Please create a wildcard filter for $$USER.otherRoleIDs or something that will allow us to filter based on all of a user's job roles. For our purposes, filtering only off the user's primary job role is useless when people fill multiple roles and need to be able to pick up work based on all their roles.
I would like to propose that the time allowed for an upload of an attachment to a request be increased from 5 minutes to something longer.Could Workfront at least move that out to 10 minutes? Upload speed is dependent on the speed of the network the requester is using, and not all networks have the same speed. Because of this, someone on a business network might be able to upload more to a request versus someone on a network from home in 5 minutes.
Over time the amount of various rules created in Launch can get out of hand and knowing what rules no longer run can be a daunting task. Even more frustrating are the rules transferred from DTM to Launch and needing to know what rules no longer apply. We know that in debug mode, a log churns out in the user's console that includes all the activities done by Launch _satellite code in real time. I feel the entire community of Launch users would love to see a reporting tool internal to a given Launch property that simply illustrates the usage count of rules that are current and rules that are deprecated. The date range of this reporting could be limited to thirty days. That should be plenty time for every given aspect of a site to be hit and know what rules are running. Any rules with zero fires could then be safely disabled and/or deleted. I feel this is a fairly straight forward ask. I do not feel this upgrade applies to data elements.
It would be great if the system update timestamps kept the day, time until 1 week has passed. For example, if I made an update on Monday @ 430pm and today is Thursday (3 days later), the timestamp should still quote Monday @430pm, however it says "last Monday" which can cause panic when looking at fast moving projects.
This is a little thing that would make a surprisingly big difference for me. Right now, in Launch I can only view 10 Rules or Data Elements at a time, with a "Next>" button to get to rules 11-20. There isn't a way to really now how many rules I have overall, which is also a very minor complaint.Ideally, I could define how many elements to see- 10, 20, 50, view all... An eternal scroll feature would be nice too. The real use case is this: I may not remember exactly the name of the rule I'm looking for (maybe someone else created it), so I want to be able to look through all the rules quickly.
When viewing the list of rules or data elements, it would be handy to have a new column for the rule event type, and for data elements the data element type i.e. cookie, custom code, JS variable etc. These could then be used in the search filter options to view, for example, all click based rules for a vertical.(Apologies if this has already been posted somewhere!)
Very helpful to add customised notification to inform System Admin if a new user created from Group Admin. This will help System admin a lot to keep closer eye for number of licenses paid and unpaid.
Hi,As far as I know CDF exports all the data; is it possible to filter CDF data based on the Data Source ID, or URL o any other parameter? Thanks
Ability for users to customize which email notifications are sent instantly vs. daily or not at all. Example: There is a user on two teams. One team's request are business critical and are needed instantly via email. The other team receives requests that are not critical and not needed via email.
Dear League! At time of writing, only Analytics Admins can share an Analysis Workspace with Groups of Users. I think this should be a privilege that can be given to any User through the Admin Console, like Curating Workspaces. Making someone an Admin just so they can share a Workspace with Groups is far overkill. Best regards,Frederik
Hi there, I like the data delivers option via Data Warehouse delivery very much. Especially because you can get a native Tableau format. But I would like to get at least 12 months of data rolling. Currently there´s no option that meets our requirement. Currently available options A/B (see attached picture) A) If I choose option "A" the period is not rolling! B) "B" doesn´t provide at least 12 months. I mean it makes no sense to me. The advantage of using the Data Warehouse option is to generate data automatically to feed 3rd party systems (e.g. Tableau in a native format). No? So why not providing a rolling preset of at least 12 months??? Okay, I could use report builder (Excel plug in) instead. But then I will lose the Tableau export format!!! Simply put: I would like to get a preset that provides last 12 months rolling in a Tableau export format. Cheers, Juergen

Hi Adobe, It will be very helpful if there is a feature to select the traits we would like to include from third party data sets in marketplace while building a LAL model. Current features only allow to exclude the traits with a maximum of 500 trait exclusion. With thousands of traits in each dataset, it makes it extremely difficult to arrive at the traits we are interested to use, by using exclusion method. Also it will be nice if we can see the total count of traits selected while building the model for additional validations. Thanks
It would be great if we can get some analytics on each Launch property. I found myself asking these questions from time to time:- What are the Rules and Data Elements in production library that have not been fired or used for a long time.- What rules that are causing JS errors occasionally-How many Rules and Data Element in each property, and breakdown by their types-Who are the most active users in each property-Publishing frequency of each property...... With these data, we can keep each property clean and optimized, and just better governance overall. Best of all, these data will be available as a report suite in Analysis Workspace.
When you are working from a storyboard, you have to navigate to the task or issue page to make updates, view additional details, etc.I think it would be great if we could open the task or issue as a floating (pop-out) window so that we can stay in one place to get work done. JIRA and many other agile products do this and it is a nice UX.
