Hello everyone,We're currently working on a challenge involving conditions based on both language and first name. Here's the scenario:We support two languages: Arabic and English. If the user's language is set to Arabic, the Arabic version is displayed, and the same applies for English.Additionally, if the user has a first name, it should be displayed.We need to handle multiple combinations of these conditions to ensure the correct content is shown.The expression is:  if language = Arabic & firstName != null & firstName != ""element 1else if language = Arabic & firstName = nullelement 2else if language = Arabic & firtsName = ""element 3else if language = English & firstName != null & firstName != ""element 4else if language = English & firstName = nullelement 5else if language = English & firtsName = ""element 6else if language = Arabic & firstName = nullelement 7elseelement 8

I am trying to add the API Credential for SMS Channel in AJO, But I am getting this error Internal server error CJMT 000001- 500. How can i resolve this and try to add the Credentials successfully. I have tried clearing all the cache but still facing the same error again and again.

Hi Community, Is there anyways I can query the audience rules like, which contains the exact conditions used in audience evaluation? Do we have any system datasets storing these values? If not, is there any other way to retrieve this info, other than UI? Thanks,Anfal

We have specific DO NOT MAIL audiences that we have created AJO segments for that need to be added in AJO audience builder to ensure that they are excluded from receiving specific types of marketing emails.  Even with QA processes and checklists, and Peer Review, mistakes can/do happen and wondering if there is ability to support with some system level intervention.  I know there is a masters suppression list, however I need them to be able to receive transactional emails. They may need to receive certain updates, just no sales related materials. Is it possible to set assign permissions for profiles to only be used by specific channel surfaces?    Other technical solutions?   Label to allow export only on transactional channel surfaces?

Hello,We are in the process of doing some inventory and we would like to automate it if possible through query service.We would like to identify the technical tables of campaigns and journeys. So, if possible, being able to query the creator of a campaign or journey (Field: Created By).And for campaigns, if there is a table which contains the audience used in the delivery (we found it for the journey, in journey_step_events, but not for the campaign) Many thanks in advance

Hello team, I am testing a business event in a Journey and as part of the business event, I would like to pass values to an array type element . For example: product names = ["product a", "product b"]. I have tried different notations, and I don't seem to be able to make it work. When passing "product a" only as a field, it works and matches with the first value as it expects a string field in the trigger event dialog. My intent is to try to pass more than one value at a time. Is this attempt at all possible? Any clues will be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @satheeskannak @mohan_dugganab @davidkangni when i am passing a string with some personalization in this from the event activity "Have a few seconds or call" +#event attribute it is taking or as a function not as a string can you let me know how to resolve this.

Does AJO have the ability to deploy an email on one date and resend that same email 2 days later to only those profiles who didn't open the original email? Is this achievable? If so, how?

Can you read an audience in AEP while building abandoned basket journey in AJO?For example, if someone abandons the basket, I only want to send out the email if the person falls into a specific AEP segment.  Is this possible?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to create an audience in Adobe Journey Optimizer that dynamically collects all customers who's birthday will turn 30 years old exactly 30 days from today. I need the audience to refresh daily, so it can be used to trigger a birthday campaign journey and send emails as customers approach their 30th birthday. There is an example in home page "Send a birthday message to customers" but it is not available and showing "coming soon". I also searched here, but only found a way of finding birthday in this month or today. How can I set up this audience with a dynamic date calculation that refreshes every day?Any insights or best practices would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi, We are building a journey where we need to target people based off a specific plan they have stored across an array. They can have multiple plans of multiple different types, so their position isn't known and it can vary based off profile. If we build an audience to qualify someone based off a specific plan and plan criteria, when it comes to outputting in a custom action or using personalization and we have to use plan details for personalization, how do we make sure the dynamic content is reflecting the details from the specific plan that qualified them for the journey/campaign to begin with? we can't just insert a field for plan # because it can display the incorrect plan on their profile, not the one we are trying to target. what would be the steps to take to pinpoint this plan in the easiest/user friendly way possible? With a tool that's going to be heavily used by marketers, we want to avoid using advanced expressions across hundreds of campaigns.
