I manage multiple workspaces for different divisions around the world.Is there a way to hide or a limit visibility of custom fields to certain workspaces/leads info?I've created a number of custom fields for one workspace that are completely irrelevant to other workspaces. Those custom fields show up in all the workspaces Lead Info section. I would like to declutter some of the lead partitions of the custom fields that are irrelevant.Thanks!

Hello All,   I have been trying to set up my landing page domain and I cant seem to figure out how to do it. We currently are using godaddy as our host and I need help understanding what to use for the cname set up.

Some background: The Marketo instance I work from supports leads from a few different sources -- some enter via form fill, some via list import and the bulk of leads come from an API connection to a CRM.   I am looking to disconnect that CRM API connection and in it's place set up an integration with Salesforce. To do so, we are purging our Marketo database of any leads in Marketo that will also be apart of the Salesforce sync once it's turned on.     My question: I am wondering if it is safe to leave triggered email campaigns turned on in Marketo when we launch/start our Salesforce sync? In this scenario the smart list criteria would be for a field not contained in SFDC, so in theory live data coming in thru the sync could not trigger the campaign.

Hi there,    I am looking for some help from the community in regards to Marketo Custom objects.    Description:  Recently, we have moved our subscription renewal reminder emails from Zuora to Marketo and we are passing the renewal-related data from Zuora to Marketo custom object 'Renewal ReminderObject'. Then using velocity scripts we are translating the data from the renewal reminder object and reference them in the emails.    Now I am trying to also include invoice details in the emails and in order to house the invoice data I have to create another Marketo custom object ' Renewal Invoice Object'.  Thus, the goal is to pull in certain fields from the Renewal reminder Object and a few invoicing fields from the Renewal Invoice Object.    Issue:  One of the major issues with doing so is duplicate records. Hey,I am trying to replicate the Interesting Moments section through the API.I am able to get an access_token via client_id and client_secret. I am able to get a Marketo ID via SFDCLeadId. I am able to get a pagingtoken via sinceDatetime.  (used July 1 2017) Looking at Salesforce I am able to see this Lead has interesting moments since July 1 2017.Then I try to use this callout to return activity data for this lead:rest/v1/activities.json?access_token=xxxxxxxx&activityTypeIds=46&nextPageToken=yyyyy&leadIds=12953232This is the response:{    "requestId": "aab4#xxxxxxx",    "success": true,    "nextPageToken": "abcdxyzxxxxxxxxxxxxxx====",    "moreResult": true}Questions:Why isnt the Interesting moment that I see in Salesforce displayed here?Why is the moreResult attribute true?  Even though no results are returned... Hey There.    I recently created an email template with some new modules including a module for presenter images with a description below. When i go into the text editor to edit the text, the formatting shifts a little bit. When I go into the back end code, it seems if I edit there then it stays in tact. Anyone have this issue before and have a solution for it?   Stefan

I just wonder will the status got push as "no show" when people sign up for On-Demand Webinar?? Example: A Pasted Webinar - lead sign-up: set to Registered - lead got the email but didn't watch the webinar - Next day, ON24 push "No-show" status back to Marketo?? <-- will this happen? or is it for a live webinar only?   Thanks,  

My company recently implemented Marketo and we currently replaced an embedded lead gen form the previous vendor to a Marketo form. That form is prominently displayed and gathers a lot of product support inquiries as well. The previous form provided an experience where if someone submitted with a personal email the assumption would be made that they were looking for support and provided with the product support page upon re-direct.   I am using a global form and the "Follow up with" parameter is set as "Stay on page". Trigger is "Fills out form" with a "referrer contains" condition. Other than sending an email to people with personal domains to the support site, would anyone know of a way to divert traffic of people with personal email addresses, kind of like a conditional re-direct. Will gladly entertain other ideas as well.   Thanks!

Is there any way to add accounts to a Watchlist using MSI for Salesforce Lightning, or are you only able to add individual Leads and Contacts? Is there any way to add it to Salesforce Classic if it is not available in Lightning? When will this functionality be available for Lightning? 

