Adobe Journey Optimizer

I am seeking assistance with generating comprehensive reports for journeys that have multiple versions. When updating an existing journey, a new version is created, which results in a new version ID and resets the associated statistics. Is there a way to view or pull a report that encompasses the entire journey, including all its versions, to provide a holistic view of the journey's performance over time?

On previous Email solutions, we send an annual tax receipts to donor as a PDF attachment, since having them login to generate from a site is not an option. Is this possible in AJO? Is there an alternative solution anyone has set up?  I have seen this may be an option using SendGrid, which I see is an has a integration with AEP/AJO. We can't provide a URL, as the PDF does contain PII data, and we don't want to have it guessed or indexed.  

We have the entire AEP setup on customer level. And for every customer, all their accounts are available in array format. We want to achieve the below objective in AJO: Objective - For a journey, if a customer ‘X’ gets communication for his one account say ‘123’, they should not get targeted for same account again, however if X opens other account ’456’ (of same or different account type) - they should be targeted. Initially to exclude already targeted customers we were leveraging ‘journey version id’ so that after first communication customer gets scrubbed even if they’re present in source audience. And due to this customer get only one communication for their first account but we want communication for every new account open. Please provide your inputs on the same. @satheeskannak @mohan_dugganab @anuhya-y  or anyone who has achieved this. 

With current ESP we create our email campaigns with placeholder links such as "Primary CTA" and "Footer US EN Legal" and in our ESP we upload a CSV file of links that dynamically create the necessary urls for the email campaigns going out. So a single email with content in different languages gets the appropriate linsk with correct attribution tracking.Is there some way to do this in AJO today or what is the recommended way of doing this? Do we need to build out all of the possible footers and headers and use them as part of a dynamic template or some other method?

I am assigning text to a variable and including basic HTML in it like, br-tag  and some CSS.But, when the test displays in my email it does not process the HTML or CSS, for example,    {% let myCopy = "Lorem ipsum sit amet,<br />consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do <span style="color:red">eiusmod</span> tempor incididunt ut magna aliqua" %}  The output is,  "Lorem ipsum sit amet,<br />consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do <span style="color:red">eiusmod</span> tempor incididunt ut magna aliqua"   Not, "Lorem ipsum sit amet,consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod"I would normally use something like this, to get the proper output,stringToHTML

I cannot use the "Time condition" for the Event, instead use the UTC Date Time that is on the incoming event is in the range of 8 and 9 AM. Any suggestion

How do I make sure that I do not send out communication to profiles after activating a journey in UAT environment?Basically I want to understand how UAT and PROD environments are distinguished in AEP and AJO. Is there a way to see how frequently a rule has filtered profiles? For example, I have a rule that caps 3 push notifications per week. But how many are being held back or dropped due to this rule? Additionally, can I bypass the business rule for a journey that is high priority?

You cannot adjust the number of retries according to the error message received. Retries are performed for all HTTP errors except for HTTP 401, 403 and 404.The built-in Reaction event allows you to react to out-of-the-box actions. Learn more in If you want to react to a message sent via a custom action, you need to configure a dedicated event.You cannot place two actions in parallel, you must add them one after the other.A profile cannot be present multiple times in the same journey, at the same time. If re-entrance is enabled, a profile can reenter a journey, but cannot do it until he fully exited that previous instance of the journey.

Hi @mohan_dugganab @satheeskannak I have one doubt in the custom date format we can use only date time format only. but the attribute i have data type is in date format when i am using it in the Custom Wait period with the function DateTimeOnly it is returning me "2023-08-18T00:00:00.000"  but the wait activity is not considering it when i tried with the NOW function to convert it into datetime only it is working "todatetimeonly(now())"  output is "2023-08-18T23:17:59.123434343" which is working in Wait period activity Do we have any walkaround solution for this.

Hello,  Use case:send a push message to max 1000 profiles on a weekly basis Setup:- journey set up with Scheduler Type = Weekly- use CONDITION node with Profile Cap at 1000 in the journey to orchestrate  Challenge:The CONDITION node picked up 1000 profiles when it's first deployed on July 29 but it didn't pick up any profiles on August 5. There were 5.2k profiles entered the node but all were dropped.  2 questions: 1. Does this mean the weekly 1000 profile cap is at journey level that when the first deployment has reached the limit, the subsequence runs will not pick up any eligible profiles?2. How can we set up a journey to pick up max 1000 profiles on a weekly basis? Thanks,Cecilia   

We are using offer attributes in AJO to define few dates and later we want to use this offer attribute to calculate the ranking of the offers   The offer attribute has the following structure offerApplicableOn 21-09-2024,23-09-2024,25-09-2024   In our ranking we are using offer.characteristics.get("offerApplicableOn") to fetch the value of the dates. Now we want to split it by comma and check compare each date. Suprisingly there is not split functionality available to do so in pql https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/segmentation/pql/string-functions   Is there any way to define offer characteristics as a string array instead of string?    Thanks, Arpan

Hi there, Often times we need to give an estimated size to our stakeholders prior to launching a campaign/journey. Currently we do this by duplicating the journey, removing the push nodes, and publish it to get an estimated size. However there are couple of downsides to this approach: 1) The estimated number is by profile counts2) We need breakdown of size by Android vs iOS device, and a profile can have both android AND an iOS device, which makes the estimation inaccurate. How do we get the number of devices? Thanks.

We are creating the Reminder Email using Dynamic Event Data. We've established an Events Journey and need to send a reminder within 24 hours. Scenario [Streaming Data]: I have to validate Appointment Booked Date[e.g Date :2024-08-20T007:35:00+00:00] and send the reminder 24 hours before the Appointment booking Date [2024-08-19T007:35:00+00:00].  Custom Wait: setHours(toDateTimeOnly(@event{Appointment.dateTime}),-24)? I have used this Logic in Custom wait & It's not working.In Condition: InNextHours(the dateTime of appointment,24) [This is working if the journey in between 0- to 24 hours ]Note: Audience Logic is not helping to populate Dynamic Events Variable in the Reminder Email.Is there any other logic for Reminder Email Setup in Adobe AJO?  Appreciate your help.
