Adobe Journey Optimizer

In AJO do we have mechanism, similar to Adobe campaign, where we can stop all the campaigns via setting a common variable ? The way we do in our ACM ATM is to mark a common variable as false prior to data ingestion and analyze data quality through certain technical workflows. Once the data is verified and everything appears to be fine, we activate the common variable that allows workflows to run normally.   Primarily we are looking for some kind of automated (centralized way rather then modifying each journey/ campaign one by one) way to ensure the communications are not being send out of the AJO system until the data is being verified after ingestion.    With Regards, Amit

How do i export a .txt or .csv file from Adobe Journey Optimizer?The client does not have AEP, only AJO.As I can export files in txt or csv, either campaign or as a journet without using AEP.

If you want to update a field from a journey using the Update profile action, when choosing the value by which it will be updated, it is only possible to choose from the ProfileFieldGroup field group. How could another field be used if it does not belong to that group of fields? department example

Is it possible to attach a file in an email in Adobe Journey Optimizer?, I need to activate a campaign by API and send an attachment in the email of that campaign. Is there a way to do it?

How can I export a .txt or .csv file from Adobe Journey Optimizer? It can be like a campaign or like a journey, but in the end export a txt or csv file.

Hi community! We are in the process of migrating from ACC to AJO. In that context we are investigating the best way for us to perform BI analysis on email/push delivery. In ACC we have had a daily export of email and push delivery logs that allowed us to analyse deeper (with different bussiness KPI's) in Power BI. So I am wondering how we can accomplish the same level of analytics from AJO. I don't see an OOB solution to export delivery logs from AJO (Maybe I am missing something)  We have query service as a part of our solution as well, so wondering if that is the way to go? Interested in hearing you guys what your experience is and how you have achieved similar cases 🙂 Thanks a bunch!

We are attempting to test functionality to send a follow-up SMS with info about their order to users who complete a purchase. We are using the current contextual event fields: Based on the following test payload for a simulated purchase event: In the SMS, the contextual fields for commerce.checkouts and webpagedetails.name are appearing, but no productListItems information appears:   I found a similar thread that mentions "You can't use the timeseries data in the message. Check if the data is available in the dataset and the correct path for that data."   I am trying to understand if this is the problem that I am experiencing, and if so, how can I get productListItems information to show properly? In addition, if my order were to contain multiple items (productListItems array has multiple elements), how do I display each element separately using contextual attributes?

Example Customer Attribute 1 Attribute 2 John A 100 John B 200 John C 300   Output:100   I tried replicating through Helper Functions with a IF statement, but I did not get the results I hoped for.