Overview Form pre-fill offers convenience to your customers but bares the risk of their private identifying information leaking to others if an email with a link to a landing page is forwarded or shared to unintended recipients. Currently, pre-fill on Marketo Engage Forms is controlled at the Form or Global level https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Disable+Pre-fill+for+a+Form+Field. Administrators lack granular control over pre-fill so that they can control it on a per field basis.   This beta introduces the ability to mark a field as “Sensitive” in Field Management. A Sensitive Field will have pre-fill disabled for that field on all forms globally in the subscription. The ability to enable pre-fill for that field will be disabled in the form editor for all users. Hello there!   I'm trying to find a way to retrieve if a program is connected to third-party integration, like GoToWebinar. I can see that in the summary page of the program, there is all the information that I need, but I want to retrieve them by REST API, for example, the login ID or the partner ID, but the REST API documentation is not helpful.   Is there any chance to do that? In the most recent VELOCITEASER I challenged readers to explain why certain Velocity code works instead of — as a datatype mismatch suggests — throwing a fatal error. To recap, we had a String field in Marketo with a semicolon-delimited set of values... ... and we  split the String, then checked if it contains an interesting value... #set( $SportsList = $lead.SportsInterests.split(";") ) #if( $SportsList.contains("beach volleyball") ) If you don't know Karch Kiraly, you don’t know Beach! #end ... which works fine. But upon further inspection, we shouldn’t have been able to call contains. The result of split is a simple Array of Strings, and Arrays don’t support contains searches, only direct index lookup (array[0], [array[99], etc.) So why does contains work? I mentioned (in a note in the comments) that the correct answer would cite a specific Java class — a class that wasn’t mention

Does anyone know what this issue means when calling a webhook?    code 500 "Mrkt::Errors::ObjectNotFound: Campaign not found"   Can see that the campaign we're requesting in Marketo is there, but it looks like doesn't see it Marketo.      

Hi All, I find the reporting in Marketo to be less flexible than I want bc I need to tie the email data to other corporate data in our warehouse. My question is whether the 'Bulk Activity Extract' APIs are the only way to do this? It appears to require several steps (create job, submit job into queue, pull for status, retrieve file). Is that accurate?   Also, when if that is the case, will I be receiving all the same info I get in the Marketo Reports such as Opens, Clicks, Bounces, Click URLs, etc that I get from the Campaign and other reports?    Thanks!

We scheduled an operational email today that was suppose to be sent to around 2300 people. Even after approving the email program, it said it would send to 2300 people, including the 900 who were blocked. It only ended up sending to around 1800.I'm assuming the majority of the emails that didn't send were the ones that were blocked, even though this was sent as operational. Is there a way I can create a report to see exactly who didn't receive our email and why?

I am trying to add an ad tag to an e-newsletter template but I need to understand the various macros or variables Marketo requires. I have not been able to find this information anywhere. Does anyone have any advice on this?

I just set up our Zoom Webinar/Marketo Integration and I can see that it is pulling in our webinar information.  I know the token to insert the webinar URL into our registration confirmation is {{member.webinar url}} but what are the tokens I should use to pull in other relevant data for our webinars like Name, Date, Description, etc?  I can see that Marketo has that info coming in from Zoom in our Event Settings but I'm unclear how to insert into emails. Hi,   I'm looking to action this smart campaign, I've scheduled and run but there seems to be no action taken or any information in the 'results' section. The members are not being processed, normally if there are flow steps skipped this should be indicated in 'Results' and the summary page would show these members being processed. The idea behind this smart campaign is to add a group of members to the relevant Salesforce Campaign. Screenshots below: I have no idea why this campaign is not being processed...Thanks, Arjun

Hello!   I'm working on integrating ZeroBounce with our Marketo forms for custom validation, but I'm running into a bit of trouble getting the form.submittable value to be set. I've included my code below.    I believe that the issue is happening because I'm trying to set the form.submittable within the callback (done) function. Right now, because I set form.submittable as false outside of the AJAX call it is always false. If I try to change form.submittable to true within the AJAX call then nothing gets updated.    Any ideas or suggestions on what I'm doing wrong? I'm also open to alternate approaches entirely.
