Send batch report of event registrations each day

Thanks for your messages. Amber is right, our account managers need to see the details of who has registered and not just a number. They often call registrants to confirm they will attend prior to the event.

I am doing this manually now too and it's time consuming when you have 5 or more seminars running at a time, in addition to everything else you have to do!

Doesn't the report subscription only give you numbers? If her account managers are anything like mine, they want the actual details sent to them rather than just a number. What we do is have a smart list set up to pull registrants for them, but I have to manually export it every day to send out to them. I know there is an idea somewhere about allowing smart lists to be subscribed to, but until that happens, this is my workaround for this type of thing.

I agree with Mary, the report subscription should meet the requirements.  No need ot wait an idea to be implemented.

You should be able to set up a program report that lists all registrants and then have that emailed out daily to the sales people you add to the list distribution. Once the event was over, you'd likely have to delete the subscription to stop it going out.
