Hi all,  Our client is currently sending out marketing emails using Adobe Campaign, but they'll be switching to AJO soon. They already have a domain that they're currently using in Campaign. Can they re-use the same domain in AJO as well, or would they need a new domain for AJO? Thanks

Hi All, I need the below information if anyone could help: interactivity within email template is typically done by AMP , as far as I read AJO dies not support AMP in templates is there any workaround we have to add interactive forms in AJO email template?will content fragment with JS based form is possible in AJO? if any doc around this or any example. 

Hi, I want to pass an expression fragment (SMS) as follows:"Hi first name" (first name to be taken from the profile attributes) into the custom action message body. Is this possible?If not, can I copy paste this fragment into the custom action body? Thanks 

HiCan we use If,elseif,else in the AJO content fragments if yes please let me know how with one small example that will be really helpful we want to make the diffrent layout for diffrent profiles . the Varient i know it will work but it incresing the size of the html it is going over 100 kb.let me know it there is any alternate apporch we can try.the one i tried but it is giving some error i am getting one error 

Hi All,I'm currently setting up custom actions in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to send profile attribute details to an external API. However, I need assistance with creating an Audience to exclude members to whom I've already sent data on the same day. Additionally, I plan to use this Audience as entry criteria for the journey. Can I exclude members in the Audience? I didn't see any events happening in the profile after the profile details are sent via custom action, which is why I'm a little confused here. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,  if we want to send an email only once to a user being part of a segment (only the first email will be a welcome, then he will receive other communications) allow re-entrance disabled is not the right way i suppose.  how could we do? we can use a param in the condition to check if he entered the journey and already received the mail?  thanks

Hi, I've created a transactional journey. AJO is listening an event and then send an email. The email is kind of "Thank you" email so no need of add Unsubscribe button. I've created a Transactional channel surface but facing a warning about missing opt-out button in email body I've tested and published in stage the journey and it's working fine, the email goes to normal inbox and not to SPAM. But, why if I'm using a transactional channel surface AJO warn that? I'm afraid of affect my email reputation. Maybe I'm missing some steps please if you can guide me to send transactional emails without Unsubscribe button and face no warning would be great. Thanks.

Hi,   I created a journey and included a custom action (which should call an API and get a response). When i am running my journey my custom action always goes in timeout step and ends the journey. However when i hit the same API via postman i get result immediately.   This is what i see in test mode    Is there a way to debug it? Can i somehow see what call is being made by custom action ?  Maybe the system which i am calling needs to whitelist AJO IP range?   Any inputs will be appreciated.   Thanks, Arpan

Hi there, We have a batch segment that updates once a day, say 1500 customers and the intention is to send these customers a SMS. One of the requirements is to stagger this list and send say, send SMS to 300 customers every x hours, instead of sending 1500 all at once.  Is this possible to implement in a journey/campaign? Thanks!

Hi there, Our organization is still using Adobe Analytics and have not moved over to CJA yet. We have set up the AEP mobile SDK and can send push notifications from AJO. We would like to send push notification metrics such as Delivered, Sent, failed etc over to Adobe Analytics to be used. We tried creating a datastream within AEP, defined the event schema with our web/app event schema, and tested with a mapping field with the following rule: "iif (_experience.customerJourneyManagement.messageDeliveryfeedback.feedbackStatus == "sent", 1, 0)" mapping to an event metric in Adobe Analytics. But no luck, can someone advise how can we accomplish this? Thanks.

Hello, I would like to display an offer only for example, only each Monday and not the other days but in the offer, I have linked a rules.So in my rules, I have only attributes with data such as data of the customer but not data of the day ?How can I proceed to put for example, days of the week : only Monday to show the offer.I can only drag and drop data from the customer, there is a way to add some extra code and put some code like currentDayOfWeek() = 1, where can I put this code ? Because I can only put drag and drop things...

Same record with Email is satisfying both the Audience criteria however I am just seeing the record populating in Event Attribute and not in Profile attribute.
