Hi Everyone,   I am trying to create a nurture program, however, I do not have all the email copies ready to go. Is it possible to add additional emails to the stream once it is activated? How complicated will this be to do if it is possible?   If I just have one email ready, would I be able to set that up for Thursday, and then add more emails after?  Or do I need multiple emails ready to set it up?

Hello all, Working on a campaign that triggers an email when a "Product" field goes from False to True. My question is, If I have more then one data change trigger (i.e. Product - Checking and Product - Credit Card) in the Smart List setup - does Marketo treat these as an "or"? Will it trigger the email if any one of the two changes or does it treat it as an "and" and both states would need to change?

Hello All, How to restrict user to use different email from address other than the domain name in Marketo.   For exp. domain name is example.com and I want to restrict the user while sending the email to use only example.com (swapnil@example.com) and not any other domain name swapnil@gmail.com in from address.   Thanks, Swapnil

I am trying to see if there is a way to 1. Change all existing emails to come from me instead of our current representative and 2. Make all email communication come from me in the future.    We'd like to find a bulk method to change all existing emails to come from me - so we want to change the "from name", "from address", and "reply to address" fields without having to manually update each email one-by-one, preferably using tokens (see below). I came across this article, but can't seem to find much help on this other than that: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/Knowledgebase/Changing-from-Address-on-Multiple-Email-Assets-at-Once/ta-p/299316    We also want all future emails to come from me and have a way to tokenize this, so that if we have a new rep in the future taking over email communication, we can just change it in one place.    Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Hello again Marketing Nation,   Quick question regarding cloning an instance.   I have been previously informed by Marketo Support, that it's not possible to clone a production instance that is synced to Microsoft Dynamics, to a sandbox. They mentioned this as one of the requirements in order to be able to clone a production instance: “2)Source instance should only have SFDC as its CRM and not Microsoft Dynamics Please note if you sync with Microsoft Dynamics, then cloning is not possible at all.”   Questions- Can this really be the case? - So, if you have a production instance, that is currently synced with Microsoft Dynamics, it is not possible to clone it to a sandbox? - Is there any workaround?   Any  input would be much appreciated! Hi all, hope I'm posting this in the right place. Apologies if not.   I have a quick questions around using a random sample in a flow step with a smart list triggered filter of "added to SFDC campaign." The goal: how can I just say, every other person added to a SFDC campaign (happening by a sales person), do x flow step (while still allowing the smart campaign to target everyone for the other steps, like change program status).   I’m not sure how Marketo would look at 50% of one one lead (if the trigger is on-ramping one person at a time, as they're being added to the SFDC campaign). Would the default Marketo action be consistent, and then vary it? Or is it varied with each person coming into the flow?   Can't seem to find the default action in the Marketo product docs. Thanks for any help!   __________   UPDATE: We've solved for this. Dear community!   I'm trying to finalize a velocity script token and could not get my #if script to work. I'm trying to display a sentence if lead field called lead.mktohiddenadminstring1 has a value of "21Q1-incentive-form", otherwise, leave it blank. Can anyone help trouble shoot where I did wrong? The program-level velocity token name is "incentive-form". Also, is there a way I can control the formatting of this sentence, such as font, size... #if( ${lead.mktohidden}.equals("21Q2-abc-form") ) #set($abc_form.equals ("Thank you for submitting your brand for consideration for our ABC Campaign. Hello, For some reason Custom Program Member fields are available to add in a Program Member Tab view only for an Admin User and not i.e. Standard Marketing User that is used on daily basis.Is there any partcualr permission needed in order to add those fields to the view?   Appreciate your help.   Thanks,Kacper

Hi All!   Has anybody had any experience in integrating WebSphere with Marketo?  If so, how were you able to pass data into Marketo? Would webhooks be an option? Or REST API?   We're looking to push the following information (as an example) from WebSphere to Marketo: First Name Last Name Email Order confirmation # Trial Status Product # When this info is pushed into Marketo we'd like to set off certain operational and/or marketing communications, e.g. transactional emails, cancellation emails, order confirmation, new feature email, etc.   Any insight on how to would be very much appreciated!!  

We are trying to set up the Marketo <> Bizible integration that was launched in early 2021, but there is little to no documentation about how to actually set this up (that I can find...) Has anyone set up the integration? What steps did you follow? What were you trying to solve for? Any lessons learned? If you can point me in the direction of any documentation and/or webinars, would really appreciate it!   We have a few use cases for the integration: Creating touchpoints with UTM parameters to carry from BrightTALK > Marketo > Bizible Creating touchpoints with UTM parameters for LinkedIn Lead Gen for submits Creating touchpoints for offline touchpoints generally (in-person events or anything with a list upload) with some custom UTM parameters Honestly if anyone wanted to hop on a Zoom call to chat through, I'd be 100% game.   Hi all,   I'm looking for help on reporting for an A/B test. We recently had two emails that had to go out quickly to an audience. The ask was to randomize the email so that 50% of the audience received email A and 50% of the audience received email B. With this in mind, we ran an A/B test at 100% so that the audience would be split.   These emails contained surveys that had slight variations between the two. We want to send a follow up email to those who didn't click or complete the survey. However, we want to ensure that whoever received Email/Survey A gets the follow up with survey A. Same goes for Email/Survey B.   When we try to build a smart campaign to differentiate between the two, it considers it a whole email test so I can't determine who received A vs. B. Is there a way to run a report to determine who received which test?   Thank you.

Hello,   I listened to the Operations with Sean Lane podcast (How Drifts Marketing Tead Got 18% Of Its Time Back) and it was mentioned that you could capture registration via an email reply.    Has anyone tried this? If so, would you mind sharing how you set up in Marketo? I would like to test capturing webinar registration without having to send to a landing page.    We currently have the Drift integration set up in our Marketo instance. Is the Siftrock integration the same?

Hi team, I have a question I hope can be answered:    In creating a demo request form, I'd like to have lead source be filled in by default, with the chance of it changed via url parameters. This is working just fine with a few other fields I have as hidden fields, but for some reason, it is NOT populating for person source. Any reason you can see it not working correctly?         

Hi, We are transitioning to next generation and the product docs talk about a change to the URL. The only pre-requisite information provided is to ensure the domains are on the allow list which we have done. The product doc also though advises:   "You also have quick access to your munchkin ID, which is now reflected in your instance's URL"   I am wondering if anyone has experienced any issues with the URL change, whether you had to put in steps to mitigate any broken links through design studio etc. Also, whether anyone who has implemented SSO (single sign on) has experienced any issues with the upgrade. Thanks for any advice or information.

Hi,    We are planning to AB test two landing pages. I checked the Marketo doc - https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Landing+Page+Test+Groups   I have a question. So, when we create the TEST GROUP, using both the landing pages - Marketo will give a SINGLE PAGE URL link to use in the email. Correct? Marketo will decide which recipient will get which version of the landing page. No need to create two versions of email. Please correct me if I am wrong anywhere. As shown in the image in the doc below-
