Adobe Journey Optimizer

Im curious if anyone has a use case for setting up and managing a preference center in AJO. I have a client who has multiple email preferences (newsletter, events, products, education) as well as a global opt out option. I created a journey in AJO to send an initial email to allow users to update their preferences, and using a condition, send them a follow up email confirming their preferences. The issue im seeing is when I reference the segment for the subscription list. The segment created by the subscription list is batch evaluation, which means a wait step of 1 day is needed in the journey in order for the evaluation to complete. Every time I test the journey flow, the follow email step is never reached. If anyone has any best practices for creating and managing a preference center in AJO, that would be super helpful!

We are trying to find the right Json where check the date occurs less or greater then xx days after today. please find the below sample. Birthdate has the year init. Im creating an opt in journey for when a user selects email preferences to opt in to via a landing page and form in AJO (newsletter, events, education, products). However, im noticing that when the preferences are selected on the form and added to a subscription list, the system generated segment is showing 0 people and the choice value for the preference is not appearing on the profile record. Do I need to create a schema for the email preferences choices?

I know Adobe Campaign can connect to other email service providers, but is this possible for AJO yet?

Hi, I am trying to integrate the eloqua Oauth2.0 using custom action inside AJO. I got two approaches, 1. Use autorization_code method. Here I need to hit authorize endpoint to get the code which can be used in another endpoint to get the access token. This doesn't look feasible to use inside the custom action. 2. Use of password as grant type. This works well but the issue is the authorization can be made only once per 60 seconds which if I use inside the journey only one profile works remaining all goes to error path due to this configuration. Anyway possible to overcome this issue. Thanks in Advance.

Hi Experts, I have created unsubscription list. Used that list in landing page and used that landing page in email.On last thrusday i ran journey and targeted 6 profiles. All 6 profiles received email and all clicked on unsubscription link and there records got stored in unsubscription list.Now when i came back on last Monday all records are removed and count was 0. Kindly let me know where records went. If an organization is not using Sinch / Twilio, what is the best way to configure AJO to deliver SMS messages as part of journeys. My understanding is that this would require using Custom Actions - does anyone have a use case to share where this occurred? Would a new Custom Action need to be configured for each unique SMS message as part of a journey or could a single Action suffice and all custom configuration would be executed within the SMS tool itself (outside of AJO)?

We created the segment with birthday attribute = today where we found the sample profiles shows only shows previous day instead of today. So we want to put the below statement inside the condition node.  #{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile.person.birthDate} == toDateOnly(now())   But, it is not giving us the right result. do we able to do ignore year in the condition level advanced editor? In Json, we can use the below code to find the birthday accurately. Hi,   I want to check if the word 'POST' comes back in a contextual attribute: {{context.journey.events.00000._company.igOrder.igEntries.CarrierUid}}   So I want this:   If {{context.journey.events.00000._company.igOrder.igEntries.CarrierUid}} contains the word 'Post' ( not case sensitive), I want to show: "Post bezorging" in the e-mail.   I know how to use the if statements, but the documentation is totally not clear about how to use the contain function.    Can someone help me with this?   Thanks!!

Hi all,    I'm researching the possibility of doing calculations with date attributes in AJO (PQL), such as creating a dynamic variable (parameter) for days left until a specific day (use case ex. = expiration date). I've found the documentation for "date and time functions" and "arithmetic functions", but am I able to apply these arithmetic functions directly to date attributes or is there some preliminary conversion that needs to be made to the dates?    Specific use case: date difference ((date_1 + XX days)      ,      today)   Thanks in advance for any suggestions 😁

Hello Community,   We want to download a consolidated report from a query, as AJO only allows us to see reports per campaign or per jouney and we need to see the consolidated of all those reports.   Is it possible to download the query result information or how can we get a consolidated report of all journeys and campaigns?   Thank you,   Andrea
