Adobe Journey Optimizer

1. Through Adobe servers? 2. Configure Your own email provider (SendGrid, Mailgun), however is it possible to send email directly from AJO campaigns / email node in journey? Or I need to configure Custom Action?

Is it possible to have AJO B2B and B2C on one sandbox?

Complicated one so I will try and explain.  I have a core customer schema which has the primary identity representing an individual.  Each customer can have multiple accounts so there is another identity field on that schema Account ID.  There are several other schemas with account information, all of these have the Account ID as the primary identity on the schema and all use the same Account ID Identity Namespace.  Based on my understanding the various data on those tables make up the profile fragments that I can then use to create an audience, however when I try and build a rule it is not selecting the profile for all of the available values. Ex. Customer X has Customer ID ABC on core customer schema he also has AccountID's 123, 456 and 789 on the same schema.  Account Info Schema has Account ID as the primary identity for that schema and Customer X has 3 rows, one for each account.  This schema has a field "Account Type" and each account has a diff

We're attempting to pass a complex array of objects. Everything works fine in the preview, and we're able to send proofs successfully. The object is defined at the content template level and utilized in a fragment to render the object details, which also works perfectly. However, we're encountering an issue when trying to publish the email fragment. The error message indicates that the fragment is malformed.

Hi,The client launched an API triggered push campaign in production, but the push notifications are not being sent due to a "PushNoValidTokenFoundForApps" error. The same campaign was previously published in the development environment and worked without issues.Has anyone encountered a similar situation? Here the profile, which was created correctly: And here the event  Thanks!

All, I just need help on how I can run an query on an Audience I created, but I want to use Query Service so I can confirm some values from the Audience. I've run queries on the datasets using a Journey Action ID to get Tracking/Message feedback information, but I don't see any documentation on how to run this type of query on an actual audience.  Please advise.

how does AJO reporting work for email interaction line email open, email click etc ? does it read data from AEP or does it maintains its own database internally ? Consider a scenario where AJO sends email related content information via API to salesforce or other email platform. Now SF would have email interaction details such as email open, email click etc. Can we bring that SF email interaction data directly to AJO, or we must only ingest the data into AEP and then visualize in the CJA report ? This usecase is being discussed with the one of the client who do not want to use AJO email capabilities as its too costly for them. They do have AJO license and cheaper email palteform. How do we track email interaction in AJO if we use external email paltform outside AJO ? 

Looking through the documentation and I can't seem to find a definition here.  Under the Consents and Preferences field group there are 2 subgroupings, Receive Emails and Receive Commercial Emails.  I'm clear on receive emails and that this acts as a filter on if a customer can be emailed, but I can't find anything in the documentation on what, specifically, Receive Commercial emails does.  Any insight here appreciated as I'd like to make sure I'm using all of the functionality and being as granular as possible.

Hello Adobe Community, I am in the process of setting up the first subdomain for a client and have noticed several IP addresses listed as type A records in the DNS Records. I would like to confirm whether these IP addresses are the 24 IPs that Adobe provides to the client for sending emails in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Could someone please clarify if these IPs are indeed allocated for this purpose, or if they serve a different function? Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,Diego P.

hi team, a client is using the CNAME delegation for creating a subdomain. They've pasted all DNS records in their hosting solution but when they want to paste this AJO record: CNAME , notificaciones.aaa.ar , notificaciones.aaa.ar.cname.cjm.adobe.com in their hosting solution, the client is currently adding it as an A Alias because their hosting provider requires an initial alias to configure a CNAME (like data. ; _dmarc. ; cdn , etc.) , and notificaciones.aaa.ar doesn't have one.That's why they're using an A Alias. But AJO is not finding the CNAME record desired ( notificaciones.aaa.ar ) and we're not able to create the subdomain.Has anyone faced this before? We're in a hurry as we need to start our email campaigns.  Thanks. 

Hello,I added UTM parameters in channel configuration.when i published the template through journey, am not seeing that every link present in template are not automatically appended with UTM parameters. Is there a reason why AJO isn't appending UTM parameters to few links included in the template? ThanksAJODev

Hello to amazing community, I and my team are working on shifting our marketing emails from other vendors to AJO and to begin with we have to start IP warming plans.Here is step by step process that we followed over the period of time and now stuck right at the start phase, duh! I would like to ask community experts for help or advice for what could be we doing wrong here.- Since we had subscribers list from other vendors, I downloaded those into CSV and created an Audience by uploading it. I see the audience that was created shows profile count after successful ingestion.- I created multiple campaigns for IP warm up plans and uploaded IP warming plans for phases. Used the Audience that I created in step 1 for campaigns- After that created multiple phases in IP warm up plans. I am trying to now activate phase 1 of the plan but encountering an issue while activating it, the error code is not giving enough information on why its failing. Adding screenshots for clarity.  No

Help! I have an issue where I have to append a coupon to an email. My coupons are stored in a separate data set, and I initially was able to use this code to append a coupon: {% let coupon = head(profile._********.walletInfo.couponDetails) %} {{coupon.couponId}} However - I have duplicate ID's that now exist in this dataset and the head() function grabs the first instance (the old coupon). I've tried using this code: {%#for coupon in profile._********.walletInfo.couponDetails %} {%#if coupon.campaignName == "Birthday_Coupon_2025" %} {{ coupon.couponId }} {% endif %} {%endfor %}  But I get the following validation error:Invalid syntax found: 'EOF', expected: '}}'. Error beginning at position: Line 387, Character 10079.  This error points to the end of my HTML.  What am I missing here? Please help!  

I’m encountering several issues with the dataset lookup:Updated records not displaying: When records in the lookup dataset are updated, the changes are not reflected. For example, if record 101 has its name field updated, the new name value does not appear.No results returned: For another dataset, no results are returned even though there is a matching record in the lookup dataset. Gone through the thread https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/journey-optimizer-questions/dataset-lookup-in-ajo-not-working/m-p/725853but not able to conclude what's the cause and how it or this is an issue with lookup function. @arpan-garg @ivanmi1 

Hey! I'm building out a Campaign to run on my Web Channel, but can't set it to run on a specific URL, so it's going to run on every single page on the site. Alternatively I could create a Channel specific to the page I want it to run on, but that would mean a new channel for every page on my site, so we're going to end up with thousands of channels. Per 1:35 in [this video]  in the documentation, I can set the URL, however that interface does not show for me. How do I set it to run on a specific URL? HI All,Recently there was a use case in which we need to update a Number based on a contextual attribute in email designer of AJO.Let say there are 4 attributes in my schema each has a boolean value in it.ATTR1, ATTR2, ATTR3, ATTR4                                     True/ FalseA journey - Unitary Event Based trigger using the above schema -> email ( 2 nodes )Basically in my email, based on the values of the contextual attributes I need to output 4 statements each related to a attribute.Sample Example- 1ATTR1 - True , ATTR2 - True , ATTR3 - True ,ATTR4 - True Since all are true I need to output the below texts in the editor along with numbers at front1. hi all,   Requesting help to understand the current AJO licenses available. We have 3 types of license listed here for AJO [https://business.adobe.com/products/journey-optimizer/pricing.html]  In none of these AEP is specified, does this mean that AEP is not in picture. If so how would the unified profile concept work for the same and how would the data storage and profile stitching work.   Your inputs on the above is appreciated.      

In this journey, we have 3 separate email deployments. The data seems to be different data between the Action Overview module and Sending Statistics in the report.  The Action Overview shows 6,131,215 node enters. However, the sending statistics only shows 5,894,609 targeted. Is there a reason why there would be note enters by email addresses not targeted?  Thank you.
