Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi community! We are in the proces of implementing transactional campaigns to handle our reciepts for transactions in AJO.I realize that there does not seem to be any way to view logs for incoming calls or anything in AJO, is that just me or is that in fact true? How can we debug campaigns if we have no means of viewing incoming requests?  Any suggestions from the community? Thanks in advance!

How to keep track of the customers part of the control group in a particular campaign? Note: 1 custom solution is to create custom attribute to store the value, but what if 100 campaigns has control group, do we need to create 100 custom attribute?Do we have the inbuilt mechanism to track the control group, which should be the basic functionality of the AJO?

Hello, I created a journey with as a start point an audience qualification.I launched it 2 weeks ago so already people in this journey.Audience qualification => Send bankmail => wait 7 days => Send bankmail => wait 7 days => Send bankmail => wait 7 days => Send bankmail => Wait 7 days => Send bankmail. I would like to add a new wave so add a => wait 7 days => sendbankmail. Can I add directly in this first journey ? I mean, people already in this journey will continue the path and will go to my last wave added or I need to do something else ? As I understood once the journey is created and live, if I add something, it won't be applied on people already in the customer journey... BR, Maily

Is there a way to build a simple piece of code that we could leverage within a WAIT condition that will ONLY send people through during Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm?Currently I use a Time Condition where I select the day and hours I want customers to pass through. But after running some tests I don't think a condition node actually HOLDS customers but rather filters them in/out based on if they currently meet that condition. So now we must create additional wait nodes for every other scenario that could occur and furthermore create custom code to hold and pass them through. (eg. setHours(toDateTimeOnly(nowWithDelta(2, "days")),9)) - See screenshot. Perhaps we can simplify everything (and reduce nodes) by create one code that says ONLY send profiles through from Mon-Fri 9-5 and if its any other time, then hold them until it hits a business hour.

Is it possible to create an A/B test within the body copy of an email within AJO? For example, if I want 50% of users to one line of copy and the remaining 50% of users a different line of copy, but want to set it up in a single email template is that possible?

Hello Team,I have created Email offers and want to display results based on Offer Priority. I have created Gender rules for different offers, while testing when I trigger event based on different Genders I get the same results.For Example, In test mode, when I am testing a record with one email id with attribute value for Gender as Male and trigger event I get the correct result but when I change the gender to female and trigger the event with same email id I still see the Gender Male Banner in my Email copy.May I know, what is the trick here and how to fix this.

Hello everyone!I'm facing some challenges in using an offer in several channels/placements including the email placement.The idea is to have three different offers that all have placements in multiple channels. These offers are on different priority and with a capping of 2 per day with decision event as capping event across all placements.I assumed that any two decision events for the same offer, regardless of placement in any channel would cap that offer and subsequently show the next offer in the priority. This has not been the case for the email channel and its placements as it does not recognize any offer capping and is always showing the offer with the highest priority. This means that the same offer being shown twice in the email placement or in the other placements for the offer won't have any effect on the capping logic for the email placement. I have tested both Campaigns and Journeys to send out emails with the offer decision included.Has anyone encountered similar challenges

Hi Everyone, My client wants to add a payment link in their monthly invoice emails which they are planning to send via AJO. There is a Tokenized link which comes from token management database, so the payment link is tokenized AND should be placed as a hyperlink. Hi, I am working with Transactional API Triggered campaigns. I am particularly interested in this case: Let's say that:1. The API is triggered for an individual whose ECID is not stored in AEP and the ECID namespace is what's being used in the payload to recognize the individuals for whom the API is triggered to connect them to AEP2. We have the Create New Profile Field set to No for the campaign  This individual will be dropped from receiving the campaign communication as they are non-existent in AEP. How do I track the number of such individuals who were dropped. This information is not being tracked on the journey report and it is also not being tracked in any AJO dataset as far as I can tell. Any other places to check? Thank you.

Hi, you can see the error rate better with the new view of journeys. This e-mail has 120 errors, with all the same reason: message execution error. I can not find out what it means when I check the documentation. Does someone know? Also a request to Adobe to just have a list with all error messages with explanation because I very often wonder what error messages mean in Adobe.

Hey, I am looking implementing AMP emails from AJO,how every there is a block of creating the email in AMP syntax, i tried import HTML, it stucked at the step of "import your email", it shows"{error: Error: Failed to execute 'setAttribute' on 'Element': '⚡4email' is not a valid attribute name." in the Console.but that is the basic syntax required for AMP email.I also tried other method of creating email, like "code your own", or save the code as fragment, then try to add it to the email. both failed again.so is AJO totally incompatible for implementing AMP emails?

Hi Everyone, I want to run a campaign from a custom audience upload, there is a column in this custom upload which I want to use for personalisation as well.According to Adobe doc, when importing the externally generated audience, all the fields except the primary identifier field is considered payload attributes. These attributes are considered non-durable, as they will only be associated with this audience for purposes of personalization, and are not connected to the profile.However, when I try to find these payload attributes for personalization, I am not able to find it. Is it possible to schedule a query to obtain information about the number of unsuccessful emails sent compared to successful emails sent in the journey, store the results in a dataset, and then use either campaign or journey to communicate the dataset by email notification?

Hi there, For in-app messages, what does decisioning.propositionSend mean? We have a journey that is a one-time launch where the in-app message will be live for the month. Looking at the AJO inbound activity dataset, I see event = decision.propositionSend occuring throughout the month, where initially i would have thought this event would just means how many were targeted, which means it would only show up when we published our journey. For reference, on a particular day, I see for example 20K propsitionSend, and 3K propsitionDisplay (impressions).  Anyone know what does this event mean in the context of in-app messages? Thanks.

Hi Team, Working with AJO here.  We need to ensure that emails/push as part of a streaming Journey are sent only during day time ie. from 9 AM to 9 PM only.And we need to queue up the notifications from being sent out until 9 am the next morning.Any suggestion how we can achieve the same in AJO?Thank you!

Hi all,  In decision management, I try to create a decision rule  to evaluate the priority or the ranking value of an offer. The goal is to filter offers with a score = 0 I have tried without success :( ... offer.characteristics.get("score").notEqualTo("0") ...(... offer.characteristics.get("Prioritycore").notEqualTo("0") ...(.... offer.Priority >0 ...(... offer.ranking > 0 ...(...  offer.Score > 0 ... ...How can I use  object "offers" or "ranking" in a rule ?  Thank you in advance.
