Hello, Can someone please help me figure out how to sync changes made in the desktop vs. the mobile version of a content template in AJO? For example, I changed the Call to Action button color on mobile, but it did not change on desktop. I have it set to 'Show on All Devices'. Is there a way to sync changes from mobile to desktop and vice versa?  Thank you!

Hi Team,       After sending the proof and verifying its contents, the "View Proof" section consistently displays zeros for Delivered, Excluded, Sent, Bounce, Open, Clicks, and errors, despite receiving the proof email. Can someone please clarify why this discrepancy occurs?   

Hi Team,      After exploring the email template design, I initially opted for the "Switch to code editor" mode. However, when I wanted to return to the "compatibility mode" (normal drag and drop mode), I couldn't find the switch button. Could anyone help me with switching back to "compatibility mode" (normal drag and drop mode) from the "Switch to code editor" mode?

Current situation:We are implementing a stock replenishment journey for a local cosmetic company through AJO. Let's take:---- Peter as Customer---- ABA as the Cosmetic Company Nameas an example for the end to end flow of the journey.Peter visits the ABA's eshop website, he is interested in a particular lipstick product, however it is out of stock currently. Peter clicks on the "Remind Me" icon, such that when this particular lipstick is back in stock, Peter would receive a real-time triggered email to invite him to make a purchase. Current painpoint:We understand that we need to capture both MemberID and the SKUID in order to fulfill the journey. We also understands that the status of "Stock replenished" is a business event which does not involve member information. We would like to have your advice on how to combine "the event of lipstick stock replenishment" and also "member who clicked on that lipstick's reminderme icon", in order to successfully create this journey. We wo

Hello, I am a little confused about documentation regarding List Unsubscribe, specifically Mailto. We currently have this enabled and it generated a default email address. Documentation states the following:  'Depending on the email client, and the email surface unsubscription settings, clicking the unsubscribe link in the email header can have the following impacts:When the Mailto (unsubscribe) feature is enabled by you, the unsubscribe request is sent to the default unsubscribe address based on the subdomain created by you.When the One-click Unsubscribe URL feature is enabled by you - or if you inserted an unsubscription URL in your email body content -, the recipient is directly opted-out, either at the channel level or at the ID level (depending on how the consent is set up), when the recipient clicks on the one-click unsubscribe URL, which is based on the subdomain created by you.In both cases, the corresponding profile for the recipient is

Hi @dugganab @SatheeskannaK @akshaaga we need a conformation that is there any way that we can pass a value in the email template, and it will be a personalized attribute, sent via email body That should not be visible to end users and we have to get it tracked in the AJO out-off the Box schema. How we can read Back it back in AEP ? 

How to get the yesterday date in AJO?

We have offers shown via Target A/B activities, and want to reference the event data in our AJO audience rules. When a user sees an offer in Target, we want them to qualify for an audience in AJO Ultimate. How can that be accomplished? WebSDK is syncing into AEP, so we should have the event data.

Hi everyone, Is there a way to access information from previous nodes from a conditional? I understand that from the Journey Properties you can access to the Parent Node, but if I need to access to the information of previous nodes to the Parent Node, how could I do it from a Journey? Regards,Diego P.

I am preparing architecture for a client and would like to understand key differences between Campaign V8 and AJO. What comes to my mind is: - Campaign offers possibility to write much more advanced SQL queries therefore more advanced audiences?- Campaign can work with external data base without need to download all data into Campaign Storage? - AJO is built on AEP so its much more deeply connected with that so advatages are pretty obvious. Do you know any other key diffrencies? Any articles / blogs?

Hi,I am trying to develop a utility to sync the offers from one sandbox to the other through Offer APIs. We could retreive the offers from one sandbox in Postman but while trying to set it up in AJO, in the custom action URL, I entered the offer API and it gave the following error. Is there any way we can overcome this blocker and set the utility up in AJO?

When I toggled to see the new channel reports in AJO it kicks me out and says I do not have permission to access the application?  Has anyone else had this issue?   Did you have to change a permissions setting in AJO? I have logged a ticket with Adobe Support, however I am on my third week of not access these reports and second week since opening the ticket.

Hi, We want to show the loyalty card number in e-mails to our customers. You can have multiple loyalty card numbers, so it is an array.We want to show the loyalty card number that starts with 2616. How can I do that?  {{profile._company.LoyaltyCards.LoyaltyCardNumber}}  If I make an each and then add the field, it will show every loyalty card number, but I only want to show the one that starts with 2616.

I'm new to AJO. Can someone help me understand the difference between "Read Audience" and "Audience Qualification"? A real-life example would be really helpful for me to grasp the concept. Also, could you explain the concepts of "Enter Behavior" and "Exit Behavior"?
