What is best practice for automatically tracking UTM in marketo? All the discussions I was looking into were old/prior to Adobe.If I send an email out - how does marketo track the source of that? Hi,I've added Marketo form lightbox code to a Marketo landing page, but when I access the page from a live email (not a test email), the form doesn't prefill with my data. Here’s what I’ve observed:Form prefill is enabled at the field level.The form opens in a lightbox when the landing page loads.Prefill works when the form is inline with the landing page but not in the lightbox.I've also tried opening the page in an incognito browser.Any insights on why this might be happening? Please suggest. 

This has just started happening a few days ago. Is anyone else experiencing this or know how to fix it? I don't know the exact day it started happening but my guess is that it's related to the new October '24 release that went live on Oct 7.

I know score is not a field type for the PMCF fields. Is there a workaround to create a field that can +X whenever a campaign triggers? Use case here is that we want to see how many emails people are clicking within a campaign. Thanks 

I am looking to pull data from Salesforce for a product association. You can see the field in the screenshot here under the field Active Product. I do not see this field in Marketo. How can I pull this field into Marketo? 

We currently have two Marketo instances to support different business areas within our company. Although these businesses are interconnected, we opted for separate instances due to compliance requirements and distinct user groups. One use case we’re exploring is identifying how many users from Instance A also exist in Instance B and have a sort of flag across the record, while ensuring no exchange of PI data and maintaining data security. Is it possible to handle this directly within Marketo, or would a third-party service be needed for data matching? Has anyone ever tried connecting two Marketo instances before?

Hello, if I'm adding a group email in "Email Address" filter in the smart list the affected leads are not getting updated. Is it even possible to use a group email address instead of a single recipient address?      

Can you remove people from exhausted streams? I know you can search for them but can you remove them from the nurturing program since we won't be adding any new content? 

It appears that in the way our scoring model is set up, there are no constraints on email clicks. We've had a few leads click the same link in an email 8-10 times within a span of 3-4 minutes, resulting in them being scored too high. What is the best practice for limiting the maximum number of email clicks for scoring purposes? Thanks.

We have a email program nested under Webinar program  and use ics calendar token inside webinar program with {{member.webinar URL}}. Hence we kept all our confirmation email under event program to get ics calendar file with unique webinar url and  all smart campaign inside webinar program (smart campaigns for invite, registration confirmation and post event email).But we kept post event emails (which has token {{member.webinar URL}} )inside nested email program as it doesn't have ics file.Should we need to keep all emails which we have token '{{member.webinar URL}' inside webinar program? ORkeeping all smart campaigns inside webinar isn't enough to populate unique url and can keep all emails which has {{member.webinar URL}} token or ICS file with token {{member.webinar URL}}  inside the nested emails program?                                          &nb

Hi, For champion-challenger tests, I want to make it so that the same number of emails are sent to each challenger. I don’t want to do a 50/50 split and send for example, 500 emails to the champion and then split another 500 among the challengers (resulting in 166 each if there are 3 challengers). If I set the split so that 100% of the records receive the challengers does that mean all 1000 records will be divided among the challengers (333 each)? Are there any potential issues that I might run into by doing by setting it to 100% challengers?  Thanks 🙂

When I debug the code the return false is called twice for some reason and on the second call the page refreshes and I tried a few other options, but nothing has worked. Hello Everyone, I hope you are having a great day. I was wondering that in the Lead Velocity Dashboard in Marketo Measure, how are we calculating the velocity for each stage as I do not see a specific datetime field for each stage. Also, there are multiple fields in the same stage so just using the last modified date wont work as it keeps on updating. I was wondering if there is any other way to do so? Thank you so much

Hi everybody, I need to provide an HTML email to Sales for them to forward to customers. If I simply "create HTML email" in Marketo, then I'll get an email with none of the tokens (including the address, phone number etc.,) replaced by meaningful text. We used to have a tool for that but we lost it a while ago. Can someone recommend an inexpensive solution?  I found this discussion but I think this is somewhat different than what I need (or maybe I am confused): Send Marketo HTML email for Others to Send Using Their Email System. Can someone please send me either a pointer to a tool that can create an HTML email, or step-by-step instructions? Hi, running into an issue with using the embedded Marketo form. I am using the correct <script> tag but it keeps leading me to a "checksum missing" 400 error. It seems like there is a backend functionality that is messed up somewhere that might be more from the Marketo side than our codebase. Any solutions? 

Hello, We're building integration between Marketo and our own product. The process is once the prospect fills out the marketo form, we'll use the webhook to call our product to set up access for the prospects. Now, we're looking for an unique identifier to push the data from our product back to Marketo to report on their progress of using our product. We're thinking about using SFDC ID as an unique identifier. My engineering team wants to know the API name for the SFDC ID. However, there's no API Name for the SFDC ID that I can find in Marketo. Does anyone know how we can locate the API Name for the SFDC ID? Any other suggestions for an unique identifier? We're not considering email addresses as there might duplicates in the system. Thank you!

Hi all, Has anyone tried to impose a size limit on the number of people that can be brought into Marketo via a list import by users?For example, if the file size is over 50k records I would to import it myself as admin to ensure quality control.Thanks, Tom

I have noticed that certain emails show up as an image carousel in Google Workspace Gmail. It shows an image instead of preview text (section below the email subject) when the email reaches to the inbox. Is there a certain format in which one has to send them for it to work? Can we do this through Marketo? If not what are the alternatives for it? Please suggest some valuable solutions to accomplish this.
