Description - Why is this feature important to you - We have different teams working with Workfront at HP Inc, and they have different needs to customize the Business Case tab in the Projects. How would you like the feature to work - I want to be able to add fields, like T&Cs, and to edit the dropdowns, and apply these changes only for an specific team, in other words, to be able to customize the Business Case tab per group. Current Behaviour - If I change a dropdown in the Business case tab, it will be change for all the projects a cross all Workfront teams.
sometimes i need to find a program that has already been archived - and digging through 3 years of old programs isn't idea - so a search only in archive would be helpful
Description - Workfront has a "newish" module named Company which is how an Admin can manage unique Rate Cards based on a client or project. By assigning a Company to any given Project. The basic Workfront platform then substitutes the Company/Role Rate over the Users defined Rate/Role. Which is a pretty straight forward process. BUT this data substitution doesn't seem to carry past basic Workfront; When in Business Case and you are adjusting Budgeted hours -- the system ignores the Company Rate Card process. Same occurs while using the Resourcing Screens such as Planner, Utilization, and any reporting associated . Why is this feature important to you - Our organization relies heavily on finance data and allows our clients to have unique billable rates. With this large foundational gap it subtracts value from the platform. And when told to develop a custom report outside of Workfront, some of the key data points aren't supported by native API. And when they do this large cost also distracts from Workfront as a Central System of Record. How would you like the feature to work - In brief, correctly the way it does in the older basic portions of Workfront. Current Behaviour - N/A
Description - I would like the switch function to be added as a useable function inside of a calculated field. Why is this feature important to you - It would make coding calculated fields much easier in some circumstances. How would you like the feature to work - Just like a switch command, where you tell it which variable(s) to pull in and then you can say if variable = A, calculation = 1, if variable = B, calculation = 2, etc. Current Behaviour - The behavior can be achieved currently, but it requires the use of many nested IF statements, which is rather unwieldy in trying to write.
I'd love report columns to show in a report when pulled in a dashboard on default, not something that we have to select. It's likely a more rare scenario to NOT want a column to show in a report in a dashboard than having them show. Annoying to have to select this setting in each column when making a report, especially if you make a lot of reports. I like that it's a setting, just want the default to be that it always shows, and can turn it off if needed.
Description - It can take a lot of time to make assignments in a large project, especially if person has changed relative to template used. It would be awesome to have a tool to make assignments more efficiently than a task by task approach. How would you like the feature to work - Easy cut and paste, or fill each task with an assignee or set of assignees Current Behaviour - click each task, start to type in assignees, go to next task, rinse and repeat. tough if you have large project plans and need to reassign due to departure or other event.
Description: Workfront Proof needs to have Notification options! Why is this feature important to you: Having one notification saves time. One source of truth for the comments made on the proof. The team does not have to go through each notification and with each notification there is a possibility that notifications may be missed leading to risks. How would you like the feature to work: We would like options. Turn off all proof notifications Notification once a decision is made on a proof Instant notifications Daily notifications Current Behavior: Every time a comment is made on a proof the team receives a notification in Workfront. So, if there are 50 comments, there are 50 notifications.
Description - Increase list of icons and emojis that export into Excel Why is this feature important to you - We support marketing teams that use custom icons and emojis in subject lines of emails and other creative assets. Those must be exported to Excel so that another team can upload to additional systems. Currently, the custom emoji (lightbulb in this case) does not export out. How would you like the feature to work - Just additions to the current set of icons Current Behaviour - Currently, there are a few set of icons within the Workfront software that will export into Excel.
Being able to customize the "My Teams Best Bets" feature of the Sales Insights would be very helpful for Regional Sales Directors or for marketers who want to view activity in a specific area. Adding an option to choose from a list of states or from a dropdown list of the salesforce user that the sales insights belong to would allow sales and marketing teams to manage their teams and activities better.
Add the ability to format the email message dialog box to include the same features available in updates; ie bold, lists, embedded links, etc. This would allow important aspects of the message to be highlighted and provide far more succinct messaging.
Description - Analysis Workspace should allow extraction of over 50k rows which can be shared/scheduled by email to recipients. Why is this feature important to you - This feature was available in Report and Analytics but has been discontinued. This was extensively used by users and cannot be replaced by Data Warehouse dues to limitations on metrics and segments. How would you like the feature to work - 1) Analysis Workspace provides the ability to extract more than 50,000 rows of data. Users should be able to customise the exact number of rows they can extract. 2) Analysis Workspace should enable sending/scheduling of the extract data by email. Current Behaviour - Currently in Analysis Workspace up to 50,000 rows can be extracted only at an item level instead of project level, And this extraction cannot be shared/scheduled by email.

Once a journey or a Campaign has been launched, it would be of a great help to have the info of the process until is completed. E.g. Message Creation START FINISH COUNT DD/MM/YYYY DD/MM/YYYY ### Content Calculation START FINISH COUNT DD/MM/YYYY DD/MM/YYYY ### Personalization START FINISH COUNT DD/MM/YYYY DD/MM/YYYY ### Sending START FINISH COUNT DD/MM/YYYY DD/MM/YYYY ### This feature would be of a great help since we would know when the campaign started, processed and completed. We currently do not know when we program the campaign or journey to go out "as soon as possible" not even when you go to the reports we have any info closed to that.
Please consider unifying the time zone in different parts of Marketo campaigns. Currently in the "Wait until" step in the Flow, the time zone is PDT. While in the same campaign, in the "Run later" schedule option, it's my account's preferred time zone, in my case GMT. It would be nice to see the same time zone in the Flow Wait steps, so there's no need to recalculate the time every time!
