Description - We have ran into an issue where tasks do not show in work list if the status was changed from complete back to not started (which can happen if tasks are accidently or prematurely close out). Why is this feature important to you - It would allow our users to view their tasks in the Work List, even if a mistake was made and the task was closed out early or accidentally. How would you like the feature to work - Show tasks in the Work List even if they are changed back to a status of "Not Started." Current Behaviour - Tasks do not display in the Work List when they are changed back to "Not Started" from "Complete."
Description - It would be ideal if we could copy JSON out of the AEP debugger like we can using AEP Assurance. This is what I'd like to see ... Current Behaviour - Currently we have to select all of the text manually.
Straightforward request: today, when Marketo Engage exposes email activities via API, it tries to run some pre-calculated values on things such as Device. However, it's unrealistic to expect Marketo Engage to have calculated values for every single user agent, especially as more devices, operating systems, and bot patterns continuously come to market. Rather than take that work in-house, would it be possible to just expose the recorded user agent value to relevant activities? This is already being recorded and shown in the UI, and this change would give integration developers a chance to write more holistic information with the results.
Currently MSI is not supported on the new Unified Interface of Microsoft Dynamics. I'd love this functionality to get added to the product road map so our sales and marketing teams can leverage MSI in our CRM.
Description - We are now using a custom priority field that requesters fill out when submitting a help desk ticket to help us better prioritize tickets, but on the event notification email that's sent to our admin team there is no option to replace the native "Request Priority" field with our custom field. Therefore, we have to either open each ticket and view the request details to find the priority OR visit our help desk dashboard to find the priority. Since we receive many help desk tickets, it reduces efficiency and adds time to properly assess each ticket's priority by having to manually check each one. If we could see our custom priority field in the event notification email, without leaving Outlook, it would increase efficiency and help us focus and prioritize tickets. Why is this feature important to you - The above is just one use case that would increase team efficiency and allow us to better respond/mange our urgent help desk tickets. We also have other business stakeholders asking to customize their event notifications (without having to create custom notifications) so there are multiple uses for this. How would you like the feature to work - Have the ability to edit more than just the subject line of the event notification. Current Behaviour - Can only edit the subject line in the event notification.
Issue: The Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK extension with the Redirect with Identity Action Type changes the original behavior of the link click. For example, if your link was supposed to open in a new tab, the current Adobe code will open the destination link directly in the current window, which impact the user experience, not great at all! Solution: Adobe should offer to their clients the choice of how the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK extension with the Redirect with Identity Action Type should behave. Such as Google Tag Manager where we have several options: AutoLink Domains: Once all domains are defined by default GTM will append a query string to the destination URL (instead of opening the link directly in the current window) Use Hash as Delimiter (optional): If we want to track the google id as an hash tag ‘#’ instead of query string. Decorate Forms (optional): If we have a form which migrates the user to other sites, on submitting. This field should be set to TRUE.
Description - I'd like to start getting Announcement Center notifications when the Proof desktop viewer is updated. Why is this feature important to you - We have started rolling out the ability to mark up dynamic proofs by using the desktop Proof viewer app. However, we will always be delayed by a few days because any new software needs to undergo processing via IT. How would you like the feature to work - We were hoping that Adobe would consider using the announcement center functionality for more relevant and actionable news, like updates to its software. The update of the desktop Proof app is similar (or identical) to a product release and should be announced similar to a product release is. Current Behaviour - The first user to close the desktop proofing app is the one who discovers that it needs to be updated. This constantly puts us at a disadvantage when it comes to satisfying our end users which ultimately leads to poor user adoption.
Description - Currently, Boards cannot dynamically intake personal tasks. I would like to see Board be able to dynamically intake personal tasks. Why is this feature important to you - One of the most natural and useful applications of Board, in my opinion, is for making a personal to-do list. In Workfront, I use personal tasks to do this. I want to keep all of these tasks together as personal tasks because that is how I have already been organizing myself for some time. Personal tasks technically live in a hidden project in Worfront, but that project is hidden from searches. Probably for that reason, Dynamic Intake in boards is unable to find any of these tasks or that project, even when I specifically filter for them. How would you like the feature to work - I should be able to use Dynamic Intake to search for and populate a list of tasks, including personal tasks. If Workfront wants to keep these tasks hidden by default, then they should make it possible to specifically add a filter condition to look for personal tasks by searching for a match in the ProjectID or something like that so that it is not impossible to dynamically intake personal tasks. Current Behaviour - Currently, when you filter for tasks with Dynamic Intake on boards, personal tasks do not populate in the list. Even if you, for example, specifically filter for the ProjectID containing your personal tasks, Boards is unable to find them.
Description - Requesting some form of client notification when background automated processes are run that could materially impact workspace reporting data. Specific example would be the cleanup of 'badIDs', as defined as IDs that have X% of activity against them (clearly well beyond normal customer behavior levels) and need to be removed from workspace to avoid performance degradation. Notification allows the client to assess potential impact on insights/analytics reporting and notify appropriate stakeholders as needed that data may not be directionally accurate in representing customer behavior.
When a user removes a custom form from an issue or any other object, the system updates area does not keep an audit trail letting us know that a custom form was removed. Need a way to know when a custom form was removed from a record and by whom regardless of the object.Thank you!

Description - Some of our bar charts are used for reporting into senior meetings. The formatting of the bar charts becomes inconsistent when nearing the top of the chart box and drops the legend of one bar to within the bar. It would be better to allow the chart box to be extended slightly to ensure that the formatting is consistent within the chart and all legends can sit above the bar. Why is this feature important to you - Lack of consistency looks messy when used for reporting. How would you like the feature to work - The legend on bar charts should be consistently above the bar they relate to. Current Behaviour - When a bar chart gets towards the top of the formatted chart box the legend moves to within the bar while others sit above.
Description Ability to transform redirects based on the session and visitors attributes. Why is this feature important to you Sometimes we need to write javascript to customize redirects beyond what is availability in the redirect offer. E.g. converting a querystring into path or changing a querystring attribute name. Javascript based redirects are not officially supported, they are slower and can cause SRM errors How would you like the feature to work Take the incoming URL as an input string write JavaScript and/or Velocity to make transformations to the the string, including inserting session and profile attribute values Output the transformation as the output string Validate the output string is a valid URL Apply standard Adobe Target redirect offer transformation (i.e., add referrer, session id, etc) Send output string as redirect back to the browser Current Behaviour Static URLs with option to pass the original querystring and mbox session ID
