Allow email subject line program tokens to render in MSI

This functionality also needs to be considered when using a My Token in Interesting Moments using a {{trigger.subject}} token.  

These are table stakes in our opinion and this lack of functionality means we will need to build out 300 individuals emails to show our Sales team the assets contact/leads have downloaded (via the MSI display)...further we intended to use tokens for other soft assets (webinars, events, etc.) and now this is completely useless (defeats the true value of cloning).

This is super important for sales insight! Needs to be fixed!

This seems like a big miss. It should really be resolved soon otherwise Sales Insight fails to deliver the full value potential...

This is super important! Needs to be fixed, especially if we want to maximize MSI. Not just for the subject line but for anywhere in the email body. This is a must have!
