Adobe Journey Optimizer

We are going to use the web channel for some business usecases. How do we enable the tracking for the same? I dont see any event generated from ajo directly. Should we use the adobe launch to use this for tracking?

Hi Team, After running a journey in AJO and reviewing the "All Time Report," I noticed that some records were excluded under the Journey Exclusions section with the reason:ERROR_SEGMENT_REALISATION_CONDITION_MISMATCH.However, it's unclear what exactly caused these records to be excluded. Could you please advise on how and where I can get more detailed insights into this specific exclusion error to better understand and troubleshoot the issue? Thank you.

We have a Journey in AJO that is an event based audience. In our full data model, customers can have multiple accounts. Within the event, it tells us which account the customer is using to trigger the event.However before sending the e-mail we need to execute an account eligibility check (i.e. check our account level suppressions) by reconciling that account with the account data in the customer real time CDP / AEP.What type of syntax or how can we pull the account from the event then use that account to compare against the customers CDP/AEP profile?

Hello all,I'm facing an issue in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) related to consent logging when customers submit a landing page form created in Visual Designer mode.Current Setup:* I built a landing page using AJO’s Visual Designer.* The form displays 8 subscription lists as checkboxes:* 6 are older subscription lists used in previous campaigns (which worked as expected before)* 2 are newly created subscription lists* Upon checkbox selection and saving preferences from the front end, the form is expected to:1. Update the customer profile - works2. Add/remove the selected subscription lists - works3. Log a consent event in the Consent and Preference dataset - doesn't work Problems Observed:Test 1 (New Subscription Lists):* Selecting and submitting new subscription list checkboxes:* Profile and subscription list updated * Consent and Preference dataset not updated Test 2 (Old Subscription Lists):* To isolate the issue, I tested again using one of the older subscription

Since the recent AJO update introduced 'Dynamic Media' and started generating absolute image links, animated GIFs no longer seem to work. Has anyone found a workaround for this?

Whats the limit? I do not see that in AJO guardrails

It seems to us that mirror pages is not working when the link is created inside a email fragment, and then used in an email. When you break the inheritage of the fragment it will work, but it you have created a fragment you dont need to change the content in, and it stays "unbroken" the mirror page dont work.Ttpical use case: "read this mail in a browser" Puting this into a fragment wont work.

Hi all, I have an interesting use case of joining Journey and email name/id data with profile identifiers in order to make an export to HTTP destination.With Email Tracking Dataset I could see the Journey and email details with ID Map, however we are not using ID map for identities, so was wondering how we can join the primary (customer ID) and secondary ID (email) along with Journey & email sent info.  Looking for your suggestions!Thanks

I am facing an issue in AJO where, after creating a dataset and enabling it for Profile, the Profile option gets disabled again whenever I refresh or reopen the page.Additionally, when I ingest profiles into the dataset (via Postman), the data appears successfully under the dataset. However, when I try to search for the profiles in the Profile section (using the email address), I am unable to see them.Could someone help me understand why:1. The Profile setting is not staying enabled after refreshing?2. The ingested profiles are not visible under the Profile section even though the data is showing in the dataset? The same happened with Journey created using event, the profiles entered the journey and also seen under dataset, but the event name is not visible under the profiles I ingested from postman.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Team,We are looking to create an audience segment that targets users whose birthdays fall in the upcoming month. The goal is to use this audience to send out birthday greetings.The birth date field in our system is in the "MM-DD-YY" format. I initially tried using the condition:"Include Birth date (YYYY-MM-DD) occurs in next 30 days"However, this approach may not be accurate when the upcoming month has 31 days, as it could potentially miss some profiles.Could you please suggest the best way to select profiles whose birth month is exactly the next calendar month, regardless of the number of days?Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

Hello, How to disable encode in email template level?Scenario : For unsubscribe, We are including custom URL with personalization encrypted email address. While ingesting Data into CDP, am decoding the encrypted email address. In profile, i can see correct decoded encrypted email address. Hi, We have a huge set of data ingested into AEP for schema "ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset". And, our goal is to fetch the list of users who received emails and accessed the same. it's understood from Adobe documentation that information is stored at "ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset".Whilst accessing the dataset through Querying with below SQL query, we can see the results with various columns"SELECT *FROM ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset;"out of which, a specific column named "_experience" contains the batchInstanceID":"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx", which helps us to build audience for a specific set of batchInstanceID. Upon using the below query to filter the results that matches with batchInstaceID from _experience as belowSELECT *FROM ajo_message_feedback_event_datasetWHERE contains(_experience, "%batchInstanceID%");, we see an error that describes on the field unavailable.Error Message : ErrorCode: 08P01 queryId: c44e0d65-b42f-4f08-8de3-7f4962050c08 Unkno

Hi ,We have a huge where we will have around 100 activities . But i am concerned about performance of the journey. Can any one please let me know that what and all performance issues we have if we have such a big journey apart from troubleshooting and readability issue.Also please let me know is there any possibility to split the journey .Thought of jump activity but as per the documentation we can't use jump if we have read audience.Please let us know your thoughts. Thanks Usha

I have a doubt referring to the function nowWithDelta. Can I use nowWithDelta(0, "days"), i.e, using the first parameter with the value "0"? 

We have the functionality called API trigger email in the campaign. By any chance using the event forwarding as a trigger solution for Adobe journey optimizer?Because we have triggers earlier using pipeline, we had the email trigger option in adobe cloud system. Sameway, do we able to do here?

Should I put different offers into one Offer Collection?As an example:1. 5% discount - Collection 12. Free delivery - Collection 2  And then in evaluation Criteria put them in specific order1. Collection 22. Collection 1  On the other I can put everything into one Collection and then in Evaluation Criteria every offer would be evaluated based on the priority??

Hi, I need to build a 30-day IP warming campaign divided into 6 phases. I can't use the OOTB AJO feature because some profiles may be contacted more than once. For example, someone who received a communication on day 3 might also receive one on day 17, which isn’t possible with the new IP warming feature. What would you recommend for handling this? Should I create one campaign per day or one journey per day (meaning one campaign/journey for each day)? I'd really appreciate your best practice recommendations on this. Thanks a lot!
