Build better products with our product team
I'm sure there's good reason why the login on https://experiencecloud.adobe.com points to https://sc3.omniture.com/spa/index.html due to legacy factors. I was just wondering how far in the future this will remain the case. I often get redirection issues from different browsers and the whole login setup due to this is frankly annoying and troublesome often.
I was editing a segment on a workspace panel. After making a change I realised it had broken my project. I thought "No problem, Adobe introduce Undo in workspace, I'll just undo the change to my workspace project!" - but unfortunately it doesn't work - half an hour then wasted trying to remember/recreate the old segment 😞 It would be really great if the undo function worked for all changes in a workspace project as this really caught me out - please could this be considered? 🙂
When a project is shared as 'view only' users cannot change the date range. I think an option to allow date range changes would increase the usefulness of this mode while still balancing the need for control. Without this flexibility I think there is the potential that this will lead us to build bloated projects that are trying to guess at the different date ranges that users might want to look at. For instance, if we have a project showing 'last weeks sales', users would find it useful to also be able to get at this weeks sales so far, or the week prior to last week through the same project layout. Any thoughts?
I would like to be able to search within a project. At this point in time, if I have a project open and enter something into the search bar, it opens all results that might have that word or phrase. On some of my larger projects (500+ tasks) I would like to be able to search within the project to find if I have already entered an item, when the due date is and what the status of that item is, without being taken away from that project.
The current permission model for Custom Forms and Custom Fields is too limited. Permission to edit custom fields is all-or-nothing, which prevents selective editing rights for specific custom fields to task assignees. The custom form's permission setting is not helpful as it only determines who can view the custom fields in the form. It has nothing to do with editing rights.I would like to request more granular permission per custom field on a custom form such that I can decide which fields are editable, which fields are visible, which fields are user-maintainable.With this ability, I can decide which custom field is visible in the user's view, I can decide which fields are editable and which are not, and finally, which field can be modified by the end-user. This last permission would help us in support because users can manage the values in a drop-down list themselves (whoever is given the permission). It would also be helpful if a special permission user such as "Assignee" is selectible rather than a specific resource or group or team, so that if I give permission to "Assignee", the custom field is editable by anyone who is the assignee of the task.
(Apologies in advance if a similar idea has been filed—I tried searching and couldn't find this ask.) Right now, users are given two binary choices when setting up an engagement program that sends emails: 1. Add the email directly to the nurture stream with the ability to send in recipient time zone 2. Add the email as part of a program to the nurture stream with the ability to screen out recipients based on Smart List, program status, etc. However, if you want the ability to send an email in recipient time zone (due to being global, for example) and want to exclude certain records from receiving a nurture email (due to having consumed the content of the email another way, for example), there's really no good way to do that today. There's already a solution in Marketo architecture for this, though: the Email Send program, which can both handle local time zone sends and setting up exclusions. If we were able to reference Email Sends the way Default programs can be used today in Engagement programs, that would cleanly solve this issue. Otherwise, you're stuck making a traffic cop just to be able to use both features.
Can we finally increase the bleed in Adobe Illustrator? 25.4mm is clearly not enough. InDesign is a lot better there, but I would like to be able to create my print data from vector graphics directly with the right bleed from Illustrator.
Give the main system administrator the ability to permanently delete items from the recycle and not have to wait 30 days for the item to fall off the list. If not delete from recycle bin at least restrict the access from anyone else including admins.
According to the discussion in below forum thread, if a rule based trait is being used in a segment and that has a recency of <= 1, i.e. within 1 day, then it may happen that a user qualified for the trait at 11:00 PM GMT and they will be out of the segment after an hour. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-audience-manager-questions/recency-on-frequency-set-to-lt-1-day-does-it-mean-24-hours-or/qaq-p/369499 Segment's recency and frequency settings should be evaluate qualification from the time user realized the trait, i.e 11:00 PM on day 1 to 11:00 PM on day 2. Thanks,Varun Kalra
It would be nice if we were able to use variables when making different parts of the email dynamic. For a simple example - changing a background color for a cta based on the segmentation using a variable. It seems like this would be used quite often if it were possible rather than using work arounds such as velocity scripting.
In the new user experience the subscription bell is hidden under the ... three dot edit menu. I propose that you move this bell next to the star for the favorites and out of the edit menu. This will be more clear and easy to access.
We do not want our users to utilize this functionality because it creates a security risk for our company. We would like to globally remove the "Add account" options in the Calendar settings of the home view.
