Adobe Target

I'd like to try updating user's profile attributes as way to use them in experience targeting  (hide/show different content if they've seen it in the past x-amount of days).  It seems there's always a undetermined delay.  I've tried using the Profile API directly and the trackEvent() function. I'm using mbox3rdPartyId and then trying to fetch the profile by the mbox3rdPartyId. This is also all happening client side in the browser.   Any recommendations?

After login to Adobe Experience and click on "Target", Google Chrome just showing Error 408 Request Timeout. However, this issue is not happen in Edge / Firefox. Any ideas?

Currently have a client that is unable to use the VEC on a certain page type because product data takes longer to load than the VEC allows. Let me explain: Whenever I want to run a test on a product page, the VEC doesn't fully load the page, so the product data, including product name and description, don't fully load in the DOM. I know there is a way to increase the timeout settings for the VEC I just cannot, for the life of me, find the setting in the Target admin. I'm unsure if this is related to my privileges, but I can't find the configuration option or documentation about where to change this setting. I know the setting exists because it is one of the questions that appear on the Master Architect certification test. Thanks in advance for any assistance on this. Hi,   I have the pre-hiding code snippet sitting above my tag manager in the head.   In the tag manager (GTM) I am triggering AT.js.    Should I be removing the default pre-hiding code from the Target javascript file if I am running it prior to the tag manager?   If so, what is the best way of removing it?    Thanks    

I opened an idea for this topic as well. It would be great if AT 2.x call can get scope to AEP segment for the same ECID in context. I would be nice to avoid migrating all of our AT logic to behind alloy. The out-of-the-box metric for click tracking on our product recommendations is not coming through in Target. As an attempted stop gap we created a custom event and added it through Launch, hoping to capture the clicks that way but have been unsuccessful. So, here's my question, what does the event look like from a script perspective if we wanted to include it as a piece of code that is hard coded in a launch rule? This is the code I am currently using to try and replicate the recommendation click that is available out of the box. I have tried the same process I learned here, switch to "browse" mode and then enter the desired test page. Once there switch back to "compose" mode. We have been getting ready to upload product data into Target for Product Recommendation using the csv approach.   According to documentation, we need to populate entity.categoryId as a comma separated value. But this is confusing because csv is comma separated, and the comma separated values get pushed into the next column. So, the second categoryId would get pushed into the next column which in our case is imagelink and so on.   What is the recommended approach to updating the entity.categoryID field when using csv file?  For other custom attributes with multiple values, we are using arrays with [], should we do this here too?

How can I export an Offers list filtered by source?

Hello Adobe Target community.   I'm wondering if we are able to recommend products based on multiple items in a cart?   I see that there is a recommendation key called Last Cart Item SKU and it's correctly returning products based on the last item in my cart But which recommendation key would be used for multiple cart items?   I have implemented the cartIds parameter on the cart page and it's a comma delimited list of all of the SKUs in a cart just as in this documentation: https://developer.adobe.com/target/implement/recommendations/#cart-addscart-viewscheckout-pages   Not sure where to go from here.

Hi All,   I am trying run a target test which involves an mp4.The code runs absolutely fine when checked on console but when the same code is pushed via target, the video doesn't get rendered and the source of the video appears on the top of the div.   Doesn't target support mp4 ?Can someone pls help me with a solution to this ?Thank you so much in advance!

Can anyone here explain how bucketing works for A/B testing with native app (SDK)?

Hello everyone,   I want to create a dashboard of Adobe Target operational metrics like listed below. Can anyone please suggest what are the best ways to achieve this. Currently I maintain this data in an excel sheet (manually) and create a dashboard from excel data. Wondering if there is a better and automated way of doing this. Please share if you have any solution .   Some of the metrics I want in dashboard are below.  Long running activities (>20 days) Average number of days active activities is live Percentage of  A/B, MVT, XT & Recommendations activity Number of Activities with positive lift Number of activity live in a given week Thanks!

Hello all,   I'm working with a dev team to implement the at.js file on one of our sites and we keep seeing the "AT: request failed Error: Network request failed" and "AT: [page-init] View delivery error Error: Network Request failed" messages in the console of our dev environment, which is hosted behind a VPN.      When we view the page in the browser we can see the at.js file in the Network tab of the browser's dev tools, and can see it in the Adobe debugger Chrome extension tool as well. We can also bring the page into the Target visual editor and make updates there, however when we save and activate the activity the changes do not take effect on the page - both w/ the QA link and dev environment URL.    I saw that another thread was open for this issue for React, however I'm not sure which JS library our dev team is using, and wanted to provide some additional context for our case.    Thank you all, please let me know if I can provide any add
