I would love to see a set of reports around the usage and performance of Sales Insight emails. This will allow me to have a dialogue with my sales team about which email templates are resonating with our market. Right now I can measure emails sent by marketing, but it would be nice to have an aggregate (and detail) report of how the Sales Insight templates are doing.

    Aj - 2H of 2012 is gone so I guess it didn't make the roadmap...do ya'll have any real release dates set for this yet?
    It is very difficult to see if MSI is working from an adoption standpoint without good reporting features available. It is really important to see WHO sent the sales email - either adding it as a column in the email performance reports and/or being able to create an activity type report that shows all sales emails sent in a certain time period.

    Agree with Neal A. We are pushing our sales team to use MSI, but are "flying blind" as Neal says when trying to determine the effectiveness and adoption of this great tool!

    This is critical. Also need to know who sent the email. As it stands now I'm flying totally blind when it comes to understanding how sales is using the templates they are provided. Or even if they are using them at all.

    Hello,

    My organization relies heavily on Sales Insight emails and we have not been able to measure the results from their efforts. In addition to the basic open, clicked, CTR metrics, is it possible to capture the number of replies?

    This is on our roadmap but not in the short term (2H 2012). Definately  hope to get it sone in the early part of 2013.

    I saw that Aj's response was in 2010... Has there been an update to make this possible or is it on the product roadmap still?
