sandip Surse 

Hello, What we are trying to achieve is pretty simple, but we're struggling because we can't find any documentation describing it : How can we ingest data using batch uploads into the 'createDate' and 'modifyDate' fields whithin the '_repo' object, shown in the first screenshot of this online doc? We tried simply mapping a field to the _repo.createDate and _repo.modifyDate fields, and mapping the following calculated field to the _repo object directly : to_object("createDate",creationDate,"modifyDate",modifiedDate). None of both work, while similar transformations do work on other objects. The preview in the dataflow shows the following object syntax, which looks correct : {"modifyDate":"2023-04-25T10:00:00","createDate":"2023-04-25T10:00:00"} The dataflow runs without errors but we do get the following warning and the field is not populated : "Field transformation warning".Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,Xavier

Hi, Many batches are failed during Ingestion with the error "Updates are not supported for events.Updates not supported for events". Issue arises in production sandbox after few days the WebSDK Source went live. For the initial few days, we haven't received those errors in AEP.  At the moment, more than half of the batches are being failed with this error. We have only configured the Experience Event schema as we are fetching behavioural data from website via WebSDK. When we reported this issue to Adobe Support, we have been informed by Adobe Technical support engineer that we should also have an Individual Profile schema configured for this error not to occur. I don't find proper information in the adobe helpex documentation or forums. Can anyone please help if you have any idea or face similar error? Thanks & Regards,Sam

While updating the rule using reactor API, getting 404 Not Found as a response. I can able to get the rule details using the same Rule ID (GET request). But, when I tried to update the rule (name change) using API, it's giving me 404 Not Found. The rule was already published to production in Launch.  Any help would be appreciated!
