Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hello guys,   I am delivering Offer through APIs by using Decision Management. If 3rd Party System read the offer and it does not want to retrieve the same offer again cause the offer has been read. how can i deliver the offer once via APIs? Is it possbile tpo update the Offer status from 3rd Party ? Thanks 

Does AJO have the ability to run on specific days of the week or month? For example, if I want journeys to run only Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during the week or the first two weeks of the month and then go dark for the other days/weeks. I'm aware that you can schedule a start/end date for journeys and the ability to manually turn off a journey, but unsure as to specific days of the week/month.

Hello, As part of our customer 'journey' process flows, there are times where we have to send regulatory letters, promotional letters via Direct Mail channel for particular segment (audience). We are in need of following 2 integration patterns for Print shops depending on the print vendor - 1) AJO sends data feed (sftp); and Print vendor maintains templates, print, package and delivery2) AJO would manage template and PDF creation for letters for vendors (sftp). Vendor manages print, package and delivery To summarize, in #1 client sends data and print-shop manages creative design, personalization based on the data received. In #2, client manages creative design, personalization and print shop manages the logistics of printing and packaging/delivery. As per the AJO documentation, looks like #1 is available only in the campaign use-cases and that too for non-HIPAA shield clients (We have AJO with HIPAA shield).  Can these 2 DM use-cases be achieved (eith

Hi,  I am working on a use case, where we want to send the message to customer with the channel, they are most engaged with.  So based on their interaction with the brand, if customers interact (says opens) the email more than SMS or Push, they send them Email, if they interact with SMS then send SMS, if they interact more with Push, then send them Push message.Do we have anything inbuilt in the tool (like send time optimization)? or what would be the best way to do that. ThanksPreeti

Dear, I would like to use an event field from event X in event Y (it concerns a language field).These events are linked because they carry the same order uid, so I would like to cross reference based on this order uid and then see the language value from the first event. I have tried the following:containIgnoreCase(#{ExperiencePlatform.ExperienceEventFieldGroup.experienceevent.at(0)._"companyName"."OrderObject"."Languagefield"}, "nl") This did not give the desired result. My first thought would be that order uid is not in there so the two events are not linked in that.Could someone help me towards the right field or syntax? Many thanks.Rob

I'm curious to know more about the push delivery send time and the guardrails associated with it. Can anyone please provide insights into how Adobe Journey Optimizer determines the optimal push delivery send time considering ideal behavior from FCM/APNS? Could you also provide any information on  throttling limits associated with Push Deliveries in AJO.

We have a journey with streaming audience and are using a condition split for control group (90:10), however not sure what will happen when the counts are as low as 1. Will the journey send 1by 1 to target until the 10th person will go as control group ?  Is there any best way to build the control group?

Hello, We are looking for way to render to more than one offer in a given placement. Considering the scenario, a placement has a decision scope with an collection that has 6 offers in it. A profile is qualified for 3 offers out of 6 and we want to display all the 3 of them in the placement. Is there a viable solution for this? Thanks in advance.
