We would like to have Real Time available in Workspace.
I noticed that if I use the regular search to look for a portion of a word or numbers that I do not get any results back. For example, if I have a Task that contains a number "00123456" in the Task Name, but I use "123456" in the regular search, it doesn't find my Task. Second example, If I have a Project that contains "Waterfall" in the name, but I use "fall" in the regular search, it doesn't find my Project. This applies to regular search in both Classic and New Experience. Advanced Search seems to handle portions of names, regular search should work the same as advanced search as most of our users will rely on regular search....they won't necessarily use the Advanced Search.
Currently, to move hours from one task/project to another that are logged incorrectly the process is manual and time-consuming. There have been instances were hours were logged for the wrong week or against the wrong task/project by accident. Instead of being able to transfer the hours to the correct timesheet, I (system admin) had to re-open timesheets for others to re-log their time. Other programs have this functionality and it is crucial for larger organizations. I now have over 100+ hours that were logged in the incorrect place and will spend a significant amount of time correcting this manually.
In order to comply with GDPR we need an email opt-in checkbox on our LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. Currently, Marketo is the only major marketing automation platform without this ability - Lead Gen Form Third-Party Integration – Troubleshooting | Marketing Solutions Help You can create a custom question but that places it at the top of the form and would have a default. Not a great experience. We want to be able to have in platform forms but still comply with GDPR email opt-in best practices. This works fine with Facebook Lead Ad forms. The only current solution is Zapier which introduces an unhealthy amount of work and maintenance.
To quickly assess the decision that has been made on a proof, the color of the "S | O | C | D" should change. Proofs that are approved should be green, approved with changes should be orange and changes required red. Currently, project managers and designers and/or editors have to go through a slew of email notifications and click directly in the proof to see the decision. When you manage teams across all brands at a company every second counts and a quick glance at what is approved would help deliverables be trafficked more efficiently.
Currently: There is only a thumbnail view for viewing assets in folders. Proposed: Add a list view and other options for viewing assets in folders. With only a handful of assets this is not a problem, but when viewing 1,000's of files it becomes problematic as I have to scroll load all the thumbnails to get to the bottom. We have several folders with 1,000's of stock images and it can literally take me over an hour to scroll to the bottom of the page waiting for handfuls of asset thumbnails to load at a time. Which might raise another concern for how the thumbnails are being cached either on the server or browser level. Faster load times of assets would also be appreciated. Please add a list view for viewing assets.Text only list viewsmall/er thumbnail list view
We have created a lot of workspace projects to date and we continue to build more and more. Having the ability to copy workspace visuals/freeforms from project to project would allow us to speed up our development and make our team more efficient. Similar to how Excel, it would great to add a 'right click' option to the visual header and see an option for 'duplicate visual in another project'once selected a list of projects could come up to be selected and then the user could select 'copy to top' or 'copy to bottom' of the existing project.Again, something like this would help reduce the 'rework' that occurs when trying to combine two separate projects as a story telling medium.here is an example.I created a project that summarizes the total number of server calls that come into the RS for the past 30 days.I created a separate project that tells me what % of total server calls had prop1 included. (I believe there is an excel audit tool that does something similar, I just built my own in workspace).the issue is the 2nd project doesn't have the visuals from the first, so I'm consistently trying to toggle between the too to reconcile & optimize my implementation. Yes, I could 'recreate' what I did in the previous project in the 2nd project, but why manually replicate something I've already created.Being able to copy visuals from one project and paste them in another would be extremely helpful.
We would like to have the option to send text-only emails as a blast, due to issues with deliverability with HTML, as well as to make an email look more authentically like a sales email. I'm aware that this would effect our ability to see opens in reporting, but it would still be good to have this option.
