Hello, After a Purchase event, we'd like to update the visitor's "Loyalty Points" by taking the existing value in the Profile and adding the Purchase amount to it.  For example, if the existing Loyalty Points value in the Person dataset is "100" and they purchase something for "59.99", we want to write "160" (rounded up) back to the Profile Dataset. In the Update Profile action, we select Loyalty Points but that value missing in the Expression dialog prevents us from using the appropriate Math function.  Is this because the Update Profile action only updates values under the OOTB Persons Fieldgroup - meaning it can't update any custom values?  If not, what could be the issue here?

Hello, I'm trying to generate a Order Confirmation email and not getting the data from the productListItems - even in Test mode.  My basic setup is the same as outlined in Adobe's help file.   {{#each context.journey.events.event_ID.productListItems as |product|}} <table> <tbody> <tr> <td><b>{{context.journey.events.event_ID.productListItems.name}}</b></td> <td><b>{{context.journey.events.event_ID.productListItems.quantity}}</b></td> <td><b>${{context.journey.events.event_ID.productListItems.priceTotal}}</b></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> {{/each}} When the visitor goes through the flow, I get all other commerce related items but nothing in the productList.  You can see from the image below, the "$" string literal proves the /each statement is looping through the 3 products in

Hi, I am trying to follow the following Adobe documentation for sharing event information in an offer. However i don't see the "Messages" option under actions as this document is talking about https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/journey-optimizer-learn/tutorials/personalize-content/use-contextual-event-information-for-personalization.html?lang=en Can you please let me know how can i get this enabled? Also i am not sure how can i add this messages as a new option because while configuring actions i don't see this. Thanks,Arpan

Hello,I'm seeking assistance with tracking the number of profiles in a specific segment during a journey. Specifically, I need to identify if a segment includes more than five profiles, and if so, the journey should continue. While I'm considering monitoring this similarly to creating an Audience, I'm open to alternative methods or solutions for achieving the same result. Could anyone provide guidance or suggestions on how to implement this?   I've tried somethingl like this in journey advanced editor: distinctCount([inSegment("[CXW] AEP IIN")]) > 5 but nothing happens (as my segment has more than 5 profiles)  Thank you!

Hello, I'm trying to accomplish this in Journey Orchestration. Terminate two events into a single action.  In the example below, if the visitor purchases they go to the Confirmation email, if they abandon, the get a Cart Abandon email and if they eventually purchase they should get the same Confirmation email.  I don't want to have to configure the Confirmation email twice (more work and prone to errors).  In the example below, I'd like both Purchase and Purchase1 to both terminate in Confirmation email. How do I accomplish this?

When I create fragments in AJO through UI using default structure and content components, modify styles with styles editor and save, they work fine in the email editor. However, the HTML code the system generate is lacking some outlook and dark mode specific code e.g. bolding does not work and images don't scale, dark mode colors dictated by email client etc. When I update the template/fragment code to make it work properly on all email clients, the editor does not recognize the code anymore and go into compatibility mode after I leave editor once and open again. After I can still edit texts and images that are already dragged into the template but I cannot add new fragments anymore. Any ways to prevent emails with custom code from going into compatibility mode?

Hi, I want to call an external datasource from AJO and pass the list of all products so that i can get the availability of the products from the external system. I read the document for making a post call to the external sources and doing the same thing as mentioned in the document https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configuration/configure-journeys/data-source-journeys/external-data-sources.html?lang=en However i am not able to pass  dynamic variables to the post API. Did anyone tried passing list of dynamic variables to an API on AJO @akshaaga @anuhya-y @satheeskannak @_manoj_kumar_  Thanks in advance,  Arpan
