ContentAI currently tries to generate an image (with or without content title, CTA, etc.) for placing content in an email. However, this results in the predictive content failing to have much customizability in display, and more importantly, causes the predictive content to be inaccessible. The final code output is an image with no alt text or identifying title in the link. Rather than trying to dynamically generate an image with all content included, could the setup be changed to retrieve the image, URL, title, and call to action as separate items? This both prevents having to create more image template styles or customization for customers and allows developers to code to standards for accessibility compliance.
It would be nice if you could leverage the new calendar token as a link from an image.I like to have a big 'Add to Calendar' button on my webinar thank you page, that links to an ICS file.Right now the calendar token has to be used in text, but it would be nice to simply leverage that token as a link behind an image.
I would love to be able to organize my images into folders please! As this list grows and grows it would be incredibly helpful. Is there a reason this has not been implimented?

In Japan, the order of the full name is Family Name + Given Name. Currently, Marketo displays full name in Given Name + Family Name. This looks very awkward with Japanese names. Would like to be able to switch how full name is displayed.
We have a specific email that is sent once per year to customers. I would like to schedule this yearly, but the options do not include this. Surely this would be an easy fix?
I searched for this but didn't see it. I'd like to be able to clone a complete folder with assets to another program. It's just easier than having to clone a whole program and then having to delete items I don't need.
This is on Marketo product mangement's wish list, but I'm creating an Idea in the Community to help convey user interest in this. Currently only the First Name, Last Name and Email Address are synched from Marketo to GTW. I'd like to have the following fields synched as well (in order of priority). Organization / Company City State Phone Number
Japanese use Chinese characters which can have several ways to pronounce. It's difficult even for a Japanese person to properly pronounce names because they most often use Chinese characters. As such, there are fields to Last Name, First Name, and Address fields (furigana fields) on how they are pronounced. These fields are often used to soft rather than the Last Name, First Name, and Address fields themselves.These additional fields are present in all Japanese documents including names.I would like to have these fields available for Japanese users.
I would like to edit description field in Smart List after I created them. Is there a reason why I can't? This has been brought up in the Discussions too (Smart List Description)
I think that when a campaign is running, we should be able to see how many leads have been processed as it is running. Right now in the run history and in the statusyou are just shown that it is executing the flow and (# leads qualified).If I look to the results tab to find this information, I get each item that is completed. So then I have to figure out how many items per lead and divide that to get a good guess as to how many leads have been processed.It would just be a helpful feature ro add so that when I'm running campaigns with big numbers of leads I can feel like I have more control over what's happening when and I can estimate when campaign runs will be completed.
The Gmail plugin has an API failure anytime you are working with a multiple account sign-on in Google. Many of our reps have their work email open, along with their personal email, out of convenience. It would be great to work the extension out in a way that allows for multiple accounts, focusing on the primary one linked to Marketo (business account), while still allowing other accounts to function without Marketo at the same time.
Hi,I have created a segment last week and created a landing page with dynamic content. Now I want to update segment. It appears that it's not possible to edit already approved segments. I cannot delete segment either because it's used (see dynamic content) so I ended up by making my dynamic content static (so I lost one of my 2 messages), disapproving segment, deleting segment, recreating segment (and now it takes ages to re-approve). Can we add ability to edit segment (or at least make whole process easier)?Cécile @ Talend
If you're clicking through a marketo email that takes you to a form fill, it would be good to have, instead of a form fill, the option to click to call (sales) for those that are viewing on a mobile phone. disclaimer, i saw this idea on Marketing Sherpa today. Very good idea.
Sometimes (a lot), choosing someones answer as "best" didn't necessarily resolve it. I would like to see a separate button to mark it resloved. Silly I know... but it feels like it's now closed for discussion.
Currently, I can only enter alphabets in Status names. I would like to use Japanese characters (multibyte characters) in Channel names and Status names.
Hi.i am running webhooks which take the response and update custom fields.It worked until now and i saw that the fields in the leads were updated succefully,but now all of a suddon it does not work any more.I see in the result of the webhook that the result is returned succsfully but for some reason the fields are not updated.This is what i see in the result of the activity:Response: {"status":"Pending enrichment","id":447} The fields status and id are mapped to custom fields but they are not updated. Any ideas? why this worked and now not even though it seems like it should?thanks

We need to be able to have an online version of our email that doesn't allow tracking. We have multiple links in our emails so to add the no tracking on each link would be tedious. You don't offer a generic "view as webpage," so we are really at a loss to be able to provide our emails to either our internal staff or to those that what to see what our newsletters are all about before signing up. In the past I was providing the "view as webpage" link from my own lead and just recently realized that wasn't generic, but was cookieing everyone with my info. No wonder my lead score was crazy! Please advise on the best work around so I can have a generic online version for people to see without being cookied.Thanks!
We need to be able to send emails to customers notifying them that their service is about to end. It would be nice to set up automated campaigns that are sent 30 days before their sevice end date. I want to set it and have it run automatically.Similarly, it would be nice to have "in the next X days/months" as a filter just like we have "in the past....".
Ok so this seems to be something that I'm sure was already brought up but I'm painfully going through this problem.There seems to be a huge need to create field groups/lists that can be used inside the form editor.For example, we use a vendor that identifies leads based on ip, email, company etc.. the form app requires an extra 137 fields. having to drag those in over and over is going to be hopeless. And we cannot use 'local asset' forms so please don't mention cloning forms. Cloning forms is a BANDAID approach and I'm getting annoyed with everyones bandaid answers. So in practice, a user goes to create a form. They would select from a field group list on the right side 'regular form' and that would populate the left with the regular fields. Then they need these regular fields so they again select from the right the extra field list and bam it drops them in! There are soooooooo many practical uses for this that would all but elimate the NEED to clone forms since that is whats goin on now. If you don't clone forms, your screwed..Marketo this will solve problems. Lets make it happen!
It seems that the "New Local Asset" option from the right-click menu in Marketing Activities was recently made more confusing and more broken then it had been previously. Now, when I right-click on a folder and select "New Local Asset", not only does it not recognize the fact that I right-clicked on a folder, but it won't even allow me to select a Folder where it asks me to choose the Folder.This is counter-intuititive and frustrating since I regularly create asset folders to organize my emails, landing pages, and other local assets. Why should I not be able to right-click on the folder I want the item created in, or at least be able to select it where it specifically asks for the folder I want to put it in.
Hi, i want to store some result fields into Marketo fields once the webhook fails.But it does not work.I can see the error message on the results tab of the compaign but the response mapping does not work.For example, this is the response i receive:{"timestamp":1372233958185,"error":{"httpStatus":500,"reason":"Last name is missing from the request","message":"Internal server error while invalid entity.","code":10003},"status":"Enrichment Failed"}And i am mapping the "status" field to a custom field.But the result does not enter the field.Any ideas?thanks
I recently had an activity type of, "SFDC Activity", yet was created by Marketo. When I inquired with Marketo, the response was:I spoke with a senior engineer in regards to whether or not there are unique identifiers to differentiate between MKTO and SFDC activities. Currently there are no such unique identifiers to help in this regard. It would be nice if a unique identifier existed - especially as integration between SFDC and Marketo grows and the campaign complexity of each expands.Thanks
Is there a way to track when someone fills out a form using social media data (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)? I enabled the social media fill function on our forms and now I want to be able to track how often people are actually choosing the option to prefill the form using their social media profiles. I also want to be alerted when someone fills out a form using social media data so I will be directed to their profile to check out the wealth of information their social profiles have provided Marketo.Any idea how to set something like this up?Thanks a lot,Alex
