Hello all,   I have a webinar program in Workspace A. That workspace is associated with Partition A. In that program I have a form and a Smart Campaign that listens to that form submit and advances a person's program status. So far, so good - that works as intended.   But not in all cases. If a person from Partition B submits that form, they are not being caught by that Smart Campaign. That's at least where I think the causality lies, as all persons new to the database or from Partition A are being processed, whereas all persons from a different partition are not being processed.   Is that how this is supposed to work?Thanks!Michael  

Hi,   I am trying to exclude if someone has triggered a data event, for example BuyNow data event, but looks like it's not feasible to apply negative criteria for Data events. So wanted to check if there is a workaround.

I sent a test to 20% of my audience, with clicks being the criteria, and the winner sent after 24 hours.  During the test, the emails got the exact same number of clicks (59). Marketo sent variant B. Reading previous forum posts, it seems like it usually sends variant A in the event of a tie. Is there an explanation for why it sent B? Am I doing something wrong in the test?     

When a sales rep tracks their email with the MSI tracker, is there a way to see when that person opened the email from the sales rep? In the MSI section on the contact, it only shows the time that the email was sent. 

Hi guys, I'm an old user of Marketo. I was wondering if I get the advanced reporting module from Marketo, and create cool reports, can I share them in my organization? Hi,   Is there a way to add visibility rules on a Marketo form so that one set of people can see a checkbox field with the box initially checked and another set of people can see the box unchecked? I'm trying to update our Agreed to Opt-In terms field on our web forms so that it's checked for leads coming from certain countries and unchecked for others.   I tried creating two different checkboxes on our form related to the same field in Marketo, but it wouldn't let me.

Index 1 searches for the entire email address value from beginning to end. Thank you for any pointers you could give me... We have an engagement program that sends daily emails similar to a 'Tip of the Day' type of product. We have limited content (90 days worth) so we would like to loop the email content because some subscribers have been subscribed for over a year. Currently, since engagement programs, by design, won't send emails that have been sent before (based on email ID alone, I believe), we clone emails and create separate streams, and move those with exhausted content over to the new stream. This we do every 90 days and would like to avoid this duplication if possible. My understanding is that removing someone from an engagement program and re-adding them will not reset their email sent history, so to speak. So is there a better way to loop content? Or is there a way to allow for repeat content?

Is it possible to edit the {{company.Website}} token to no longer pull in the www. in front of the domain? It seems most discussions mention modifying tokens on the individual programs, but I am looking to update this across the entire instance as we map this on the contact record.    Thank you in advance!

Hello, I'm consuming the REST API for various integrations in in some cases have to store data locally. I'd like to have my DB schema match the max lengths of Marketo data but am having issues finding how to determine the max field length of various data fields returned via the API. Can anyone suggest and approach or resource to assist here?

Hi Community,   I have been reworking an existing LP template in Marketo.   All was going well until I noticed that an image is not aligning in the mobile view of the page.      Ideally, the circled image should drop down below the blue header and fit the width of the mobile device.    Instead, it's currently appearing just under the header but pushed up against it, is super small, and is not fitting the width of the device.   Can anyone please help me figure out what's causing the image to not align? 😧   A link to the page can be viewed here: http://promos.ovstravel.com/IM---Operational-Testing-Program_SMS-Thank-You-Page-Test-2.html   Thank you,   LK

Hello,   We'd like to send emails using the "Request Campaign" REST API on demand, but it looks like we would have to create a new campaign for each email we want to allow sending via the API. This is is undesirable for a variety of reasons, the main being is we now have to have a 1:1 mapping of email to API enabled campaign which then has to be accessible to our programmatic logic.    Is there a way to just pass in the email asset id and have the campaign pick/send that email from a single campaign?   We still want the email sends to be tracked under the original email, so I don't think a single email with 'Dynamic Content" works for us.   It seems like Marketo wants to make sending emails from the API the hardest operation for people to perform.

Hi there. A very basic question that I'm trying to find in documentation. When I want to send an email, I use "new program" through "Marketing Activities". The "Email" section at top right doesn't give me the option to select an email that's always been prepared...I can only create something new on the spot. Is there an easy way someone can suggest for me to create an email ahead of time that I can actually send? Ditto a data list. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.  

When dealing with Big Data, bigger isn't always better. I have seen many orgs only take the time to clean up once the big mess has been done and it's starting to keep them from multiple activities.  You can save your time and efforts by applying data hygiene best practices early in the process. I have been adding the tracking code provided by Litmus within the body of my Marketo email. However, Marketo keeps automatically altering the code after I save it and then I reaceive the following error in Litmus.Looks like we found the tracking code, but it wasn't fully there. Try pasting the code again and resend your email. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to resolve this from happening?

My calendar token isn't working any more. After registering and receiving a live thank you email to add the event to my calendar I'm greeted with the image below. I don't think it could be a SSL issue because this should just be an ics. file download. Could it be that Market is trying to add its tracking parameters to the link?    Testing further showed that when opening in the email in a web browser I was able to download the ics. file and add the event to my calendar.  HTLM string of where the token is placed, line 720. Here’s something you may not know you wanted... but it’s super-useful for precise personalization. Hello Community,   I'm wondering if anyone can help identify why, after integrating Zoom Webinar with our Marketo instance, why the Smart Campaign to fire the thank you email isn't working.   Using the integration guide, leads register through a Marketo form and landing page and push back to Zoom as per the API. They are meant to get a confirmation email with the web link URL tag included once they submit the form but there are currently no members in the campaign. Here's what the campaign looks like and I'm wondering if I'm missing something?     I have confirmed that the webinar connected has the same ID as in Zoom and I can no longer change the webinar settings either as it has active/has members in it.    Additionally, not sure if this has had an impact but our webinar subscription expired last week, a day or so after setting this up, and I only discovered it this week. While it's fixed now, and I've re-added all the leads to the webinar via Zoo

Hi! What are some vendors that can automatically sync list imports into Marketo?  Our company loads 2 types of events: Tradeshows and Roadshows. After the event is over, I am given the lists to import. These list imports take quite a bit of manual work to clean/scrub so I was hoping to find a tool/vendor that can automatically sync Registrants, Attendees, No Shows, Engaged, etc. into Marketo. Ideally, it can implement custom logic for the list imports (For ex: Key words from our Inquiry Details can be used to mark a lead as Engaged and sync them over to Marketo), standardizes data (For ex: standardize country to its corresponding country code (United States > US)), etc. For one of our major events, we used Aventri to sync Registrants into Marketo. If Aventri can work for post-event list imports and not just registrants -- attendees, no shows, engaged, etc. that would be great.  Thank you in advance.
