This link is represented by the token "{{lead.FormDownloadURL:default=edit me}}". My query is:How does this token capture the value? Hello! My org is implementing SFDC's Account-Contact Relationship object (Contacts to Multiple Accounts) and we ran into a challenge: How do you report on activities in the context of the relevant account when a Contact is associated with many Accounts?    So for example - Contact Joe Mamah belongs to 10+ accounts. Marketing is running an email campaign that is targeting 1) Accounts that belong to a specific business unit OR 2) a subset of customer accounts, which they identify by customer #. Let's say 3 of Joe's accounts fit these criteria. None of these accounts have a direct relationship in the Account-Contact object.   Marketing has a performance metrics dashboard where they roll up campaign results at the Account level. Before the Acct-Contact Relationship object, this was pretty straightforward, as there was a direct relationship between SFDC Account => SFDC Contact => Marketo Lead => Marketo Activity. (There was a duplicate Contact for every Account.) Now

Since an end user cannot see the same piece of content in a predictive content block more than once, what happens if they've seen everything? What appears in an auto-responder email? 

Hi all,I have a multi-select field on a Marketo Form (used for users to select what products are they interested in). Currently, I have a corresponding text field in SFDC on both Lead and Contact objects. I hope to have the selections on the Marketo form to be listed in the SFDC field delimited by coma or any other separator.  Is this possible to do without using any JS? Unfortunately, I have 0 JS knowledge. I am also looking into making a multi-select field in SFDC if the above idea is impossible - any suggestion with this strategy? Thank you in advance 🙂

Hi,I have a question about A/B testing with nurture. If I want to split the test into 25% & 25% and send the winner's version to the remaining 50% of the audience, how to set it up under nurture? I know the email program provides declaring winner version and sends the remaining group winner. Wondering if we can declare the winner and send winner version automatically? Thanks for everyone's help!

A partner that we are working with is sending an email (using Eloqua) to their database promoting one of our webinars which is housed in Marketo using On24 integration. They requested that we automatically pass over anyone that signs up from their email blast. She mentioned that someone in an Eloqua community recommended to use a webhook to accomplish and I am unfamiliar with its capabilities. Ultimately she wants to avoid us manually pulling spreadsheets and sending them back to her in order to suppress from the 2nd and 3rd email blast. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I am creating a single form that will be on multiple client pages (same website, we just provide our clients a special non-marketo landing page). I would like to have a hidden field on the form that tells me what page the form was completed on so we know which client it came from. How the typical flow goes:Step 1: Visit the /client-name/ webpageStep 2: Click "Sign Up" buttonStep 3: Complete form on /client-name-get-started/ webpage So the Referrer Parameter autofill would be the most obvious choice. But what happens if they get to the "get started page" from elsewhere (such as an email or a different webpage)?Is there an easy way to have the hidden field populate with the current get started page's url? (the same form will just be added to each custom get started page). I wish there was something similar to the {{trigger.webpage}} token for alerts.

Hi Marketo Nation community   Reaching out to notify all MME customers who are using our iOS SDK about an important update regarding inclusion of iOS privacy manifest file in our iOS SDK(v0.8.5) for MME. This update is necessary for publishing new version or to publish new app to the App Store. This change is initiated to meet Apple guidelines which require reason for using some API's.   Please share the information below with members of your team who manage MME.   What is changing? Hello Marketo Nation Community,I'm an Admin in a client's Marketo subscription where we have been trying to understand a couple of things on how the "filter bot activity" setting impacts Email Performance Reports (EPR). Just for context, since implementing the Match with IAB List / Match with Proximity Pattern features, the client decided to "Filter Bot Activity" for both options as they wanted as much of this bot activity removed from activity logs as possible. Done. However, we are still seeing some activity that may look bot related such as several clicks in email footer links that the proximity pattern is just not catching. It's expected that it will not be 100% accurate, right? But over time, this will improve with the technology. But, knowing we are "filtering out all bot activity" at the admin level, why are we seeing a significant impact to "Sent/Delivered" metrics and slight discrepancies within "Opened/Clicked" numbers when we experiment with adding "Is Bot Activity

Hello, how can I pull a list of all my current fields and their field types? I need to be able to audit fields of a specific type in Marketo, and I thought I could do this myself by exporting the field names, but that does not include field type. Is this something I have to ask Support to pull for me? Hello Community, We are setting up a process to bypass Marketo's Durable Unsubscribe. This is how the process works. Anyone who opts out of email using the below methods in the Smart List will go through the Flow Steps below:  Here we will set the Brand Unsubscribe field to TRUE (first step is for those who fill out one of our forms and second step is for everyone else). We will then wait 2 minutes (I tested it and it seems a wait step is needed to allow for Marketo processing time before Flow Step 4), then in Flow Step 4 we will change the Unsubscribed field to FALSE. This will affect all brands that someone is subscribed to with the same email address. Steps 5 and 6 are additional backend maintenance we do ourselves. One of the outliers we have is we set up a process for one of our brands to enable them to opt-into email on a website by checking a box. The opt-in syncs to Marketo and the "(Name of Brand)-Marketing Opt-In" box is set to TRUE.  Our pr

Is there an option available to integrate Marketo with Outlook calendar? My requestor has cancelled an event and sent a notification to all registrants via Marketo email. Hello!We're doing a small one-off email that will use scripting to populate records. Since it is so small we're just using a CSV list import to populate the custom object data.I'm running into an issue where it is not creating a new record for each row but is only importing the first row.The file and data are structured like this - with what should be multiple records for the same Lead. Our team hosts webinar on GoTo Webinar which syncs with Marketo, but some users have been having issues when they receiving their webinar registration confirmation email and try to add to their calendar. I've been using the marketo calendar token for ical/outlook and creating a link for gmail using Kalinka - but our conversion rate for live attendees at our webinars has been pretty low ever since we integrated marketo with GTW, whereas in the past the registration was all done on the GTW platform and we had to manually update that info in Marketo. Has anyone else had issues with marketo's calendar tokens or have a solution that's worked for them? I don't feel that doing the registration in GTW is a good idea as that seems like back tracking when we do have a marketo/GTW sync working, but I don't want our live attendee numbers to keep slipping and the calendar feature is the only negative feedback I've received. I'm a little new to creating forms on Marketo and I am unsure what to do. I've created a form with multiple "areas of interest" checkboxes that someone can select. I want to notify the right sales team leader in an email when someone selects 1 or more areas of interest. How do I do that? This is what I have so far in the email. Hello Nation,   To fight the bot activity in the last two years we have launched two identification methods for email bots (Please check the links below for more details): Identification based on Proximity Pattern Identification based on the IAB list Proximity Pattern identifies activities as bot activities based on behavior i.e. if multiple activities from an email asset are sent to a specific lead happening at almost the same time i.e. <1sec. In the Jan release of 2024, a new enhancement to the Proximity Pattern is launched to further improve the bot activity detection.     Now you can set the time difference that should be considered for identifying the activities that happened close to each other as bot activities.     Important Notes: Default value for this time difference is set to 0 seconds i.e only activities that happen in exact same second are identified as bots You can only set a time difference value as high as 3 seconds As you incr
