Implement feature to rollback to previous revisions/changes for workflows and templates. It gives the user the option to switch between historical revisions and also drafts(that is changes not being saved)A good example can be seen in WordPress, Jira, Confluence, whereby users can rollback changes made to pages and even compare changes between revisions.
Hi guys,I think we should have version control for Transnational Messaging templates .Because when X creates a template and Y working on the same .Y makes some changes which X is not aware .If something goes wrong during production stages we cant roll back or have name of person or version number in the changed document. So its better we have version control system in adobe campaign.
It would be great to have the ability to preview delivery templates that use targetData using seeds where the targetData has been configured for the seeds without having to create a workflow.
Its good to have a locking feature by default on the campaigns/workflows/web-apps or any other such activities on the platform which are already in editing mode by an user.
It would be nice to get update for jquery library currently we have 1.9.1 which has some security vulnerabilities and we cannot choose not to load the library in our web app.
Using or trying to use successfully emojis in the mail object and Adobe Campaign classic (v6/v7) is a pain at the moment. In most cases, it doesn't work correctly, even by typing such sequence of chars:=?UTF-8?Q?=F0=9F=8F=A2?=By chance, if some people succede to use it (probably due to different contexts (version of AC or charset used by the AC environment), it often breaks with a mix of special characters to use. Please find a way to ease typing emojis in the mail object field. And don't limit such improvment to Adobe Campaign standard version, it must apply to AC v6/v7RegardsJ-Serge Biron
Installing Adobe Campaign Classic seems to be only possible with a GUI. For automatic deployment it is better is the choices can be also defined by parameters. And thus allow a silent install of the application that can be distributed to multiple of users.Note: the configuration of the application it self must be done by the users. i.e. what server to connect to etc.
When viewing the "hot click" report for a campaign, you can see the creative with the % of clicks overlaid. I would like to be able to export this "hot click map" (aka heat map" into a JPEG or PDF so I can share it with others, paste into a PPT, etc. The only way I can do so now is if I print my screen, but that often cuts off most of the heat map image in the current ACS view. This makes heat maps not very helpful, despite all email marketers wanting to see and leverage them.
The Creative email designer has been released (beta tests at the moment) but only for ACS (Adobe Campaign Standard version). Please make it available for Adobe Campaign classic version (at least v7, and possibly v6).
Allow access to the Program Member object so custom fields can be pulled into a velocity script token.
Enable notifications in Goals so that the following could take place:A notification is sent to (an) owner(s) of a goal that they are required to complete the Check-In on the Goal(s)A notification is sent to executives to review the status of Goals after Check-ins have been completedFor both of these notifications it would also be valuable if there could be a timing function that would allow the notification to be sent out at specific intervals (e.g. 1x/quarter, semi-annually, yearly, etc.)
Currently we are only able to enter the "Name", "Project" and "Assignment", when creating a work item from Slack. Also, we have to put in the information step-by-step rather than in one pop-up. Also, we are not able to enter a ‚ÄûDescription“ or ‚ÄûDue-Date“. Hence, after creating the work item from Slack, the user has to open Workfront anyway so she/he is able to enter the rest of the essential information. We would like to have the option to create a work item in a pop-up and to enter "Name“, ‚ÄûDescription“, ‚ÄûAssignment“ and ‚ÄûDue-Date“ directly in Slack, all in one step.
There are times when a user may send a record a sales email from Marketo Sales Insight, only for the recipient to be uninterested in the email and unsubscribe if the option is available in the footer and/or they send a list-unsubscribe signal from their email client. However, when the Unsubscribe Email activity is written into Marketo for unsubscribing from a Sales Insight email, there's no way to understand that's what's happened. This is because the details on the activity don't explicitly say the email came from Sales Insight, and there's no way to use the "Unsubscribed from Email" activity filter in the UI to grab just Sales Insight emails. I recognize that tying unsubscribes to Sales Insight emails sent 1:1 is likely too technically complex to pursue, but could a filtering parameter get added to Unsubscribe from Email for "Sales Insight Email" true or false? This would address the problem without requiring big data analysis for this statistic.
I want to be able to see just how much the features of MSI are being used by sales and not just for sending emails. There are dozens of apps that can send emails from SF. My team also use Tout. I would like to measure and see who uses all the features of MSI and compare it to their performance. With a price per user basis I feel I should be able to measure these stats. I also need to justify its effectiveness to sales managers and its price to accounts. How many people are added on Watch Lists. How many MSI emails sent last week. How many Sales Users subscribe to leads/contacts.How often the full page app is accessed.Who are the most active Sales Team members using it.
To report on Scorecard questions and answers, you need to use text mode to pull in this data. It would be nice if the scorecard questions and answers could be provided as fields that may be easily pulled into a project report. Right now, I can pull in the scorecard name and alignment value in a project report. But to get the individual questions and responses on that scorecard requires text mode manipulation.
Very often I will figure out the text mode for a report's column or grouping and then days, weeks, sometimes months later someone else will need that same text mode for their report and I have to spend 15 minutes going through the reports I think might have used it to pull that code and put in a new report. Ideally if I have already created it in a report I should be able to pull it from the prompts just like anything else. Maybe it becomes a new section at the bottom of the prompt called system text modes? For example I had a project report that pulls a collection of task name and assignment into the report. Every time I need to make a new report and pull that same column I have to open that report and copy it. I did finally create a Word document to house the codes but I wish it lived in WF so other admins also had access to it easily.
It would be nice to have an easier way to report on or at least see an audit trail of all changes to a user's profile set up such as layout template, proof access, auto generate proofs, and other settings not controlled by the average user.
The ability to delete sections or customize the fields when starting a project or editing a project. There are some sections we don't use or don't want others to fill out (almost all projects are created by using a template) and want to make it as simple as possible for our new users and make the set up cleaner. We only want the Overview (and even delete some items on that if possible) and Custom Forms sections. We want to hide the Finance, Settings and Access sections.
