I have a need to export all of the Activity Logs for all leads under a certain company name in our Lead Database. I understand that this is not currently possible, and you have to drill down into each lead one by one and export the history that way. One company I need has over 100 leads, and one has over 600 - not really feasible to do manually. It would be great to be able to export activity logos for multiple leads at once.
I am not sure if this was suggested before or if it already exists.While rebuilding a Marketo instance, one thing I have found that would be extremely handy is a way to store a list of values to then later use for smart list filters. For example, let’s say I want to create a smart list of all leads that did not have a certain lead source. I would create a filter with ‘lead source’ is not... and then a list of sources. It would be great if I could store that list for later use in other filters. That way if I have multiple programs or smart lists that are related to the same thing, they could also use the same centralized list. This would be easier to maintain if something changes. This could possibly a list object which I can then reference to see what programs/smart lists use the filter, so you could make changes without fear of missing something.
There should be an option to allow developers to add a plain text element to the page. This would function like a mktoString variable, with the additional benefit of allowing users to edit the text inline. The primary use case for this as opposed to a mktoText element is that this allows developers to ensure all of a page element's styling is specified by the developer.
It would be fantastic to allow a section of a landing page (including contained elements) to be duplicated. An example of this would be an event landing page that has a variable number of speakers; event a might need 2, event b might need 5. It would be great if we could activate or deactivate a smart campaign by simply right clicking the same way we approve/unapprove assets.
I know each user has a default "from/from email" but what Marketo user actually wants to send an email from them?The admin should be able to create a universal default "from" and "from email" and even "reply-to" for every user. It would pre-load on every new email created so there is less chance of human error typing in the address every time.Better yet, how about making those areas in the email editor a dropdown for a list of recent/most popular/preset values for each of those fields.
Revenue Cycle Explorer is an excellent tool to create reports and one has so many options of using different types of filters to customize reports as per business needs.But we haven't been able to optimally use RCE for Engagement nurture email performance reports without having Engagement program & Engagement Stream filters in RCE.It would be extremely helpful to have the Engagement program & Engagement Stream filters customized into RCE reporting which will be crucial in solving so many business needs with ease.
Hey Product Team,Similar to how Salesforce campaigns have a parent/child campaign relationship, it would be great if we can create sub programs within a program in Marketo. Right now only engagement programs are allowed to have sub programs.Thanks,Tim
Hi,I'd like to request that you return the text wrapping feature and spacing around an image that was removed with the new interface. We often use these features when laying out our newsletters. Now we have to manually add the code in. This is definitely a step backwards. There are many people in the Community asking about the same thing. Please consider bringing it back. It would be nice to have an interesting moment trigger for when a program status is changed. For example, we have it set up so an interesting moment is created when someone registers for a webinar (fills out a form), however, when their program status changes from registered to attended, nothing happens since you can't create an interesting moment based on the change program status trigger.Our sales team finds more value in knowing when a lead attends a webinar than when they simply register.
I would like to know what email clients people are using to read my emails. I am new to Marketo and Real-Time Personalization, so if this functionality is already in place, could you send instructions?I am setting up campaigns that are only allowed to be on our website for a certain amount of time while the deal is available through a partner. Is there somewhere you can enter in dates for the campaign to run? Hi there!Most of Marketo is pretty good at tracking whether you are in a different time zone than your system's default. It would be great if the Advanced Wait step "date" option could also do that:I'm in CEST now, and it's an extra added layer of complexity to remember when setting up campaigns.thanks!
Allow for SFDC Campaign tokens to be used in the "Added to SFDC Campaign" trigger within a smart list. Currently it doesn't accept the token, even though most all other flow step actions having to do with SFDC campaigns do accept the token type.

It would be great if there were a tool in Marketo to shorten the URLs to landing pages, website pages, etc... and be used in social media to track clicks/influence of social.
It would be awesome to have SF user profile information available as tokens for MSI emails. This would allow us to dynamically populate a signature based on who is sending the email, the same way SF templates do.Many sales teams have multiple sales reps that handle a single lead/contact, so using the Lead Owner/Contact Owner, or any other custom field that contains a point of contact, doesn't provide a fail-safe way of populating a signature in MSI emails.

As someone who frequently listens to podcasts, I have really grown accustomed to customizable play speeds so that I can absorb more information in a more timely manner (so many podcasts, so little time!) I think a playspeed option on the University videos would be largely benefitial, especially for those who may not have the extra time to watch a 1.5 hour tutorial during their lunch hour, or during dedicated educational times throughout the workday.

We have a few landing pages that contain white text (e.g., overlaying a top banner). When editing the text, it's invisible in the editor - we essentially need to edit it in code view. It would helpful if there was a setting to show all text - regardless of color (style) - as black when using the editor.
When a picklist field is used in a form, if you change the field values in SFDC, they don't show up in the Marketo form. The quickest way currently (that I know of) is to remove the form from the field, then add it right back in. You don't even have to save the form after removing the field. If it's truly as simple as telling Marketo "hey, go see if there are any new field values for this field", then couldn't that be a selectable request for the form? Something like this:FIELD NAME[ ] Update with SFDC valuesMaybe this could be done at the form level too, if multiple fields have been updated:FORM NAME[ ] Update all fields with their SFDC valuesWhen cleaning up picklist values for a bunch of fields, this is a daunting process to update each field across all the forms they are in. As they say, "there has to be a better way."
As a former Silverpop user, I was spoiled with their heat-map reporting of click-throughs that made it VERY easy for our team to identify clicks on specific parts of a newsletter visually. With Marketo, we have to run a report on clicks and this process is cumbersome and often takes a significant amount of time when trying to run a report.Below is a snapshot of what Silverpop/IBM heat map shows:
Our Sales team sends emails from SFDC frequently, using the "Send Marketo Email" button. Unfortunately, this logs an activity with a blank ("-") activity type.It would be great if these activities were automatically logged with a "Sales Email" activity type so we can have complete type data in our SFDC reports and dashboards. I've started discussions around this, but have not been able to find a solution yet.
