There is no built in autosave or a save current work button that the user could click on mid-stream while he/she entering information. The request/issue is only saved after the user clicked on the Submit button. Adding the autosave or manual save my current work button would prevent lost work and increase efficiency. Thank you.
When creating a custom metric, there is a list of ~50 functions available. Each function requires for the user to input their variables.Example below with the T-Test function, where the user has to enter the metric, the degrees and the tails. We would like for the Confidence level and Lift to be added as functions as well, where the variables would be:Segment ControlSegment Experience 1Metric (allowing a custom metric)(We would be happy to provide a formula behind these two functions.)Why would it make it easier?Instead of having to modify directly a tedious formula, which leaves room for errors, the user would simply need to drag and drop the segments and metricsThe time spent on configuring the metrics needed for the test would be reduced considerably, and would make it very likely to be used by any level of usersThis would allow to get the Confidence level and Lift regardless of whether it’s an existing metric or a custom metric, which the new A4T panel doesn’t provide
Attempting to delete a document version results in an Operation Unsupported error. However, there's a custom action for this called 'deleteVersion', but it's part of API Unsupported. Make this action public.
I believe currently you can only select one kind of notifications in a proof. We would like to customize it so the designer can be notified once a decision has been made, but also, if someone has replied to their comment. This way, they can answer any questions while the proof is still active and not have to wait until a decision has been made.
When there are multiple items in a proof, it would be great to see the file names in the proof so the reviewer knows what they are looking at. The file names in the thumbnails are always truncated so you can't see the name fully. We often upload several digital graphics into one proof and then we have to list out what they're looking at which is time-consuming.
Show documents on the Task List and recent updates stream. Provide the ability to create a placeholder for a new document that needs to be created.
I wish dashboards could look more like a colorful display of yummy facts. There are lots of apps/programs out there that do a better job of making facts look attractive. I'll include an example of what I'm talking about. Really just background colors and bolder fonts of categories would help tremendously. We assign tasks but artists are usually fulfilling the work, and it would be nice if their "work" or dashboards were pleasing to the eye!
Hello, We've added holidays to our schedule, and have our team set to that schedule, but when we go into a persons personal time off, the holidays (schedule exceptions) are not included as days off. We feel this does NOT paint a full picture of availability. We'd like to see this addressed and updated.
For a larger instance of Workfront, it would be beneficial to allow certain groups to opt in for capturing time at the project level (less mature groups that are still getting used to using a project management system). This way more mature groups can continue task level time tracking. With current Workfront functionality, project level time tracking is a global setting. The more mature groups push back on turning this setting on, as it would potentially cause data integrity issues with tracking time at project and task levels. Less mature groups, who haven't tracked time previously, would like to the flexibility to track time at the project level to help with user adoption. This would be an excellent Group Level Administration feature, the ability to customize hour preferences for different Workfront groups.
When doing program imports, there is a chance with each program import to define how you'd like to handle conflicting information. This is great, but doesn't necessarily scale well when you need to do a lot of imports. For example, if I need to import 20 programs from Instance A to Instance B, there may be a specific rule like "Ignore Program Tags" that I want to set for every import. As it stands, that currently has to be done by editing the conflict rules every time. I'd prefer to have either an instance-wide or user-level setting that allows these rules to be altered and thus prevent having to do this catch every time.
It would be great to have the description included in the summary that can be opened via the task list.
When doing classification for multiple report suites, there is an alert when one or more report suites have a different/existing configuration:The classifications for this report do not match for all report suites. Only classifications that match exactly can be viewed and edited across report suites. If it is smart enough to know that one or more report suites have a different classification, could it please indicate which report suite(s) are affected? Spending a lot of time on unraveling this mystery..
The new Winter 16 release will provide an interesting feature to MS Dynamics users : The Sync Status. This idea is about having the same for SFDC -Greg
Currently offline conversions transferred to Google AdWords can only be mapped to the Revenue Stages in the Revenue Cycle Model. Can this be amended so any person or company field can be mapped as well?
